Would give less if I could. Noticed an unauthorized charge on my account from this company, that I had never heard of. Looked them up to find scathing reviews on overcharges. Contacted my bank to cancel my card, then contacted Shadowhawk to have the transaction cancelled and they claimed that they could not find the transaction using my name, #, or email. Well, you dont say! Because I didnt do it! They them tried to tell me that the charge was not with them, even after giving them the card # it would have been charged to. Trying to get them to understand was like beating my head against a wall. I guess there is another Shadowhawk Flashlights co. with all the same information as them, and equally shady business practices...

Nothing but a complete rip off, they charged my credit card and never sent any flashlights. When I contacted them, they said they were never paid, so I immediately sent them a picture of my credit card statement and they said they would look into it, and they never got back to me. It was to late for me to get my credit card charge reversed, so because I am so peeved about this, I booked a trip to Las Vegas and I will be dealing with them in person with the Police. Plus I am going to San Diego to deal with that division also. I have never been to either place, so I am making a Holiday out of it. When I am done with them, hopefully they will no longer be ripping people off.

I bought 4 of these flashlights as a test run, I gave them as gifts to my clients, one flashlight had a defective rechargeable battery. I discovered the problem after the 30 day warranty period. The battery does take sometime to charge, it took me about a day to determine that I had a problem.... if buying in block, dont.

This Company Improperly Subscribes you to a membership club for online discounts. After an hour plus of calls I cancelled unwanted membership many months ago. Then I received ANOTHER charge this week for the same or similar membership. TOTAL CREDIT CARD SCAM BEING REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.
