This review is long overdue....Christina Ferguson is an amazing sales associate. She provided great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. She went above and beyond to locate a small JUC w/diamonds for me and was successful. This is my second purchase with Christina and I plan on continuing to work with her. Excellent service. I was looking for a Valentines gift and I didnt know much about Cartier. Natalya helped me pick the perfect watch. She was genuine and patient with my questions. She took time to understand what my girlfriends tastes; made helpful suggestions on the styles; and did not hard sell anything else. Those are some rare qualities in sales Id recommend Natalya to anyone whos new to Cartier.

It was such a pleasure to work with Lacey! I was interested in purchasing a Cartier trinity ring. I was a newbie to the brand, so Lacey worked with me to ensure proper sizing. After we decided that a 55 was the best fit, we learned that the store did not have my size in stock at the moment. But in a few hours, Lacey went above and beyond to have the correct size of my ring delivered to this location. I stay at Encore many times each year and will be visiting this location to work with Lacey again during my subsequent visits to Las Vegas.

Fei is awesome. I have got many pieces from this particular boutique and Fei has been so informative and helpful every time. Most recently she got the necklace I got for my mom lengthened in time for Christmas which was great. Would recommend anyone who goes in to see her.

The staff was very pleasant and informative. My boyfriend bought me the love bracelet and the guy working offered to place it on me so I could wear it out. However, he didn’t tighten it properly and the bracelet eventually completely fell off my wrist.

Wonderful little boutique. The store has a wide selection and a great layout. Lacey went above and beyond in helping me pick out an anniversary gift for my wife. She was incredibly detail oriented, communicative and she was truly such a pleasure to work with. We will be visiting her everytime we stay at the Encore in the future!

Fei was amazing during this visit as always. She sent us a candle during Christmas which smells amazing. My boyfriend and I really appreciated it. I damaged my small juste un clou bracelet and it was repaired before Christmas. She even attached a travel pouch which we thought was very courteous. I highly recommend fei if you are looking for a great sales associate to build with at the cartier Wynn.

Stopped by, to have two links taken out of a new watch that I just purchased in Chicago.Keep in mind, that this was a very expensive watch, in excess of $25,000, so one would expect expertise and great care . So, after waiting for about 20 minutes, the Cartier representative tells us it’s not possible to do this at Wynn Cartier, and suggest we have it sent to Beverly Hills.So, we move on, with the watch, and head over to Caesars Forum shops, where they complete the work for us, but do ask us if someone has tried to do this repair prior, as they noticed that one of the screws seemed scratched.As an owner of numerous time pieces, I can assure you, that the last place I would ever look to purchase another watch, or have a watch looked at, would be at the Cartier Wynn location.My suggestion, go to Cartier Caesars.

I visited the Cartier at the Wynn in las vegas i new exactly what i wanted but i browsed a bit waiting for someone to greet and ask if i needed help that never happened every single person walked past me with a i dont want you here face expression after i asked, the security had to go and get someone to help me. Mr Michael Davis whom walked past me minutes earlier finally came and he did not look interested at all. I would not recommend it to anyone and i most definitely will not be purchasing again. When ur spending money especially this kind of money u should feel valued as a customer. The transaction felt very rushed.

I absolutely love Cartier! I very seldom go here yet the manager Tony is remarkable and so kind! I highly recommend going into Cartier! It is so beautiful & a memory youll always cherish! The employees treat you with genuine kindness from the moment you walk in, even if you dont purchase anything. Ive always been treated with respect at multiple Cartier jewelry stores over the years & I feel it it with the Cartier core of solid professionalism and treating each and every person that walks into any Cartier - to be treated like a human being, not like some other high end luxury jewelry stores that focus on making a sale(s) and what you look like and what youre wearing.
