My garage door broke a few weeks ago. Not being mechanical in the least, I had no idea what was wrong. All I know is that at 08:00 hours, my car was in my garage, and I couldnt budge the door open. And I had appointments that day and the next few days that were very important. I called around for hours and couldnt get anyone to come out right away. For that matter, most places told me it would be a day or two before they could get here. There was one well-known company (youd know them by their television advertising) that said they could make it to my home by 20:00 hours but wanted an emergency fee of $125.00 on top of $75.00 per hour plus whatever the components would cost. Towards the end of the day, I found Infinity Garage Door. Tommy answered the phone and said either he or one of his assistants would be at my door within three hours. When Tommy arrived (three hours later), he took one look and told me the springs had broken and the cost to replace both of them would be $550.00.I gave him the go-ahead, and the door was up and running within 30-45 minutes, start to finish. The next day I called around for prices on the two springs replaced to see if I had been ripped off and found that the Infinity Garage Door price was more than reasonable and [in some cases] almost half of what other companies would have charged.Infinity Garage Door is fast, friendly, and very professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company! We called in the evening around 6:30 to have someone come and look at our garage that got damaged and would not close. By 8:30 the same evening, Kfir arrived and gave me a quote on a new door and said he could have it up the next day. He was so great to work with and I really appreciated him coming out so late. He was able to temporarily close and lock my garage until the next day when he could install the new one. The installation went great and again, Kfir was awesome to work with! Knowing we live in an HOA and the door needed to be painted, he personally contacted the painter that they use and set up a day for him to come out. Spring broke on my garage door at 5pm on a Friday, called and was able to come out and replace Saturday morning at 8am. Explained the three new spring options, warranties and price. Done in 20 minutes!

I was in need of of a garage door tune-up as my door was making a little noise and I wanted it checked and lubed professionally. I called Infinity because EVERY review was 5 stars and nothing less. Less than an hour after calling, Justin arrived at my house to check out my door. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.Justin checked the hinges, rollers, lift cables, door balance and alignment, opener operation, and made some adjustments to the door track(s), and lubed everything. He took his time and really made sure everything worked perfectly. I can say now that after a few days, he nailed the service! My garage door is smooth and quiet now, plus it closes once again without having to hold the button down. The door is extremely safe now, especially with dual springs over the single one, which he recommend. He was not awkward to talk to and really provided a great customer service experience. Called Infinity for a quote on a garage door repair. I left my name and number for a technician to return my call. Justin gave me a call within twenty minutes to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. Justin called me 30 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know hes on the way. Justin arrived at my house in identifiable uniform and wearing a protective mask. He assessed the damaged door and gave me very reasonable options to repair my door. He did an estimate for us and was very honest on the type of repairs we needed to get our garage door working prime again and he wont sell you anything else that is unnecessary. I totally messed up my garage door last night. It was completely of the track and the tracks were all bent. I called and the company got me in touch with Kevin. He not only came over on his day off but late at night as well. I thought he was going to be upset having to work so late but I was wrong. He was in such a great mood with a smile on his face the whole time. Let me tell you that was awesome to see especially after the day I had before the garage fiasco. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AROUND!!!! Was surprised after I called 4 different places for quotes, other places were robotic their customer service was lackluster they didnt even care that I called from the beginning Kevin actually listened and then explained everything and afterwards set up the appointment Tommy was ELITE was here in less than half a hour and he actually had the garage springs swapped out and fixed in 20 minutes service was phenomenal!!! The technician, Kevin, was quite polite and respectful of our privacy. Always knocked at our door, if he needed to pass through the house.His work was done quite well and he showed us how to operate the manual lock of our garage door and recommended a different garage door opener, if we wanted a more quiet model. He wasn’t making the recommendation for sales. He was being helpful, when asked how to deal with the noisy garage door opener. Before he left, I asked him to check the sensors and he said they needed to be repaired. We couldn’t get the door to operate per usual. I had a noisy, vibrating garage door. Infinity came out the next day and provided an honest assessment of the issue and what my options were. They replaced the hinges and added some more support. No more noise or loud vibration.

He quicky replaced my broken torsion spring and I had him replace my others at the same time. I felt the price was fair and he replaced all 3 in a timely manner. They were quick to assess the problem and got to work.
