VERY PLEASED!!!After calling a different shop and being told they charge a $25 rush for same day work, I called A-Z and the owner told me to come on by and he could do it for me immediately. He was VERY patient with me as I spent much too long agonizing over just the right font.He made sure I thought everything was perfect before beginning. I LOVE my monogrammed backpack and I will be returning to him for any future embroidery needs.Ps- he charged me $9, I gave him $20 for putting up with my pickiness and thanked him over and over! I highly recommend this shop!

I order new shirts every few months. Everything is always on time and great quality.Communication is always prompt.Would recommend to anyone!

Dont waste your time, They only want bulk orders and cant show a sample of their work with my new logo on a hat. I wanted a proof and sample before I bulk order, but he couldnt be bothered. Ill take my time, money and bulk order somewhere else who is concerned with customer service. I asked how to i get a sample and he said he only works with established people, lol, I guess having money doesnt qualify.

Last minute we needed shirts embroidered same day. He dropped everything and helped us get what we needed immediately! Customer service was amazing! I recommend coming here for any of your embroidery needs!

Have used A to Z for a custom order. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend them highly. After speaking to a few other places, I went to a and z and am glad I did. Robert is great to deal with and very professional. He will be our go to guy for our cigar clubs needs.

Rob does an amazing job. His embroidery quality is the best weve ever had for our business apparel. Hes professional, has great communication, and did our jobs quicker than I expected. There was a small issue with one of the sweaters and he went the extra mile to completely make it right, just like a good company with excellent customers service should. I found this company after searching online this past weekend for an embroidery shop that could put my wifes business logo & name on her lab coats. Most places I called said it would take 3 day to a week before they could get it done, however A to Z Embroidery took my call on a Saturday and had it done by 12pm Sunday, less than 24 hours. The person I dealt with was the actual owner (Rob) and he was super nice and accommodating with such short notice. I love when I meet business owners who put the needs of their customers first! For that reason, I wanted to write a review for his embroidery business. The lab coats came out perfect and my wife was very happy. Great job A to Z Embroidery!

I just commissioned some embroidery on two hats I brought in. I was so happy to see that he also carries some general hats and shirts that customers could pick from if they knew what they wanted and just didnt have the item to be customized in their hands yet! So I picked a hat out of his stock and am having a third done too! He was very patient, helpful and made great suggestions so that the end product would look excellent. I am so excited!
