Disappointing... I was stoked to finally be able to try In-N-Out for the first time, since there are none in FL. The fries were a mix of warm and cool and tasted funny to me. They had a stale taste to them. The burger was OK but nothing special. You can get a better burger thats similar st Steak And Shake or Culvers. Unimpressed!

Just like all the in and outs very good. This one keeps up to the In and Out name. The food came out fast and fresh. Service was very friendly. This location though is super busy its always packed, but they manage to get your food out nice and quick.

In&Out hamburgers remind me of hamburger casserole. They are kinda mashed together, and gooey. I dont know if it is the cheese or mix of the condiments, cheese and grease. A great hamburger should have a combination of flavors from separate ingredients. With In&Out the whole experience is just cheese, onion, and greasy meat. Its not my favorite burger. What gives In&Out 2.5 to 3 stars are their French Fries. These are by far the worst fry in the fast food arena. They have a strange consistency -like cardboard- and they seem dry and almost powder-like on the inside. I dont know what there cooking, but its certainly not French fries. If your in the mood for a really good hamburger and fries, probably best to not go here.

It’s great.It’s consistent with other locations. Only down side is being near the strip it’s very busy as expected. Staff was friendly and fast. If you are craving some good food this is the place to go.

First night out of the hospital. Wanted a shake. But the smell through the drive-thru convinced me otherwise. Best burger in town.

Never thought of going to In-N-Out Burger at all due to not having a restaurant in the state. But lunchtime came around and we wanted something new to try. We come here, its packed, as expected. We order and wait. But when we got our food, I was pleasantly surprised. Came out better looking than most food commercials. Tasted better than most, too. The fries werent bad, either. Reminded me of Burger King fries for sure. Overall a positive experience here and recommend for a somewhat quick bite.

A must visit spot for first timers,people from East Coast or Mid-West while in Sin City !!!The name of the resto is a bit edgy LOL !!!definitely on purpose. It has an old school like 50s and 60s vibe and decor to it.Their burgers were great hands down, the double double is delicious and very juicy. Loved it and I highly recommend to everyone. Really good food and huge drinks if you get extra large. This is a place to go when youre in a rush and want some good food. The drive thru line was backed up but it only took 2 minutes to get to the window even with 15 cars being in front of us when we got there.

Great burgers, fries, shakes, hot chocolate, sodas, and coffee, reasonably priced! AND Great service by a caring staff! AND LONG DINE IN HOURS! Good to sit inside, eat a burger, and feel normal again! Slow-to-move Wendys and McDonalds should take a lesson from In-N-Out Burger! This franchise has got it all together! They always consider the customer!

My first experience with this brand. Definitely at the top of the fast food line.Service was great, the burger was made with fresh ingredients. The shake was just ok.

In-n-Out is the king of burger in the U.S. I never step foot in Shake Shack in a city with In-n-Out. Yeah, it is simply that good. Pros: freshness, veggie, sauce, cheese, price!!! Con:The beef part is not as good as Shake Shacks. But come on, Shack Shack is about twice as expensive, if In-n-Out were to do that price, it would be at least twice as good as Shake Shack.

Had the #1, well done, extra spread, animal style with raw onions WELL DONE! Animal style fries with grilled onions and extra spread WELL DONE! With a strawberry shake! AND EVEN IN VEGAS...THEY GOT IT WRONG!!! Thank God I ate there. I was able to take it back to the counter. The redo did not have onions. So I was able to get my $4.44 back for the burger!!!!

Being from the Westcoast but living on the east coast it hard not having IN-N-Out in your backyard but they never disappoint the food always fresh everytime I visit, annimal style fries is the way to go.

I got 2 double doubles. Animal style fry. It was every craving satisfied. Their customer service is on par for teenagers. Im not religious but God bless in and out

Uh I hate this but I have to give it four stars because to me it just didnt match the hype that I have heard over the years about In-N-Out Burger. Was it good? Yes. Was it amazing? Um no.Now the customer service was excellent and all though the line was long it went pretty fast. The green peppers they offer with the sandwiches was unique for me and they made the meal much tastier - loved them. Kids got a shake and loved them, as well.Dont get me wrong, the place was not bad but once me and my family arrived to Vegas we were destined to try In-N-Out after all weve heard, so our expectations may have been a bit high.

As with most In-N-Outs the quality of the food and service is outstanding and they pay their people a living wage!

In-n-out is such a staple for any West coast trip! I always stop here any time I am traveling near one. The one on Vegas was so cool with its merchandise store next door! You have to check it out!

The line can get crazy long but they move it along nicely. Inside or out, the employees are nice without being creepy nice. Solid In N Out quality.

Every branch is extremely crowded. Please enlighten me people. What is so amazing about this company? Same drinks as any other fast food restaurant; they always burn my fries, no matter what location I go to so I have to order a fry lite, and the burgers are no cheese, 1 slice or 2 slices of cheese. Are people attracted to the simplicity cause Im extremely bored if anything by the limited options? It works against the novelty for me. Even every picture on the secret menu looks unappealing to me. The only thing that caught my eye was the Lemon-Up which isLemonade and 7-Up. Word to the wise, I mix my drinks when Im able to self-service myself at the drink machine area. Its not a selling point 4 me. All in all. The entire food chain is boring, basic, and unoriginal.

The level 1 -2 employee was very friendly. The security guard was an excellent doorman. The fries were good but the burger looked like it had been smashed under a tire.

First time eating In-N-Out and I have to say that I get the hype. The line was loooong when we pulled up but it moved really quickly. That was crazy to me on its own. The burgers were just awesome. Cooked well, juicy, and lots of flavor. All the toppings and the cheese just brought it all together. I only wish we had one where we live.

As always, very great burgers with a long line from drive through but they are fast and efficient. No problems at all with in and out burger. The burger I got was a double double animal style and it was beyond delicious 😋very worth the wait and will always be back with a smile.

Best fast food burger Ive ever had. Our visit was during lunch rush and the staff was A+ on communicating and being fast yet accurate. Havent been to Vegas in about 7 years and we still talk about wanting this chain to come to the Midwest. I get why they dont though- limited spread ensures the product stays true to the original and the quality is always 100%

This In n Out drive thru was busy af 🤯. I went in instead & 10-12 minutes later I was out with my food. Compared to a hour or 2 in drive thru line. The food 🍔 🍟 🥛🥤 was delicious 😋 I recommend this place.

Ive eaten at most of the In n Outs in the valley. The staff is almost always pleasant but this store on west Sahara is by far THE slowest of ANY of them. It doesnt matter what day of the week or time of the day. They are horribly slow. Any other store with twice the line of cars takes half the time. Also, if theres ever anything going to be missing from my order, it will be at this store.

SUPER long waits at the drive thru, or if you go inside to order, as usual... you will ALWAYS have to wait a ridiculous & unreasonable amount of time for _%. I mean, their food isnt even THAT good or worth it! (Because way too much of my time has been spent, & wasted, waiting for unreasonable amounts of ⁶⁷, for my niece to get her food, & you can never get any of that time-consuming and ⁶back!) & Sunday... well, they had some record breaking lines, inside and out, even for them!!!! Smh... gotta get a little faster here, In-N-Out! This place is usually packed with a crazy busy drive thru. That being said you dont wait too long for your food even with how busy they are. Always very friendly and helpful.

Always love in n out. The consistency is fantastic. The burgers and fries are so so so tasty. We always visit whenever we get the chance. Not an option where we live so this is a must if you dont have an in n out in your state.

I was check # 30 and 39, check 30 was 4 burgers 3 fries, check 39 was 2 french fries. My mother and I waited over twenty minutes on two fries after receiving our first order and of course our original order was just sitting getting stale the whole time. When I finally asked about my order they realized my order ticket was on the food. Luis made no attempt to correct this problem. Extremely dissatisfied. I grew up eating at this location and never had I had service like tonights.

I ordered and Animal style burger and it didnt come that way. And my second burger had grilled onions which I didnt order. My fries were overly dry! Wasnt enough ketchup to save them. I wait a long time for fresh nasty food that wasnt even correct. Adonis gave great customer service though. He got my food (that was just sitting there) and got it straight to me.

Im from Texas and we only have two in-and-out locations and I must admit. I love In-and-out. The west coast just does it better. The animal style sauces just hits different in Nevada. The taste is better. The animal style fries are cheesier. The only reason I knock down one star was I felt like the patties are a bit smaller in Nevada compare to Texas. But I would definitely come again and eat in-and-out in the west coast.
