I went into one of your stores on May 9th at Meadows Mall in Las Vegas Nevada and was treated horribly. Im not sure if it was the way I was dressed or the fact that Im in a wheelchair but I was made to feel like I had no business or place being in your establishment by not one but most if not all of your sales associates. Needless to say I went to Kay jewlers and was greeted with exceptional treatment and made my purchase there
I have always been a Zales customer, I can always find a gift thats dont break my budget.

Denise in Las Vegas and Anna in San Diego hands down has been the best associates that work at Zales at the Meadows Mall and Plazs Bonita locations. My fiancé and I both had pretty annoying associates in both San Diego and Las Vegas but totally scored when having each of these women help us at different times
I really had one of the best customer services experience ever. Everyone is knowledgeable and doesn’t mind taking the extra time to show you everything that interests you. They don’t try and push stuff that’s out of your price range. Most importantly, they listen to what you want and try to assist making it a reality. They truly have a customer for life.
Came to town to get married and get our rings resized. Due to COVID-19 our local Zales were not doing in store services. We arrived on Sunday and they had our rings ready by Thursday afternoon. So grateful! Thank you so much.
We had a great experience thanks to Linda who helped us the entire time. My wife, Ashley wanted a specific pair of earrings which she was able to find. We appreciated very much that Linda did not do the overbearing salesperson routine that would have otherwise made us apprehensive. Thank you, Linda.

I bought my fiancé’s wedding band online and sent it to this store to pick up so no one would steal the package. I went to pick it up. Online it didn’t give me the option to buy a lifetime guarantee so I asked the woman behind the counter about it and she replies with“Your ring is cheap, it doesn’t qualify for the lifetime guarantee.”I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life, for her to say that aloud with other people around.If anything happens to the wedding band, I’ll go to another store to purchase one but I’ll never come back. Worst customer service ever.
Overpriced junk. Ring broke a little over a year after purchasing. The store refused to do anything about it. $600 down the drain. Was my wife’s birthday present and it broke so quickly. The store wouldn’t even attempt to do a thing to fix it because I didn’t purchase an additional warranty. This was the Disney Enchanted series. They blamed my wife, saying she must’ve snagged something and broke it. She honestly babied it and hardly wore it, because she was pregnant and swollen. They blamed her for wearing the ring. Terribly unprofessional. They didn’t even want to speak with her when she went in because I purchased it as a gift for her. Will dispute with my credit card company.
My sales representative was amazing. I put off getting wedding bands and my fiance and I were I. A time crunch. We found rings. Are able to get them sized and we were so happy with what we got.
I had the worst experience from this store. I returned a diamond bracelet to replace 1 missing stone and it has taking over 7 days for them to repair their own jewelry. And when I called (several times) they kept delaying the pickup date and time. Ill never purchase or revisit this establishment again. Terrible Birthday gift.😡😡☹☹
There was clearly no one in the store at the Meadows Mall location when I arrived. Yet, the salesperson refused to see me without an appointment. Terrible customer service. They just lost one with me.🤷🏾♀️
Associate knowingly gave me the wrong size and made sure I got insurance. When I went back they no longer had the size I asked for originally so I had to get the ring resized. Definitely a sale to increase commission and screw the customer over, who has time for this?

My wedding ring is very fragile it has chipped and I have lost stones. They have given me 3 brand new rings once I sized it past standard they then send it put to fix it. We buy so many things from here. The customer service is awesomeI love north meadows mall in las vegas!
Please do not waste your time with this store. They absolutely know nothing about resizing rings and will have you wait for a week just to tell you the couldn’t resize it and waste your time and money. Worst experience ever and she was rude
