The gentleman that works here is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable persons for all of the games that he sells and for the miniatures and painting and anything else you can imagine that has to do with Warhammer. He helped my son pick out his miniatures, got familiar with the rules, and pick out his paints. Awesome!

The new manager is super friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy just talking and sharing projects. The store in very clean and pretty stocked with everything you need to get into the hobby. Put a picture on a model that I bought and painted, because, Warhammer.

Great store, theyre always there to help you with whatever you need. Even if youre a total noob to Warhammer like I was. They have paints, primers, brushes, figures, and will answer all your questions about the finer details of painting. They gave me a figure to practice on since I was new and when I mentioned I had a daughter they gave me another so she could paint one with me. Really awesome.When I bought an Indomitus box, one of the bases was cracked in half and I called them, they said bring it in and well replace it. When I got there they literally cut open a new box (and these arent cheap) and gave me the base I needed. Great service, cant reccomend them enough.Shop local!P.S. A great selection of miniatures, but because its an official gamesworshop store prepare to pay full price for everything. I know this doesnt bother some people but as someone who likes to save where I can in this hobby it is really hard to come here when other shops in town have games workshop products for 15% off retail. But I have to say the staff has always been nice and had what I needed when no one else does.

Very friendly knows the lore of the game well. Gets the fun jokes and listens well while giving great alternatives if what you want is not available yet.

Great place. So much cool stuff. So many board games and hobby stuff. Ryan shouldnt cry so much. Hell smear his makeup. Suggesting they need new management because of one case where they may have had an emergency. Why are people so selfish. Ryan, the world doesnt revolve around you. Giving the store 1 start because it was closed one time when you tried to go there says more about you than it does about them.

Anyone that gives this place 1 star is certifiably crazy, I took my girlfriend in to get some thousand sons for her new army and the manager J was on top of things in a heartbeat. He got us a great set, was extremely helpful, and gave us tons of advice that only an extreme veteran could know. He is extremely knowledgeable and I wish I could go back every day to learn more about the game and play at this store that has a clearly friendly and relaxed community.

This place was absolutely amazing! Just walking into the store, I felt welcomed. The store itself is very clean and well stocked.Jay is absolutely awesome! Of all of the gaming stores I stopped at today, he by far made me feel most welcome, and took a large amount of time to talk to me about getting back into the exciting world of miniature painting. He also gave me a standing invitation to bring my little boy and paint with him.Giving you an idea of how great this place is, it is a half hour from my house. There are many gaming stores closer to my house. Ill be heading back here for all of my mini painting needs!

I saw a few reviews say customer service was not the best, my experience was AMAZING! Jay gave me a ton of attention and made getting back in to the hobby fun again. I spent the night painting the miniature I got with the new Citadel paints I bought and having a blast. I would highly recommend a visit. Thanks again Jay your tips paid off

Jay is helpful and knowledgeable. I see multiple reviews citing the door being locked during hours the store is supposed to be open - Jay runs this store by himself typically. He has to eat lunch once in awhile folks. If you stop by and the door is locked during business hours, wait a few minutes and come back.

Jay was really helpful and encouraging. Freely offered tips and tools to enhance my painting ability. Will stop in again next time Im in town. Picked up some Primaris Aggressors cant wait to paint them.

Store closed at 325 on a Saturday.. posted hours say its open later. I try very hard to avoid GW stores smaller than battle bunkers because of this. If you are from out of town looking to score something. . try one of the local game stores they are way more reliable.

Got into painting miniatures. They have a table set up for people to paint their miniatures at. Great for beginners as the employees will help you out and give you tips along the way.There are also other tables set up as well for tabletop players and there are a lot who show up to play. Even the employees tend to play once theyre off the clock.

Yo. Nice retail location choice for a value priced center. As a game store owner I send a ton of traffic to your location because I dont sell extremely expensive MSRP miniatures. In the last month Ive had 3 people (Including a really close friend) call the shop and say, We checked out that GW store and X employee made negative comments about The Gaming Goat and we left. So Im literally pushing you traffic and you are pushing non-positive narrative to your customer base? Bad for the entire industry, and super weird my dudes.Side note -I have a really small store in Town Square. Probably the smallest SF store in the entire state of Nevada actually. Also, I dont have a global marketing campaign, an expensive website, infinite funding for store buildout, and charging MSRP on super expensive products.Swing by sometime with your financials, and if your raw gross revenue at BD is higher than this little guy I will take this post down and apologize. Otherwise, learn where you stand in the industry and comment accordingly.Sincerely,- The dude that generates at least 2-3% of your gross revenue for you with referrals.

Worst customer service in the entire warhammer community. Absolutely disgusting behavior, attitude. No help here for any vets to the game. No help on teaching anyone new to the game. No help in anyway. If I was in charge these dicks would have exterminus on this establishment.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise, went in with my husband and daughters expecting elitist gaming terds to treat us like we are stupid.Instead, from the second we walked in, the manager Jay made us feel welcome and was genuine in his efforts to help us.

I live on the exact opposite side of town. Driving there is not easy on both stress of traffic and gas. 4 times I tried to visit this store. Every time it was locked up when it said it should be open. Lights on, peoples stuff at the tables, but locked. Im done. I guess GW doesnt need my business even though they just lost a ton of customers do to AOS and their over priced models. Ill just but my models off Amazon. Hope this store folds like the rest of the poorly ran game stores.

Going in, it looked like just a random group of enthusiasts who regarded us as outsiders. One, who very obviously did not work for GW by how he was dressed welcomed us. Turned out he was the manager. He told us Welcome to the best Games Workshop store in the world!. Thinking I would let him know I am not new to the hobby, and have playfull banter I said I think Shad in Glendale, California might dissagree. His mood change to hostile and he rasied his voice saying WHO? Not wanting to assume the manager was boorish, I said again Shad, in California. At this, he cut me off and said angrly I head you, who? Does Glendale have the LVO?! THE LAS VEGAS OPEN?! NO! Deciding there was no point in continuing I walked away. He tried to backtrack, but at this point he lost two customers.Purge the heresy, Games Workshop.

Went in to pickup a direct order from GW and had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the GW employee bythby name Jay. First he seemed thrilled to be there at 11:40 in the morning. Gave me a half hearted how can I help you? I stated I had two things I wanted to cover. First, was if the store had any upgrade packs for a particular model, Jay gives me this are dumb look and tone when he States its only a direct order item, my bad I didnt know. Second, I had an order to pickup. After I asked about the upgrade pack he kinda just stands there looking at me like anything else which I had to prompt him about the order pickup again. He asks my name and begins looking for my items, he finds them, hands them to me with a there you go murmur and starts to check someone out who had walked up to the register. I had to stand there for a minute to get his attention, to ask if I needed to sign anything since I have never done a pickup from a store before. He gives me a disdainful No! and with that goes back to the other customer. If it wasnt for the fact that this was the only store in the area to get GW stuff directly shipped, I go to another store in a heartbeat. I never buy anything from this store directly and only come in to pickup direct orders from now on. The attitude of Jay was a complete turn off. I rate him *

Hours say open til 7pm, just spent 80 bucks on a cab ride to find it locked up at 3:30pm. Super bummed.
