Been a client since last year, they can take care of you family in one place, the ladies are great and Doctor as well, never had any issues with the service or recommendations they provide.and they accept my insurance and its definitely very convenient for me and my family.

The entire staff at this location are great! Every time I call the ladies are all so polite and friendly! Jennifer assisted me in picking out my frames, didnt rush me at all. She figured out my style, showed me great options, and was so patient while I FaceTimed my brother for his opinion. Kristy she is funny, personable, and super helpful. She did my first eye test and adjusted my frames for me to make sure they fit and were comfortable on my face! Dr. Susie Le was awesome! Would highly recommend her for your eye care and just this location in general!

We saw Dr.Le once again and as always we had a great experience. The office is very clean. The staff took good care of my son, they were very patient. I appreciate the help picking out glasses. He is excited to get his new blue Ray Bans.

Dr is VERY knowledgeable with difficult conditions and issues. Brought to my attention a few overlooked things that were “problems” I had grown used to living with due to the lack of care from prior Dr’s. My daily life is so much better and I am very thankful for the level of attention and care.

Extremely disappointed in how I was treated as a loyal and long term customer. Brought in a pair of reading glasses to have the lenses modified. They broke the frames and now insist that I purchase a new pair of frames, and conveniently hide behind their clause that they are not responsible. These were not flimsy frames, they were high quality and in excellent condition; frames that I really liked btw. They did not offer up a solution or to even meet me half way, only a scripted Im sorry, theres nothing we can do and kept referring to their clause that protects them, but not me as the customer. In this day and age, who can afford to discard long term and loyal customers; that is exactly what they have done here. Buyer beware.

Unable to “Pick up” glasses that were already paid for. They said come by after 9 we will let you in to pickup. Dr is nice management of the office is the least customer service orientated. When I went to pick them up, they said you missed your appointment so you have to reschedule. Never was told that this was an appointment and that if I didn’t make it there on time my glasses would be unavailable. By the way they were late getting me my glasses, but the customer gets punished if they are assumed to be late. Would not recommend.

EVERYTHING IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! No exceptions I love it!!! They are trying to keep everyone safe. I am very impressed how clean they are how much they enforce the rules do to Covid.Please be nice to the staff they do let you know all protocols so its YOUR JOB TO PAY ATTENTION!!!Despite how bad some patients treat them they are ALL SO GREAT!!! She likes to take her time with her patients.Dr.Toan Ha is a more quiet doctor, but he makes sure to answer all your questions and smiles and friendly.Dr. Thomas Ha is very fast but he has many talents. Very friendly make sure to answer all your questions and very thorough. ALL DOCTORS ARE AWESOME!The main optician for your glasses needs is Jennifer. She is so GREAT! Always happy friendly and of course very good at helping pick out the right pair of glasses and gives EXCELLENT recommendations on my lens.Joy helped me with my test before seeing the doctor and checking me in. She gave me directions and explained the process of each machine.Been coming here for many years and I thought of giving them a great review to let them know how great they are as I have seen how poorly some patients have been treating them. You guys are handling everything just perfect girls even with all the Covid restrictions. Thank you I FELT SO SAFE!Keep up the great work! I cant wait until next years appointment.

I received a phone call after waiting over a month to be seen by Image Eye Care in Southern Highlands, which OK, its understandable due to COVID-19 and the circumstances surrounding the pandemic. However, due to missing an appointment back in 2017, (Life happens) and due to the Office not being able to confirm my insurance that I do have, and not being able to reach me shared with me that they will not be able to see me at all. Jennifer was rude, condescending and treated me less than human. Stating that the reason is due to not being able to verify my Insurance, (Not my fault) due to not being able to reach me (we all have lives that are being affected by the pandemic). I do not usually leave reviews; however, during times where everyone is dealing with challenging times due to the pandemic, shutdown, cutbacks, layoffs, a little bit of human kindness and empathy goes a long way. I have spent a lot of money with this business in the past and I even understand business policies; however, what I do not understand is the insensitivity of a professional health care facility that is supposed to be there to help and service the public at large. If not by being able to see and treat the individual at least show some accountability for the actions on their part and some empathy for the guest, previous patient. Human kindness and etiquette go a long way especially when you have chosen the profession you have. We have all been impacted by COVID-19 Jennifer.

Been going here for a couple of years now- have seen Dr. Ha and Dr. Le; they are both very good doctors! I leave feeling like all my questions have been addressed and answered, which is a refreshing change from my previous eye doc! Love the glasses selection and the honest advice from the opticians. My insurance only covers one pair of glasses, but I got a great discount on my second pair- just had to have both! Would definitely recommend!!!

Stopped by and had my wife’s glasses adjusted since the screws were loose. Took about five minutes and the employee didn’t even charge me after I told her that we purchased them elsewhere in 2019. Super friendly and very helpful.

Provided excellent service; my exam was timely, Dr. Ha took the time to explain the results and answered my questions. They accepted my old frames and in about three weeks my new prescription glasses were ready. They took their time in adjusting the frame so they would be comfortable on me.

I’ve been a client of dr ha for two years and I’ve received great help from him with my eye vision staff is also fantastic they make you feel very welcomed dr Ha. I highly recommend him to anyone thank you

What a wonderful staff! Very clean and quiet waiting room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Ha was very thorough with our exams. He took a lot of time to explain everything. He is very good with kids.

Dr. Ha and his staff were GREAT. I recommend them to everyone needing eye care.

They ordered contact lenses without permission. When I called the office to cancel the order, the staff said they never placed an order without patients permission and didnt apologize for their mistake. Also, she wanted us to pay $45 more to get my wifes finalized prescription. But, I already paid $50 for my wifes eye exam on the exam day and never heard from them that I needed to pay more later. Beware that they may order contact lenses without your permission and ask more exam fee later.

The staff is very patient and helpful, and they have a lot of options for you. It’s a great place for everyone.

This is the first time getting glasses which can be so overwhelming but the staff at Image Eye Care were so helpful and made it easy and quick.

Dr Susie and Jennifer, nuff said, I hate going to any type of Dr, but these two make it bearable and almost fun.... Jennifer has a LOT of energy... like alot alot of energy, and Dr Le rocks, still pleasant even when she is scolding you..... I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone... easy to get into and took care of my issue on an hour, called at 9 am, appt at 130, out the door new glassed at 215... cant ask for more.... thank you....
