I was a first time buyer in mobile homes. The experience was not that great. It was learning experience. The important thing I learned is to the The place you are buying inspected by licensed professional. After purchasing 80k mobile home, the first thing to come about was in the first week, heating and cooling did not work $850 out of pocket. Then dishwasher another $300. Whats next? But the agents will communicate with you and they are friendly and professional.

I used ABC mobile homes to sell my home. I’m on a fixed income already. Doreen agreed to sell the home for $15,000. When it came time for my payment I was informed that she sold it for $13,000 without so much as to ask me if I would accept. We were called to the home I was selling ASAP to sign a contract for the sale. I was not expecting to sign at the home I was selling. I should have known something was wrong.Then you end up dealing with Mark, the owner of ABC, who just stands there denying everything meanwhile he was never around; this is the guy with the license to sell.My advice is to steer clear of ABC homes altogether.The rest of these positive reviews must be paid for to clear out the bad ones.Thank you for reading this.

Heres my review of ABC mobile homes and I personally cannot believe the other positive reviews on here that are for real. I spoke with one of their agents DOREEN MULCAHY and attempted to make an offer to a seller and she for whatever reason and most likely because I wasnt right there in person to write a check she never did her job and she even had the nerve to hang up on me on the phone when all I asked her was why she didnt put my offer in to the seller. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I also attempted to make an offer on a listing on another occasion and spoke with ROSA PARRA another agent working for ABC mobile homes and she emailed me that in order to make an offer on this particular home she said I need to send her 1000 DOLLARS EARNEST money BEFORE EVEN MAKING AN OFFER! I happen to live in Mexico for now and NO OTHER AGENT HAS EVER ASKED ME FOR EARNEST MONEY JUST IN ORDER TO MAKE AN OFFER ON A MOBILE HOME LISTED FOR 20k WITHOUT ME EVEN LOOKING AT IT! SOUNDS TO ME LIKE THEY ARE DISCRIMINATORY BESIDES BEING TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
