His manager also helped to was an absolute delight unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he is what provided awesome customer service. I started shopping for a new used car at Enterprise because I have always been happy with their service and the quality of their cars when I have needed a rental car from their company. I contacted their car sales office, and David Lopez answered the call. David really went out of his way to find the right car for me. He was very professional in every respect and motivated to not only make a sale, but make me happy with the sale. There was no high pressure from David, or his manager who also went out of his way to find me the lowest possible interest rate for the deal. I have recently rented a car from Enterprise a few weeks ago, for the duration of my vacation. I had love the way this Toyota Corolla had driven so smoothly. Upon returning the vehicle I inquired do they sell any of these vehicles to which the representative replies yes. She then introduced me to a gentleman named Lexie at Enterprise Car Sale, we introduced ourselves and I gave him a brief description of what I wanted, so we set up a day and time to come and look at the different cars that they had for sale.Upon meeting Lexie and a young lady name Sophia at the sales department they were quite pleasant and accommodating, even the sales manager who pop in to say hi they made me feel like apart of the family. I had asked a million and one questions to which they answered and any concerns I had at the time. I looked around the lot and decided to go with a Nissan sentra, it had the same features as the Corolla did, but way cooler and had the color I was looking for too.In all I had a great car buying experience and highly recommended renting or buying from Enterprise. I live in dallas, tx I saw the car 2019 infinity qx 80 that I was looking for on fort Lauderdale branch, FL enterprise car sales website on this location, I called and sales person Matt finalized the dial, agreed price and everything even I paid the down payment and flew there in a week pick my Car up but unfortunately there is a very dishonest, unprofessional manager his name is Cletandre that increased the done deal $1000 since I flew and spent all that time and money I had to accept the price .Anyway after 3 months he couldnt manage to register my car to TX and I a have to change 3 times temporary license and I am still waiting.And please be aware of this person and location before your purchased and stay away from this manager because every word he says is just lie.Most hurtful purchased I made in my life.

Back and forth between people like a hot potatoe just to come back once more for the same outcome was told my credit wouldnt be ran for the 2nd time because I was already in the system just needed a rehash and put the money down on a vehicle she left the office and within 2 secs notification bell from all credit sources informed me they just hit my credit again ! So not only has they ran and added 16 inquiries to my credit I walked away with out a car they were in a hurry the first time I came and finessed the bank the 2nd time I come with the money now the bank statements I have and already given them the first trip doesnt match so now its on me? First and last time I will not be back and if these people call im not answering such a waste of time !

I am going to start this review by saying. . . NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE.I financed a 2019 Nissan Altima from Enterprise of Lauderdale Lakes, FL. I have had nothing but issues since I got it. I was told that the volume glitch would be fixed by Nissan because it is a safety issue and today I got in an accident because of the volume issue. I am currently looking to sue Nissan, American Car Acceptance, and Enterprise because I could have died today.

I had a great car shopping experience and that doesnt usually happen. Here the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. The selection of cars is vast because they have multiple sites. My car was delivered the same day from their Fort Pierce location. This is my new home for cars.

Gorgeous Red Car (Hyundai Santa Fe) This is the second car our family purchases from Enterprise. The staff is very professional and will find you a great car for your budget. They came through for me-again. Ms. Deborah Friday, and Lloyd Mayes were excellent and very detailed. I used the SFECU (Credit Union) and my monthly payments were more than reasonable. Ill be returning soon because my daughter will need a car.

The people there are absolutely amazing. They help me to get a 2019 Nissan Sentra with challenged credit for absolutely no money down, only my trade in. Sales person Sofia and Finance manager Clee really fought for me. I realized that it meant that someone was taking a lesser commission so I could get that car. They couldve tried to be tricky once they got me at the dealership but they were so above board with everything. I was also pleased that they did all of the work with transferring my registration, insurance, and tags and informed me as to how to raise my credit, refinancing, and getting a lower payment in a year. To me these people rock. Easiest purchase ever!

Knowing the make/model of vehicle we were looking for our Enterprise sales person alerted us to mini van in Jacksonville. The mileage was low and the vehicle appeared in good condition. We were skeptical to pay the transfer fee and concerned that we could lose the money if the van came and we didnt want it. The sales man had the Jacksonville office take extra videos of the vehicle, both inside and out. We decided to have the van transported. It took several days, but when it came in we were very happy with the vehicle.Enterprise gave us a good trade-in price for our old vehicle. Of course, the paperwork seemed to take forever but in the long run in was relatively painless. Our salesman, Alexie, was very helpful and even help us to set up the Bluetooth for our phones!

Back in June I purchased a 2018 Dodge Caravan for my wife & it is an amazing family vehicle, I only give 2 stars because I was completely ignored when it came to vehicle maintenance, the staff don’t seem very professional being that I purchased vehicle June 19th & didn’t Receive my tag until later September, The way I felt in this car buying experience was that my concerns weren’t as important as the Commission, I called everyday for months sent numerous text to Alyssa, as well as the manager Cle, til this day Oct.29th I still haven’t received any vehicle care, I was suggested to take the “Gold” package which included tire care, warranty etc. I caught a flat literally 2 days after purchasing & I called the number provided & I was told they didn’t see an account on file for me, It kinda breaks my heart to even write this but I have it time because they were awesome individuals but the priorities at that location is far off, I left the dealer That night with an Empty tank, I didn’t receive a piece of vehicle information I had to lookup the vin myself during my “Solo” test drive. I’m not writing this to bash the staff at all believe me I’m not, I see them all the time because I’m a frequent customer with the Enterprise franchise from Truck/Car rentals & I rent across the street from where the location is, after awhile I just gave up calling & pleading for assistance to I just took the vehicle to dodge..... oh yeah & I actually did take the vehicle to the locations suggested mechanic & they refused to do anything, my windows made a loud shake when rolling down & it sprayed WD-40 inside my window, & later I found out the regulators wore worn out, he told me being that the window still works fine that the warranty isn’t going to change it, he told me to come back the following Tuesday for an oil change for me to rearrange my schedule for him to tell me he doesn’t have availability for me when I came in, I provided a list of issues with the vehicle that “Enterprise” seemed to not be able to help me with.......... So for future buyers please please be aware of whom you are dealing with, notice if they seem to have interest in your interest in a vehicle or more interest towards paperwork, I did appreciate the staffs help but I was looking forward to making a 2nd purchase at the same location, but I just can’t be put thru the same stress & unnecessary heartache, I proposed a bit more staff seller training- Javante Knowles

My car was totalled in January and I had an enterprise rental car. I was told that they sell cars also. So i called the rental location and they sent me to the Lauderhill location to see the representative named DJ. I asked DJ why I should work with them instead of a dealership. The answer was simple: no dealer fees. I was happy with that. What I wasn’t prepared for was the level of service by everyone who works there. DJ and Nina made sure I understood every aspect of the process and organized everything for me. No hard selling. When I left with my purchase DJ said: text me so I know you made it home safely.I called her the next day about not having mats in the car. Apparently the cars from the rental fleet that go on sale usually don’t have mats. Fair enough. She called me back a few days later with a set of mats for me.I just arrived to pick up the mats. Everyone remembered me - and the welcome was the same as if I were a new customer walking in. Plus DJ asked the guys in service to wash and detail the car for meThe car is in perfect condition, the employees are amazing... this is a no-brainer, run to Enterprise Car Sales when you’re in the market. And ask for DJ.

Elta, the sales representative, was good and I like my car but I had a horrible experience with the financial adviser, Miguel Martinez. (This is a correction. Miguel Martinez was using Lloyds office to meet with me and I grabbed Lloyds card, thinking I was meeting with him, but I was meeting with Miguels in Lloyds office. I cleared this up at the business today, Lloyd was not even at work the day I purchased the car). He forgot to receive my signature on a document on the appropriate day, then when I asked valid questions about the document that he wanted me to sign, he not only stated multiple times that I should NOT read these legally binding documents in their entirety before signing, he also told me that my questions were not valid and raised his voice to cut me off to not allow me to ask my questions. After that very uncomfortable beginning to the meeting, as I tried to read through the documents before signing them, he instructed me again that I should rely on his summaries because we did not have enough time for me to read every document. I stated that I was not comfortable with signing legally binding documents without reading them first. He then said that he had other things he needed to do and I suggested that he leave me to read the documents and return after his other commitment because I would not be signing without reading. He then immediately walked out of the room and I called out to him to ask for the documents to read, as he had not given them to me, but he did not stop. He came back a couple minutes later and I asked for the documents that I needed to read. He then slapped a pile of papers across the table from where I was sitting and said this entire pile. I told him that I could skim read quickly, but I had to read it. He then sat down and said that he will summarize for me instead. For the rest of our meeting, he would put a document down, give a two sentence summary and as I tried to read, he would put down another document and start another summary then sigh loudly when I would continue reading the document I was originally on. I absolutely did not appreciate being treated like this. If I hadnt been in a bind due to having my car totaled the day before and already completed the credit check, I would have walked out and now completed the car purchase. His behavior was rude, unacceptable and unprofessional. I especially do not appreciate a man raising his voice to drown out my voice when he does not have the answer to a valid question that I ask. At the very end of the meeting, he then stated that he actually may not know the answers to all of my questions because he had not read the documents in their entirety in many years. His behavior from the beginning showed that he was ill-prepared for his job after I used the documents to show him that the information that he was delivering verbally was incorrect. So, I would suggest enterprise car sales to a family member but at a different location. I would NOT subject anyone I care about to that type of treatment or suggest they have any dealings with that assistant sales manager. I would suggest that everyone should read legally binding documents in their entirety before signing them, thus, working with Lloyd would be problematic.

The salesman tried to rip me off by showing me a youre older than the rental I was using 4 more than the brand new car 2019 itself. Are you kidding me? Honestly, I dont waste my time doing reviews unless my experience was either really bad or really phenomenal. My experience at enterprise was Phenomenal!!! Before finally deciding to by my car at enterprise, I almost gave up. I was glad and pleased with myself for finally deciding to meet with one of their car salesman. My only regret was not having Enterprise as a first choice. I was able to pick the car I wanted to drive, I wasnt pressured, or felt intimidated, or schemed into buying something I wasnt comfortable with even with my low credit score. I wasnt forced into buying additional options and warranties. My deal was straight to the point, My monthly payment Low. The staff amazing, Lexie is just a dream. Finance manager Mike is very patient, my sales person Lloyd was the best. I cannot see myself buying a car anywhere else from now on. Two thumbs up!!! And by the way, you have up to seven days to change your Mind and get into another vehicle with no hassle if youre not completely satisfied with your first purchase. Doesnt get any better than that folks!!!

I had no problems here! I loved the attention to details and there ability to get you what you want. I looked at a few models of vehicle but I knew what I wanted and didnt want to settle for just and thing. One of my major details with four kids was hands free door opening feature, and a DVD player. I was in a rush to get a vehicle seeing that I had been driving a rental for about 3 months. I saw a minivan and I liked it, it was in my price range so I decided to get it. After my trip home I did remember if it had a DVD player I text my agent she replied no it didnt. I let her know where I stood with it. She worked to find a vehicle that meet what I wanted and the very next day at that! Loved it! I definitely would say shop here!

I seldom write reviews, but this experience is worth sharing. Great place to purchase a vehicle. Everything is upfront, Albert the sales manager breezed through the process. I knew what I wanted, a Toyota 4Runner. The car was located and transferred from Orlando to Ft Lauderdale quickly. The 4Runner was cleaned and ready for pick up the next day. I’m older and have purchased many cars over the years and this was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. Worth your time to visit this organization if you’re looking for a newer car or truck!

It was a good experience, better than average, better than the usual one you have when buying a new-used car in South Florida. Very low trade in value, I am steel concern about a smoke odor that initially was like a smoker’s room hotel. Good for Floyd and Danny, if not for them I would have return this car. I wish I could give this place no stars. It was my sisters first time buying a car, so she was a little nervous, but I was there to guide her along the way. The sales person made us feel right at home from when we walked through the door. They gave us info about the car, and answered all the question we had about buying to the best of her ability. But when it came down to getting the deal done with sales manager Lloyd Mayes, about the financing questions, and other details about contracts and such. He was very rude and very aggressive. He was like a real old school car shark sales person. So we ended up leaving and going to Aventura Dodge closing the deal. We ended up getting 100% better service from the sales manger over there. Than we did with Lloyd. I hope they give him better training or find a new replacement, so he doesnt cost that dealership to miss out on sales.
