I LOVED this place so much and thought it was a super trendy, fun, little coffee shop. When I arrived there was 5-6 other patrons enjoying a drink and there was 2-3 staff members working. It seemed from their menu board that they could make you any kind of coffee drink that you could ever desire and they had some yummy baking available. The bathroom was accessed out of a side door towards the back of their shop and is shared with a few other business in this strip mall. Their drive thru was functional and their signage was good. I ordered a Cafe Latte to go and thought it was perfect. ☕️

Always treated well and with friendly. The coffee selection has more than youll ever hope to find, but the treats, breakfast burritos, pastries, baked stuff? Thats a reason to stop by right there.

Possibly some of the best service in town. If you want to feel like youre treated with that small town flavor this is where you go. Im not really a regular but every time I pull through Miss Whitney knows who I am and greets me like Im a family member. Whatever City Brew is doing and hiring their people theyre doing it right.

I’ve given this city brew so many chances to understand how to get an order correct and they can never seem to get it right. If they are out of something they don’t tell you. For example when I order a CARMEL Con pana they gave me Carmel pecan and no whip cream because they were “ out” they didn’t even tell me they were out of the whip cream which is the main ingredient in a con pana. They act like they got a 10 second tutorial on how to make coffee. Don’t plan on going back because they can’t seem to learn how to make coffee or provide decent costumer service by notifying costumers when they are out of items. Save your money and time and go to Heidis Coffee down the street.

Traveling from Indy to Seattle when we came upon this place. We absolutely loved it. Im used to Starbucks and the uniformity in my travels, so I was leary about getting the sweet nectar of the gods from some where else. This place knocked it out of the park. Got kids? Have them try the Grizzy Granita!

City brew seems to be putting less product in their product. I shouldnt laugh someday i will.be old n weak too, just like their coffee.

The absolute slowest drive-thru coffee around Billings and Laurel every single time I come through, not worth it if you have somewhere to be... people are nice although customer service could be a little more exceptional and their drinks are pure sugar, I’m talking half the chocolate syrup bottle in your grizzly granita.

I have done reviews for two other locations. They are friendly and polite. Great coffee, consistent drinks. The missing 5th star is my own personal preference in coffee preparation; I really enjoy speciality coffee houses.

They have iced mixed energy drinks here and those are my JAM. They also have pretty affordable food unlike Starbucks, so thats real nice.

Just a quick stop here for us leaving town and getting back to the road. Coffee was excellent I ordered an americano with chocolate came out perfect. A bit of a line in the drive through but it moved fast and the service was friendly and appreciated. Looks like they had a good amount of food options as well of you were looking for breakfast and coffee! Not far off of the interstate so good for quick stops.

Usually come here before heading to work in the mornings. Love the coffee and service, however I do not like the point of sale system used here. It will never take my card, I have to either use a different card or cash. Last time they had to swipe only as the chip and the NFC payment wouldnt work. Only business Ive had issues with.

Service was quick and great but $6 seemed a little pricey for a tall latte! The coffee was excellent though so I suppose it was worth it.

Oh my god go to the gas station and get coffee. Just ordered 3 large triple shot Vanilla lattes.My husbands cup was only 1/2 full, the other were 2/3 and it’s like drinking flavored water. Discussing!! And NO they were not busy now we know why.

Good coffee just a little pricey anymore. The average working man would buy more of their coffee if it was affordable to. It has gotten to the point where its a once a week treat. I use to get one every day before it was 5 bucks a cup

I was stranded in Laurel for a couple hours and walked to city brew with my dog- the barista, Heaven, was wonderful! she altered the recipe to make the huckleberry green tea frap less sweet for me and made sure my dog always had water! Very impressed!!

We normally go to City Brew in Billings but, we were in Laurel and went to this City Brew and the folks serving us were pleasant and cheerful. Our order was prepared exactly as requested, the place was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great experience.

When I pay for a coffee drink, I like to receive a full cup of that coffee drink...my last three coffee drinks have bbeen a little more than 2/3 full..They fill the top with foam, nothing advertised that they do this, nor am I asked...

This location is very close to I-90, if youre looking for a place to grab an easily-better-than-Starbucks latte while travelling.I always hit the drive-thru here several times when Im in town. They make consistently great drinks; get my order right; and are very reasonably priced compared to pretty much every other coffee shop I frequent.If youre not always a fan of blended (frozen) drinks but like them when theyre done right, give their frappe a shot. This is one of the only places Ill order a blended when the mood strikes.Now I just need to remember to bring cash, since thats the only way to tip there. :)

I love City Brew but this particular location is hit or miss. Usually a huge miss 1 out of 5 drinks I get at this location isn’t terrible. Do yourself a favor and drive to Billings.

If you want a really good scone, this is the place! Their coffee and tea are pretty good, too. This shop is a little small; not a lot of seating. But, its good if youre on the road (its right off the Interstate in Laurel), and really nice if youre on your way to work (drive through!) Friendly staff, too!

I love City Brew coffee and will get a cup when Im off or me and my husband are out and about! It tastes so good and is priced really good! Service and coffee are perfect! Always greeted with a warm smile and welcome!

I go here for school work always nice people in there, its normally pretty cold though if you plan on staying a while a jacket may be best.

Drove through (a normal thing I do about every other day Im in town) to get my coffee. My simple latte confuses the lady behind the speaker and I get charged 2$ more than my normal. Very frustrating as to the fact I have not had coffee yet! Waisted straws and a jacket on me. And talked to me like Im the one who has no idea what I like to drink. Guess you lost another customer for you lack luster training of your employees. Sad, I do like the taste of your coffee, but you poorly run place I have to just walk away ( or in this case, drive).

The friendliest and fastest city brew Ive been to yet. Honestly Im not a huge fan of their espresso but its better than sbux. The cinnamon scone was yummy too.

I actually used to work here,And because of that,I can see a HUGE difference between the way the crews are trained now versus my crew One HUGE difference is how they dont read your order back to you,in case of mistakes,So 9 out of 10 times,My drink is NOT right,I think the owner needs to go back to the old school training.

I am not usually a complainer and they have always been great but their coffee in the morning was stale like they used from the night before. Needless to say wont come back in the morning.

If they would listen to you when you order they would be better. Got my wifes coffee right but not mine, did not want to deal with it so I kept it. Have them read back your order.

Always have a good experience with the baristas there. One thing I think they could improve upon, put a garbage can in the coffee creamer bar, currently there is one 5 feet away with a push in lid and it is really a pain to dump that little excess coffee out when you want a bit more cream.
