I called the store to ask a question and the representative was rude just saying nah. Cant even believe what the customer service would be if I went in store.
I want to commend Sprint employee Arman Rasul for making our office visit an outstanding experience. He had patience and excellent product knowledge. We are senior citizens and are many times brushed off when we dont grasp tech talk easily. Thank you, Arman.
I have dealt with this store several times, each with a gentleman named Antonio. If you enter this store, please ask for this man, because he is the best Ive seen in the wireless carrier business after having three different carriers. Thank you, Antonio, for your kindness, understanding and helpful answers. This man should be rewarded by his company for his personality and depth of service. Other individuals who also work there, who I will not name, should take a lesson on how to do their job from this man.
Went into the store to get new service for our business team. Man these guys were so quick and helpful. I really have to give a big thanks to Kevin G. That guy really knew what he was doing. He helped make this really quick and painless. Him, Quadri and Scott made me a believer in sprint. If you get in there ask for Kevin!
This is a store that is run by the Sprint company not a franchise they are not very large and they dont fix the phones but you will be given good service and the best information around the is very friendly and helpful to everyone who came in

Everyone here was really nice and helpful. But the manager, Chris, was a delinquent. He lied to my face about getting my new phone and he had attitude the entire time.

Sprint is the absolute worst. Had them as my carrier for years on an unlimited plan. Suddenly one day they start sending me texts saying my data speed will be reduced in busy areas during certain times. I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS everywhere is a high volume data area. Had applied a AAA discount to my account two months before they took off the discount and stopped applying it to my bill. Finally decided to give up my 110 dollar “unlimited” plan and move on. I was leasing a phone and I owed them for my final bill etc. I went to the store to return my phone and pay them and I was told they couldnt help me at all. I had to contact them online or over the phone and request a stupid kit so that I can ship my phone back to them. Called them to do so and found out they charged me for a extra month after my phone was disconnected. Argued with the representative who could barely speak english enough to understand what I was saying to him and got nowhere.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

The manager Denise is here claiming they strive for the best customer service yet she has the worst (corporate) Sprint Sprint store in Vegas. Their customer service is amongst the worst in the industry and her store is full of uninformed individuals. You can call customer service and see that they are a horrible store and for me personally, the only reason I stay with Sprint is because of the great service I received from Wireless Experts and over the phone care. Denise and her store are the worst the company has, I will never go here again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND IT WAS PROVIDED BY THE MANAGER!!!! we have been going through sprint for over 10 years and the experience we received yesterday was pathetic. I think the managers name was paul. he was so unprofessional he didnt even introduce himself, I had to call after I left upset. Sprint really scraped the bottom of the barrel for this guy. Needless to say the phone we preordered from them we didnt even want anymore because they were so rude and disrespectful. The community is right the Fort Apache and Sahara Sprint store is better off closed. shaking my head with disappointment.
The sales people at this store lack integrity and are nothing more than theives in cheap polo shirts. I switched over to Sprint a couple of years ago and bought my phone and tablet at the store. I specifically asked the sales person not to put insurance on my phone (I bought a flip phone with a low replacement cost) but asked for insurance on my tablet. Stupid me, I didnt check my bill to make sure the sales person did their job and ended up having insurance on that phone for close to three years for a grand total of almost 400 dollars. I went in for a new phone last month and noticed the incorrect charge and brought it to their attention and asked for a refund. My request for a refund has been denied, rejected and ignored by all levels of their management and its very clear to me now that they have absolutely no intention of rectifying their mistake and returning my stolen money. So good for you Sprint, Im a disabled retiree that lives on a pension so Im sure you guys need my money more than I do. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with these corporate theives, check your bill twice and never trust them to do the right thing, they seem to lack that basic skill.
**Regret staying with Sprint**Every promotion listed is a trick in some fashion. I was promised a $250 credit toward my new up-grade which ends up being a Visa gift card for only $150 two months later. They offered a Free Samsung tablet, but you have to pay $15 a month for it - not for an internet connection - just a fee of some sort. Now Im calling customer service which has no notes in my file and cant help; they advised me to contact the actual store where I made the purchase. The actual store has no clue what is going on and needs to refer me to the person who sold me the phones to begin with. And my first months bill shocked the hell out of me.
Never get sprint, I went from AT&T because I was tired of paying the higher prices... oh what a mistake. their data is so slow you use more data to do the same thing so you spend more on data. we ended up saving less than $20/mo on a family plan and ever one complains about how slow everything is, how bad the calls are etc.
Spoke to a gentleman who was very rude to me. I asked if he can explain something to me to make sure if it would be worth driving across town but he insisted that I come in. When I asked again he gave me the rudest attitude and when I asked for his name he Hung up on me. Never go to this store. Its people line this that give Sprint a bad name! I will find his name out and male sure he gets what he deserves! Sick and tired of Sprints web of rude personal.

THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE. THET SHOULD FIRE KEVIN - I AM WITH SPRINT Three people in the front dont have any experince even kevin the YEARS- I AM changing to A&T manager.Kevin is very poor customer service manager- and his three helpers. I never go back to this place again in my life.
Terrible customer service. Went in to ask a question and the employee treated me with attitude and rushing me to move on. I left the store upset and the employee STILL went through with the order, he ordered the most expensive iPhone (which I never requested) I got charged to my account, received an email saying the item had shipped... an item I NEVER authorized. Ridiculous and terrible NEVER going back to this store.

Although maria is training she did a good job, im a sales manager at a different business, and i could tell she was new, she needed some extra help checking over my account.
Bought a brand new phone and less than a month later it wasnt working took it in August 2nd and got NO help. Will not stay with sprint anymore for this reason!!!
