We had a great visit at Valley Vista with Leo. He took his time with us and all of our many questions. He showed us the properties we were curious about. The neighborhood looks very nice and it seems quiet. We can’t wait to move in!!!

They dont allow any street parking in front of the homes but there isnt enough parking for all the additional cars the residents have, all the guest & and vendors throughout the day & night. Not enough handicap parking either. I have physical limitations & its difficult to park the car when able to find parking & walk to where my childrens father lives. Cant park infront of the house w/my handicap placard or he will be sited. The park doesnt make things easy in handicap resident/ guest at all h makes it difficult on the residents/ guest because of the lack of parking.

Valley vista used to be a great place to live, when Margaret and Brian used to manage the property. It was peaceful everybody used to mind there business. No complaints when we were told to clean cut weeds it would get done. Once the new manager came you could feel the tension, when ever I put work order it takes a really long time to get done. There is one that I put over a year ago and I keep telling Leo when its getting done, today he said it will get done Thrusday but no time on when the guy will come. That is only one of the problems I could go on and on. For now we will stay here until our lease is up. But I will never recommend this place to anyone. Unless managment changes. And yes you feel harass by the manager every little thing they take pictures, at one point they wanted us to move some rocks that we didnt even move on the first place.

It was a good place to rent or live before the office takeover and the new management came in. Once the new manager came in, we started being harassed for very small details. The manager keeps pointing out small weeds that arent even noticeable and threatens to fine us if not removed. In addition to this, we installed a doggy door and we have a back yard thats completely fenced off, yet he threatened to call the pound and fine us if the dogs kept using the doggy door the way it is supposed to be used. The ironic part is that the rest of the community is starting to look like trash meanwhile he picks at our home and harasses us about small things. Ive tried contacting the office already, but they always negate my efforts.Buy somewhere else! Not worth 700 dollars a month to be harassed!

It great place to live until the new property manager once he got there. He started to write you up for weed that not there and he wrote me up for a weed that was not weed was a plant When i moving property manager knew i had a dog and never told me that i had to dog deposit or dog rent. I had a credit and with out let me he started to take money of my credit so i start pay dog rent and ask him to give me time for dog deposit he told me yes. 4 day animal control show up my door and that the property manager call them. I ask him for hid boss phone number he refuse to give. I cant recommend yo rent or live there

For 2 months Ive been on the waiting list to rent a trailer. I was even told I would have one at the end of April or first of May. Here we are middle of May and now Valley Vista says they are not renting out any trailers only selling them but nothing is said on website about this 😡😡Very poor communication with the staff and little help or even care it seems.Yes application is free but dont accept anyone calling you back, I always had to check on my spot on the list and was always told something different. Just feels like I was Jerked around big time😢😡 on the hunt again for a home.Dont waste your time!!

Nobody should be forced to pay lot rent of almost $800 when you own your home. Thats the point of owning to escape the skyrocketing rents In Las vegas

I went and bought a car from here... If you have a stalker dont worry... People open the gate for you sitting in their vehicle... But its very nice and clean....

Management could care less about your needs. Rent keeps going up and nothing to show for it.

My family and I have been living here for about 15 years and when we first moved in, it was great. Until recently, a few years back, the new owners and management changed and turned to sh!t. When new people move in, they don’t tell them anything. They make it a living hell for those who have been here for 10+ years or who are owners of these houses. I recommend that if you are thinking about renting or moving here, do your research and think twice about it.

Used to be a great place to live, now all they do is cut services and keep raising rents on spaces and homes. Look else where.

Poor management, the pool, club house are rarely open. They keep raising rents at an alarming rate. Better places around.

Overall its a great place to live. The only thing that i wish was different was that if i get approved to put a storage shed in the yard that if i move i can take it with me instead of having to leave it behind.

Decent place. Not much for the little ones to do, but there are two basketball courts for the older kids to enjoy. Management can be kinda iffy at times but Ive dealt with much worse.

I have been here a year now and I love this place I have nothing but positive things to say about this place the crew that manages this community has been nothing but awesome to us we moved here from Virginia and they welcomed us with open arms I love my home and am very grateful for this community

Was there for the birthday party of a friends kid. It seems like it could be a nice place if it was cleaned up more and they did more for preventing bugs.

Nice, gated, clean, pretty new mobile/manufactured home park. Lot rent seems a little high at $687. But Ive seen others that are higher.

My husband and I recently moved in to this community. We filled out the walk through from. Several items needed to be repaired. Three months passed and still no results. Finally when my husband told office staff he would see a attorney about this issue. The office staff set someone to fix only one item. They promise you the moon and the stars at the beginning. But once your in forget it. WARING DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

When we moved in a year and a half ago, it was super nice quite neighborhood now its going to s$!ts we have new neighbors who woke me up at 2 in the morning because of arguing this happens every weekend the new management doesnt enforce the rules anymore its getting bad here. Im afraid Ill come home to a place rob moving ASAP, yesterday they were fist fighting and kicking the brother in the face cussing at him outside while my kids were playing, my neighbors whove been here for 7 years and the neighbors across are moving out because of the same new neighbors 😞

Only have been here a short while. Love my home but laundromat is awful. They have a pool table but can only be used when the office is open which makes no sense because that’s when most people work.

Lovely community, amazing staff. They never hassle about things and always fix any problem with the house asap and as long as i communicate with them they are very accommodating about working with me on Anything from how i want my yard to paying bills at odd times or decorating a little different than the rules might specify.

The park is ok. Jocelyn and management are nice. Same with maintenance except the AC guy who was completely rude to my husband when we complained about the AC. I hope he is not working here anymore. Ive lived here for a year and it is good enough if you are ok living with an incredibly loud AC unit.The unit I live in is new and has the most loud AC Ive ever heard. I have to turn up the volume of the tv to almost max and Im a young person. I cant wait to get out of this place because of this. That is the reason for the 2 star review. We did complain about to the office but they said there is nothing they can do. It is a complete nightmare in the summer since the AC has to be on almost all day. If the AC unit was quiet like any other places Ive lived in, then I would stay but now Im just waiting for the lease to end so I can leave this incredibly noisy house. Ear plugs barely hep so it is a torture.If you find a unit that doesnt have an incredibly loud AC, this is a good place. I recommend you check out the unit during the summer and request the AC to be turned on before, so you can check it out before signing a lease.

Would give 0 stars if it let me . What a crazy place to live. Charge almost 700$ a month for rent for home owners? How does that make sense? What am I paying for? I dont understand cause they dont clean yards . They dont have security. What is the money for? Why should I pay so much and own .

I been living here with my parents for about 17 years, some of the worker here knew me since i was just a little kid. Its a wonderful place to live if you can get along with the workers,the staff members, and your neighbors.

They are not consistent on any rules. If you are white you are considered a drug dealer. If you are Mexican, you have it your way. Whats good for one is not good for another. Office staff pretty damn snotty. Its just not a happy place. Been here for 11 years, and cant wait to get out of here.

Going downhill...This place used to be really nice before the new managment came in, but the rent keeps on going up! I have lived here for more than 10 years and am not happy with the changes at all.1. Where is the security we used to have driving around? There are more cops in this neighborhood in the last month than ever.2. Our gate code box has been broken for a few weeks. Also, the exit gate is broken. It snaps back and it ruined the front of my car.3. Where is the maintainance crew? This place used to always look super nice and clean. Now there is always trash and the pool is gross. The outside lights dont always work. There used to be tree trimmers who would trim the trees in the backyard too. Not anymore.4. The clubhouse is not open when it says it is supposed to be. The gym is often closed and the receptionist is often not there when the sign says she will be. I also have called about questions and never received a return call.Postives: The people are super friendly who live here. Most have been here a long time and it is usually a respectful, quiet neighborhood. Even the kids are inside at a decent hour and are well - behaved.

Left a review here for four years. Saying its a pretty decent place. But if you dont want to pay hundreds of dollars in fees of the years dont move here. Horrible management actual scum. Ive lived here for 16 years but this recent management takeover has been the worst. DONT MOVE HERE.

The management is so unorganized. Plus they thru peoples personal information into the trash can and we were able to see neighbors private information. When asked about it all management did was accuse us of stealing it. The house we rented had so many problems I started fixing things myself. Management hated us because we wanted things fix. And top it off there was a mold problem. So when we had a little hiccup paying the bill one month after I lost my job, they refused to work with us at all and we ended up evicted. Not nice. Have been homeless ever since. This started our downward spin. Now we lost our kids our dogs, our storage unit. And now I lost my fiancee... All because they wouldnt work with me on a late payment. I had the money... I came in with it before the end of the month..
