The baristas here are always nice. I go here frequently as I live near by. But— This location continually gets drinks wrong. Always. No matter how clearly I speak. Or in most cases, an order that is displayed directly infront of you.

There was no sign for masks. Saleh (also not wearing a name tag) didnt ask politely and wouldnt serve me. If masks are mandatory, then there should be a sign. Im not from PG county 🤷

I bought a whole bean bag for my gf but turned out its the wrong kind. Went to return and get something else store denied it because I didnt have receipt. Its not open and clearly you can see its their item still wanna make it a big deal. I was a regular at this location up until yesterday because of that. I used to go there at least three times a week there.

I order my 2-3 drinks almost every day through UberEats. This location never get the drink correct. Always forgets whip cream! Never any straws in the bag. Wrong milk being used. No one ever answers the phone! Where is the manager????

My honest opinion: It’s a regular Starbucks - but they do have a tendency to take a while making drinks. Saturday was the worst they make drinks out of order. My drink was ready when I came in, 8 minutes later our bagels were ready (they didnt announce ours), and then 10 minutes after they had the frap ready. 8 other grumbling patrons were also having the same issues.Manager should reinforce that drinks should be made in the order they are received.And they’re always out of caramel drizzle .

I have been ordering coffee here through uber eats for a year but have been going to this store for 3 years. I enjoy getting Starbucks. I have been drinking Starbucks since 93. All the young people here give me faith. I love this crew.

Don’t let the wrong-bad-comments mislead you. This place is awesome. Great service In-N-out, I almost order every day through the drive through and sometimes I come during the night with my family. I always feel so welcome here.With no disrespect this location is much better than the other two Starbucks here in Laurel (Route 1)

Nice workers usually always sweet and get my order right but everytime I get a coffee or drink at night the workers are always high and you can smell it so strongly through the window wouldnt recommend the place at night and the nighttime workers are always rude

Pre-Covid, customers were more relaxed and Starbucks truly felt like a third-place. Post-Covid, customers became VERY DIFFICULT, CHILDISH, RUDE, OVERWHELMING and management became HOSTILE . There is absolutely no room for advancement. Even having the conversation is like pulling the hardest teeth. Waste is an issue.

All attention is given to drive thru. The team works extremely hard but seems to be overworked by drive thru. Please have a designated barista for walk ins and the lounge.

This is a fantastic Starbucks! I’ve never been in one that looks this modern and so bright on the inside, I love it! It’s not crowded at all and the store is huge. I am definitely going to save this one in my maps as a place to go to if I ever have to work on the road. Great team here also by the way!

I know they are busy, but I would expect to serve the customer with respect. But one of the lady who works on the mobile order has no sense of respect. She is rude!

I worked there and the manager, Rocklynn, wasnt as supportive as a manager shouldve been. I was only considered a cashier and not a barista as she never trained me to work on drinks or even oven to heat food when I already knew how. Yet she had new people learn drinks their first day, before I even got a chance to. She snaps at people to stay in their place, she talks so rude to the employees. She told me incorrectly about my pay rate and NEVER came up to me to rectify it until I asked her about it. She said I was not reliable all because I didnt show up my last say of work. After I professionally gave her my 2 week notice and she only gave me a week to work and the 2nd took me off, why should I have given you my last day. So many people are dying to leave. And once her great people leave maybe she will finally realize to have consideration for her people.

First time at this Starbucks & not the best visit. I know it’s stressful but the workers should pay attention to the customer. Today I ordered what I normally get but I guess the cashier didn’t understand me because of the mask but I was talking loud enough that I could hear myself as well. I repeated my order 3 times and she still didn’t get it right. The mobile order station is very unorganized there are orders all over the table.

Few incidents made me review like this today. I’ve been there 6th time there every time I order the same drink, a vinti Green Tea Frappuccino. Every time they give a cup that empty about an inch from the top basically grande in a venti cup. Once they made it in grande and when I said I order venti she gave me a look made an annoying sound literally and then gave me a venti front again empty from the top. Then yesterday I went inside ordered and waiting on the line. After waiting for a while I realized they are serving people that came after me. When I ask the barista instead of saying sorry she was telling me” you are mistaking, we are following the queue”. This is just unacceptable. Sorry to complain like this but that’s the truth.

No drive through is not a problem. Very friendly and fast service, this is one of the best Starbucks Ive ever been to! Coffee order is consistently made the same way no matter who makes it and its always perfect! Efficient baristas, and happy atmosphere to relax if you wanted, I would definitely recommend!

Indian lady who works here seems to have some sort of attitude problem.I cant really understand how she got hired, and she gave me the worst experience out of ~15 Starbucks Ive went to.Fire her and see increase of revenue.

The people that work here are truly one of a kind. I love that the drive thru people sometimes sing to me . Once the drive thru guy talked like Mickey Mouse while taking my order and my kids loved it!

Worst place! Horrible service, I had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars in line. They took forever to give my order not because they were busy, the employees were chatting and not working. Finally when they gave my order, my coffee was only half full and hardly even warm. I ordered a pumpkin latte, they gave a plain latte. Slow workers! Wont be back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

A nice, new (Jan 2020), bright Starbucks. This store replaced the one a little bit to the South at Contee Road. Seating for about 35-40 people. Best of luck at your new location, guys! 🙂

I love the location but not the bright look. It reminds of a cafeteria. It’s missing the Starbucks cozy feel.

Staff is awesome, always accurate and friendly! Has good indoor and outdoor seating options and plenty of parking. Line is never long and moves very quick. Would definitely recommend stopping by.

This place has definitely changed in past few years! Its soooooo slow here, the staff do not greet you and the have you sitting there for a cup of coffee!!!! They need to be well trained for a for the traffic flow that comes thru here!!! Just left outta there and the last one to be serviced when I came in before some that got theirs! But only to be told that he is the only there, no apology and customer service at all only to made felt like Im welcomed!

Decent Starbucks. They have everything Starbucks Have in all the other chain store.Their staff was friendly and welcoming.There is only a few sittings and there is few tables.Good place to hang out but limited sitting makes you not want to stay for too long.

They are always so friendly, I was down for a Best Buy training and they were super quick and accurate with all my orders. Smiling faces and a How are you? is what you will get immediately when you walk through their doors😁

First time in since it was relocated and NEVER COMING BACK. Kim was extremely RUDE.We’d always go to the location by Chick fil a and I remember Kim because she ALWAYS has an upset face. Anyway, we walk in and someone takes our order, I was getting only two drinks but decided to order more all my staff. I told the girl ringing me up I’d step to the side and wait for the rest of the order. She nicely suggested taking and making ours and then taking the other orders. Kim looked over and seemed bothered. Two different customer came up and Kim rudely told us we had get back into the line the two customers that came after us told Kim to ring us up because we were there before they got there patiently waiting but Kim said we had to get back into the line. At that point I walked out.It’s really a shame because I was a regular who bought over 10 drinks twice a week.She should NOT TREAT CUSTOMER THAT WAY!

The African American person who works there was so rude and he was super annoyed. I know it’s the end of the day but it was pouring raining and I just wanted an egg white sandwich and a tea. I ended up not getting anything. Not coming back to this one anytime soon.

The worst Starbucks ever!!! Waited 20 min for mobile order and when I asked about it I got nothing but an attitude from guy named Nick.

Consistently underperforming. Cant make an espresso machiatto without turning it into a small latte. Staff seems always more worried about discussing their lives than taking care of clients. Custom service is not their thing.... Just go down the road close to Rt198 and the store there is excellent
