I recently purchased a McLaren 12c from EPI auto auction through ove belonging to Carrio motor cars in Fort Lauderdale, and after talking to the head salesman he disclose to me there was no paint or frame damage and everything was in good working order, but after the car was delivered to my shop I was dumbfounded with all the major problems that existed, there’s so many that I can write a book, first of all the right side Of the car was dragging on the ground ....obvious hydraulic failure, it took me and my helper an hour and a half to move the vehicle to my lift so I can further examine it,the right hydraulic strut upper mount was completely broken and causing the strut to hit the inner structure of the quarter panel creating a gigantic hole, and puncturing the hydraulic line,the front floor panel under the cover is missing, they had install an AGM battery instead of a lithium ion, The check engine light is on with code P0391 Bank 2 cam shaft sensor correlation, The engine needs to be dropped and replace number 2 bank cam phasers, The whole right side has been poorly painted-everything underneath on the right side are dented including the gas tank, both head lamps have mold in them, the right radiator is leaking,HVACs are not working, iris 2 is delaminating, The wiper motor is not working... these is some of the issues I can go on ..... i’m going to have over $20,000 of parts to make this car roadworthy, so I asked Carrio to compensate me with half of that money about a week ago with no reply, so I thought I’ll let you guys know if you ever deal with this wonderful dealership!!

I bought a 2018 mclaren 720s 2 weeks ago from this dealer. They sold me the car without parking brakes, windshield broken, glass roof broken and many other details that are not noticeable in plain sight. I informed them and they said they’re going fix the issues, I took it back waited and they never fix it. These people are not professionals and once you get the car from the dealer they dont want to take responsibility for anything. If you want to buy exotic cars please refer to another dealer, where true professionals will assist you. Right now my car is at the Mclaren dealer getting ready and of course I am the one who is paying for those expenses.

Was told vehicle had no mechanical issues and just minor cosmetic faults. Untrue. Transmission issue, emission issue, steering issue, and after I drove it 50 miles away I realize the inner back tires were so bald that the metal thread was showing. Bought the car long distance. Be careful!

After reading the reviews on this dealer I wanted to add my experience in. I bought a Bentley from this dealer just over 3 months ago, Jacob was the person i dealt with and he is the owners son. The process was very easy and he was helpful, no pressure and we agreed a price based on a small crack to be repaired on the rear bumper that I was going to bring the car back to have done 2 weeks later. On the first day I brought the car home during the cleaning process a small part of the rear bumper fell off, I have since found out this is a common fault with Bentleys, when i called Jacob about this he promised to take care of it and sure enough 2 weeks later I did in fact arrange to bring the car back and the car bumper was repaired as agreed with no additional cost to me, both Jacob and his father were honorable and fixed the issue as agreed without hesitation.I have had the car 3 months and took it to a local specialist just to have ti checked out, he could not find anything wrong with the vehicle and said it was one of the best 2006 Bentleys he has seen. I have not done a lot of mileage in the vehicle but do drive it every week and I am very happy with my purchase. I would buy from this dealer again.

I was in the market for a different vehicle as I have another kid coming and need something bigger. Cardio Motors had a huge selection of quality cars that I was interested in. Herein and I have been texting and talking to each other about a few vehicles and I had many questions. He was always quick to respond and answered all my questions. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!! SCAM ARTIST!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!To put it simple, this is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. I will start from the beginning, but please read the entire review because it gets MUCH MUCH WORSE! I purchased a 2012 Maserati GranTurismo from Jacob (Carrio Motor) this past month. Of course when it came to me being interested in the car and the purchase process he was very over the top responsive and was doing anything he could to get the sale. Jacob told me that this car was in absolutely perfect condition without a scratch, blemish or even paint swirl on it (remember this part for later in the story). Anyways, we finally agree on a number and I was to wire him the money and he was going to have it picked up the next day for delivery later that week.Not only did the car not get picked up that next day, but while he had my full payment in pocket he continued to tell me day after day over the next two weeks that the driver was picking it up each day, but of course never happened. This was warning sign #1, poor customer service at its finest. He told me that we would work something out once I got the car for my time and trouble with getting it here. He also said that once I got the car I would be so blown away by the condition I would simply forget my frustrations and be happy with the car.Here is where it goes WAY downhill. I finally received the car after 2 weeks of waiting, and when the driver delivered it, he handed me the bill of landing. On this report, he notated every scratch and blemish he could see when he picked the car up to keep liability off of his company and informed me that Jacob had a copy as well. Before I even looked at the car I counted over 20 damage notations on the report and my heart sank. There were several very noticeable scratches, but also several deep scratches and significant paint chips that could not be simply buffed out (please see pictures attached for examples of damage). The entire front plastic ground effect was charred up all the way across and was even missing the entire right side of the plastic.One of the front plastic mesh plates was busted in. The tires were worn down to where there were wires showing, one having a nail in it. The passenger door interior panel was popped off. There was mold on the interior upholstery. Some of the interior leather was ripply. He did not clean the interior at all as there were scuffs on the leather and sticky stuff on all the buttons. Then when I finally took the car for a test drive it actually felt dangerous to drive as every tiny bump I hit jarred the car. I took it to get inspected and the mechanic pointed out several more cosmetic issues that I had not initially noticed, but also pointed out that the rear axle was cracked and one of the hoses was leaking oil.At this point I just wanted to return the car. Obviously Jacob could not be reached now. I attempted calling twice a day for over a week. When I finally got ahold of him, he asked me to send pictures of all the damage and he would call me right back. I sent the pictures, but again obviously no response, so I started attempting to call him over and over day after day again with no answer. I left voicemails anywhere from please call me back to I want to send this car back all the way to I am going to have my attorney handle this. After several days of trying to reach him I finally receive a text saying Good afternoon! We will not be buying the car back. Then he insisted that the car is in excellent condition even after supplying him with pictures of all the damage that he was clearly aware of before the car even left his lot. Please again, judge for yourself by the pictures posted if this car is in excellent condition. So I WARN EVERYONE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIST!!! I work very hard for my money and have been saving up for this vehicle for a long time, and now I am stuck with a car that I cant even drive until I sink even more money into fixing it.

They sold me an SUV without disclosing the many defects it had. I paid $13000 to Carrio Motor Cars and needed to pay an additional $10000 in repairs! I purchased a 2006 Land Rover, Range Rover Sport Supercharged from them on Saturday 5/2/2020. Driving home from their dealership, the suspension light came on. I decided that I would bring it to the mechanic on Monday 5/4/2020. When I parked the car in my driveway I noticed antifreeze leaking. So I needed to have it towed to the mechanic on Monday. The mechanic needed to replace the radiator, auxiliary radiator, hood struts and door window regulator. Additionally, the radiator overflow was also replaced. They recommended I bring it to Land Rover to diagnose the suspension issue. I made an appointment with Land Rover and brought the car in. They diagnosed the initial issue as a bad sway bar (contains the hydraulic unit). They needed to order the part which took a few weeks. After replacing the sway bar, there was still a suspension fault present which required them to replace the suspension air compressor. Again after ordering the part and testing there was still a suspension fault which required replacing the suspension leveling unit. The first time I took it out in the rain, the sunroof was leaking and it rained into the vehicle. I needed to replace the sunroof seal. My contention is they knew there were issues with the vehicle and purposely did not disclose them to me in an effort to induce me to purchase the vehicle from them. The vehicle was supposed to be able to drive however the dashboard fault said to pull over safely. They never gave me the 2nd key fob either.

I purchased my shiny red Bentley Continental GT from Carrio Motor Cars in January 2018 and its now September 2020. It had only 15K miles and it was perfect - not a scratch on the outside or inside. It had an upgraded RARE edition, diamond premium tan leather interior and it appeared (and smelled) like a brand new car. I was very skeptical about the dealership because this same car was listed on another dealerships website. I was also afraid to purchase from South Florida area again... due to a terrible experience with ELITE MOTOR CARS - MIAMI FL where I purchased a Porsche Boxster and when I drove 5 hours home, I noticed the dealership put duct tape over the check engine light to hide the engine issues. But on the contrary, the sales guy at Carrio Motor Cars was very nice - perhaps because we were already pre-approved through our credit union. (Hes a shorter guy, dark hair ... sorry I forgot his name). The salesman actually contacted our credit union to verify our pre-approval prior to our purchase. So in turn, I hurried to find a VEHICLE INSPECTOR in the area - because the dealership at Carrio Motor Cars is not the most prestigious I have seen. It was kind of sub-par and 2nd hand looking dealership- so again I was very skeptical. The vehicle inspector told us the car was in pristine condition. This made me wonder if they were somehow in cahoots with the dealership. Well here I am two and a half years later and I must say the vehicle is still very pristine. I did have to replace the suspension system which apparently wears out over time. The parts were about $650 and my husband (and his father) were able to install the new parts. It seems to have another small glitch in the air suspension (where the car drops very low when the ignition is turned off) but it returns to normal when the ignition is turned back on. I was told it comes with normal age of the car. Other than that, the car is EVERYTHING the inspector told me it would be. Its like a brand new car. Two years after the sale, I can honestly say I love my car. I would not trade it for any other Bentley. Not even a newer model because my exterior/interior color combination is EXTREMELY RARE. It is truly my dream car. So from my experience, Carrio Motor Cars can be trusted. I would probably purchase from them again. But PLEASE hire an independent inspector. It was well worth the $180.00 for peace of mind!!

In June of 2018 I purchased a 2007 BMW 750Li with 67K miles on it from Jacob Carrio. The car was in pretty good condition but it had underlined faults. Meaning someone had cleared all the dashboard warning lights and faults. Knowing the car was not totally 100%. This is not what upsets me. I understand that cars being bought and sold are part of the car salesman’s game. You got me. What I am upset about is that after you (Jacob Carrio) wrote the wrong address on the titling paperwork sending it to my old address, I called you to ask if you could please resend it to the correct address and I would pay the fees if you had any, you told me. It’s not your problem the car was already sold. I have called and talked to Hannah and I guess this is normal business proceedings at this Car dealership. It’s all about money, they do nothing to help a would be return customer. By the way, still can’t get a new title because you guys never changed the name in the system after selling me the car. Now if you want me to update my review, do the right thing and I will.

I must admit I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, even though there were many more positive than negative. Nevertheless, I made the trip and saw the car last Sunday. I was very impressed by the incredible inventory, the friendly greeting and especially the car I chose to purchase. I picked up my Audi on Wednesday. I kept looking for any issues that might help my negotiation, but it was useless. The car is immaculate and drives like new. Jacob and Hannah are professionals and we negotiated a fair deal. In addition, they saved me over 500.00 on the extended warranty I wanted. It was a pleasure to work with them. Terrible experience with these guys. Ive bought a lot of cars and this was by far the worst experience Ive had. Upon initial interaction the scum bag vibe became rather obvious, but I pushed forward as the car was a spec that was hard to find. I asked for a PPI and was told that they could only take it to a shop within a 1 mile radius per their insurance requirement. Red flag number one, but sure, if thats your rules, Ill play by them, and if you and that mechanic are friendly and he gives the car a good report when it doesnt deserve it, Ill have recourse. Heres where it gets interesting. I asked if a deposit would hold the car pending the PPI I was told that they normally ask for a 20% non refundable deposit, but that they would hold the car under a gentlemans agreement until the PPI was complete. They agreed to drop the car off the next morning. The next morning comes and the car doesnt get dropped off and Im told a transport truck is blocking the car. Red flag number two. I had a conversation with the sales manager again conveying my desire to buy the car and he reaffirmed the gentlemans agreement and promised they would not sell the car out from under me and that it would be on its way to get a PPI. A few hours later the car was marked sold on their website and I was told it magically developed a knocking sound when cranked and there was no way in good faith they could sell it to me being the fine, upstanding gentleman that they are. Obviously, the words used car salesman and gentlemans agreement dont go hand and hand, but the blatant dishonesty took things to another level. Buy at your own risk. Clearly, they sold the car to someone willing to buy without a PPI, but I feel more fortunate than many others on here who actually took delivery of some of the cars they peddle. I would advise a PPI and not putting down a deposit. I would also advise that you are dealing with bunch of well versed, dishonest, used car salesman. If you want a straight deal you wont get it here.

Bought the 2010 red Ferrari California online I live in ct .... it’s a total lemon. Just arrived to me today with check engine, brakes squeaking, no ac etc!!. When I called they said the car had no issues.Car is misfiring and is on limp mode with a bunch of camshaft codes... beware don’t buy online they will tell you what you want to hear and then don’t pick up the phone after paying for it ... total scammers. This dealer practices in the sale of inferior vehicles with hidden issues and then refuses to be held accountable. You would be wise to purchase elsewhere if youre in the market for a sound and well maintained car. Unfortunately I purchased over their internet site and had the vehicle delivered to my state of residence. WHAT an absolute piece of JUNK!! This car has more underlying issues than a salvage yard full of crushed cars. The owner Louis and his son Jacob are so full of bilge but they are quick to ignore issues once they have been paid. Then they reply to posted complaints with flat out lies. Next time Ill purchase from Sanford & Son motor cars. Their Junk vehicles are more reliable than the LEMONS that Carrio Motors peddle. UPDATE- At no time has Carrio motors offered to buy a new tire, which is not the issue with the loss of tire air pressure, Corroded rims on the car is the issue, which they were aware of while the vehicle was in their possession. Regardless, The car was re titled and given a Lemon / Salvage title, unfortunately It was after I was scammed by these Junk Dealers. Read reviews from other websites and the BBB, Fl. State attorneys office, FL. Dept. / highway safety before considering purchasing from these crooks. The complaints are numerous and the rebuttals from Jacob Carrio are the acts of a desperate fool!

BUYER BEWARE!!! SKETCHY! Purchased a vehicle over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a title, or even an update on the title. Car was paid for in full, 28k total. They / Jacob will not even return a phone call- and now the voicemail is full. He has yet to even ANSWER the phone, since he received payment. Pretty fishy! Will have to get law enforcement involved at this point. Pretty upsetting.

If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. Quite possibly one of the worst purchasing experiences EVER. A 1999 Cadillac Deville caught my attention on a automobile website, I called and spoke to a not so honest man by the name Steven Price. Steven had a hard time communicating effectively regarding a selling price. Steven also had a hard time defining the car for what it actually was..... a less than mediocre vehicle with a comical asking price ($7000) once I seen the car in person. Once we agreed upon a price on this “like new” vehicle, I then flew to Fort Lauderdale to visit Carrio motor cars and purchase the vehicle, then drive it back to northwest Florida. I arrived to the dealership, and there was the Cadillac, looked to be abused and was no way in “like new” condition. A plastic piece hanging from the undercarriage of the front bumper, front bumper was faded, pitting on the chrome like parts all the way around the car, the vehicle struggled to start, the dash was warped, there were missing nobs on the console that were said to be replaced, the car handled horribly, It didn’t not float like a caddy, I drove the car less than a block and knew it was a scam. But what put it over the edge was THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK, WE LIVE IN FLORIDA. I was sweating by the time I was done with my 3 minute test drive. All I heard were excuses from the salesman, who blamed the non existent air conditioner on myself for not inserting the key into the ignition properly, mind you the vehicle started and no ac ever came on. I wouldn’t buy Girl Scouts cookies at this place nonetheless a car. Do you research before you waste your time with this establishment. I tried not to believe the reviews on the other sites, but I was blinded by something I wanted, and not needed. If your looking to buy a vehicle, shop ANYWHERE OTHER THAN CARRIO MOTOR CARS.

Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. They do not return phone calls or follow up on promises and rarely reply to emails or texts. The spare key was not in the Bentley I bought and Jacob said he was sending it to me but never did. They also told me they were sending me a touch up paint kit when I bought the car. It has been almost 3 months and not received. I was also told everything was in working condition but the passenger seat controls do not all work, the garage door opener function does not work, and the headliner is not fastened at the rear window. Nothing but lies. They also said it had a full tank of gas when I bought it but it was only 30% full. Go to any other dealer if you want reliable and honest service.

Wanted to buy a 250K Lamborghini (ZHWUC1ZDXCLA01299) and asked if i could take it to lamborghini for a pre purchase inspection, they denied... Very VERY sketchy to deny a pre purchase inspection by the manufacturer.

Transporters do not go there. Rude staff. Hannah told me the Ferrari is available for pickup, I showed up and it was not. They asked to come back tomorrow. I had to cancel that load. Waiting for dry run fee from the broker.

I purchased a 2011 Audi A8 from Jacob and Louie. Both were outstanding in helping me through the buying process as this was my first car purchase. The hospitality was incredible and they really are all about customer service. Jacob was very thorough in the details about the vehicle from day one. The pictures matched the description of the car perfectly. I also used both my mechanic to check the car as well as theirs. Both mechanics gave the same feedback (clean bill of health). If I can give negative Stars I would, Accepted a counter offer on their Mini Cooper 2007 with 29,000 miles, form them over a week ago! and I am still struggling to close the sale. Very bad communication skills, never responded to my messages or came through with what they keep saying that they will do. I believe it is a scam!!!

The vehicle I purchased far exceeded my expectations. The pictures that were posted online gave an accurate image of the vehicle. The vehicle looks like a 3 year old vehicle not a 13 year old one. Not a good experience after I left the lot. The car would not start and I had to bring it into a local dealer who found over $5,000 worth of work which needed to be done. (Its been in the shop now for 3 weeks!) I should have known when the car did not start when I wanted to take it for a test drive. Also, I was promised a new key for the car which was not provided, as well as all the paperwork for the car, (service records) which I never received, and still have not received the title. And I am not getting any responses from my many attempts to contact someone. Go elsewhere!
