Always great here. I went last week. Becca and Alyssa were running the show. They made sure all the guests were cool and the store was clean. Although what I had come for (Scrubee) was not in stock, Becca helped me find something else I needed. Alyssa hooked me up with a sample of shower gel too. While Covid-19 has slowed down my personal appearances...this is my store of choice and has been for years.

Addicted to going here. This is the best Lush location in town. Its not as cramped or busy as other stores Ive been to. Employees are polite and helpful without being overbearing and products are always high quality. The only store I go to to get bath products

Great door service. The associate was helpful and very knowledgeable her product knowledge was impeccable. She got me what I wanted and helped me with bath bomb in the fragrance I like but couldnt remember the names. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for bath and beauty products.

This is a large lush store. Lots of products and helpful employees. They sell mostly lotions and bath bombs. The prices are a little high. If you are patient, the best thing is to wait for the day after Christmas. All holiday items are buy one get one, which makes the prices a little more reasonable.

Its pretty neat that they do demonstrations of their bath bombs here. And I really liked the smell of the ones we bought. Honestly no real complaints, but not quite enough to give it 5 stars. It was just kind of a normal experience. Which of course isnt a bad thing.

Jay at the fashion show mall Lush absolutely made our trip! She found all the best items for my friends and mine needs and was so helpful and amazing! She even got us a small piece of outback Nate soap so we could use it in our hotel and not have to break into the big piece we picked up! Thank you Jay!

Great place to buy a gift. I was buying a gift for my vegan sister, and they have a large selection of vegan products. Everything is relatively affordable, and they have so many scents that you are bound to find one that you like. This location in the Fashion Show Mall, is the biggest one here in Vegas, so its roomy and spacious to walk around comfortable and try the products.

Lush for Life...keeps my skin tight, looking fresh, young and smelling like the goddesses made love to me all the time. Environmental conscious, animal cruelty free, and rather on the natural side... My home sweet home, I go there monthly to replenish like a junkie, used a variety of awesome products during my pregnancy,I would have sworn Lush is what made me into a nice lady while pregnant.

I love their Montalbano shampoo bar. Its insane! It smells like fresh lemons and truly cleans my hair. Kind of expensive but worth it, and trust me I have tried EVERY store shampoo. I keep returning to this.The store itself smells like heaven and always looks sleek. Very organized, everything makes sense. I love it.

Great products and even better staff!I was just in the store today with my girlfriend and we were greeted warmly shortly after walking in the door. The entire staff seemed excited to be there and very passionate about their jobs/products.The karma scent is incredible and all of the products seem high quality. The bath bombs are really cool and smell great but some (most?) have glitter, you have been warned!

The staff here is so sweet and helpful ! They took their time explaining the best mask for me and really care about their customers. This is my favorite location to go to. The staff is amazing and funny and sweet! Would highly recommend

Walking into Lush is like putting on a shirt that you just got out of the dryer. Full of warmth and happiness. Customer service was great, super patient with me and got an awesome shampoo bar (I was a little overly estastic that they make shampoo into bars) and I love it. Keeps my hair that happy little dark red that I have and smells like cinnamon. Totally worth the buy and lasts up to 80 washes! Awesome item if you have thick hair!

One of the few Lush Shops with free parking!! If you park in the underground structure, parking in the RED section will bring you closest to the shop!

The staff was amazing here. I wasnt really sure about some hand lotion and they sent me off with the sample. So glad Ithey did too. As used the more I used it, I really didnt like. But the bath bombs were amazing! Made quite the mess in that hotel bathtub with those 😂

Very friendly employees who will answer any questions you have and a good selection of bath stuff. Expect to pay upwards of $8 per bath bomb, however. Nice variety of products either way, and the whole store smells amazing as expected.

So passing time I strolled into lush and was greeted by Joey. He told me a Lil about all the stuff they sell and directed me to the things I would love. Boy was he good, I bought bath bombs that are amazing. He also gave me a catalog that I can look through and see what else I may like. I had to return to get phone fixed again and I wanted everything from that catalog, Joey was there to help me out again. He is a great employee and super helpful. Spent a Lil more money this time but pretty sure Ill be back. Also bought for a gift..so this was 2 birds one stone kinda day. Thanks again Joey Namaste🕉

First time buyer and loyal customer now! Ill make sure to get my products here when Im in Vegas or online otherwise. Employees are extremely nice and always willing to help or show demos.

The first time I went in this store about a month ago, no one greeted me, or came up to me the whole time I walked around the store. I ended up leaving empty handed because I didnt get helped. Second time I went last week, the workers were more aware. We were greeted and one if them spent time teaching my daughter how a bubble bar works. She was great.

Love the ladies at this store—they really take care of you. Shoutout to Melody and assuring I had everything I was looking for to restock on.

This is the only Lush on the strip NOT located in a casino. It’s in the mall, with separate parking! Idk who I talked to on the phone but she was amazingly sweet. I can’t wait to go in here!!

Such nice people at this location. Ive been to 2 other locations in town and NO ONE at the other locations ever offered me samples, I didnt even know that was a thing they did! I spend ALOT of money here..alot more than Id like to admit. This will be my new GO TO location . thanks guys!

Great friendly, staff. Came in looking for a product to make a nice bubble bath, and the staff helped me make a good selection. The bubble bomb I ordered was just ok. I expected more bubbles.

The staff is so helpful and informative they really know the products. They gave lots a samples! Totally worth it.

I love the variety of everything they have to offer but as usual its all so overpriced! I make soap myself pharmaceutical grade A soap and dont skimp on any great ingredients and my soap is better and costs waaaay less. But I sneak in every once in awhile and grab some great hand cream! Shhhhh! 👄

We didnt catch her name but employee# 1029830 was super awesome. She was very informative, kind and helpful. My daughter suffers from eczema on her hands. She put some dream cream on her hand and was very focused on making sure my daughter wasnt having a reaction. It was our first time visiting a Lush store. Hopefully the store back home has as friendly staff as the Vegas store did.

Really nice store with very helpful employees. It was my first time going there and they staff explained to me the products in detail and even put a bath bombs in a big sink so I could see how they work.

When we came in, we said, hello, and no one greeted us. We were waiting 30 min for someone to help us!!! We also wanted samples but like I said, no one helped us at all. We did not feel acknowledged!! And there wasnt even a lot of customers! There were only 2 besides my friend and I! 2 out of the 4 employees basically ignored us. I hate this place. It didnt even smell like a Lush store! It smelled like Febreeze!!

Best bath bombs ever!

The staff is always extremely helpful and can answer almost every question about their products and how to use them. The products are a little pricey so this is not for bargain hunters but everything is first rate quality.

My favorite place to shop for all my bath products.

Super small store. Not enough room to walk around with other shoppers and 4 workers all in a room as small as a kitchen. Workers try to make you buy things you dont want and dont give out samples like the Lush store in Summerlin. Disappointed.
