I was first greeted by Martha when i walked in. I needed boxes and moving supplies. She was very professional and warm. Getting my stuffed moved in and out of the unit was a smooth process. Will recommend to my friends and family in the area!

I went to this Public Storage to look for a unit since I am moving to this area. I was assisted upon arrival by Ms. Martha. She explained to me how to go about renting different units, the fees, how long I should rent the unit for based on my moving needs. I had ALOT of inquiries but she was patient. I appreciated her suggestions and her energy. I would recommend this Public Storage location and for anyone to ask for Ms.Martha.

Hello, KRYSTAL HILL, is so polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tried to go into the office to sign on when Public Storage took control, and was told by someone else, that I could not be helped and it could only be done online. Well, just as luck would have it, I went in another day to ask a question, and thank Goodness Krystal was there and helped me. There was technical problems and Krystal proceeded to help me until the problem was fixed. I really appreciate that.

Please dont bother with this place at all!!! Go ask a friend, a neighbor, an associate to use their basement before putting you belongings in here its the worst and so is the staff! Water dripped all over my stuff from the ceiling and caused black mold to grow on everything. Of course I had to throw my stuff away, and I am very heartbroken about it! I pay $170 a month to ez storage!!! And my property I worked very hard for is DESTROYED!!! And it’s not even my fault! Never again!!!!!!!!! And want a refund!!!!

Ive had my things there for a long time plus have shifted lockers twice . This third time theres been a lot of confusion on my end and theyve done their usual super job. I dont live as close as I used to but still have my things there.

The Laurel ex storage has an amazing staff. I visited and spoke with a Mr. Ronny. He was very polite, considerate and patient with me while I asked him many different questions. He was knowledgable about the facility. The front area was very clean and the bathroom was emulated. I could believe that I was in a public bathroom it was so clean. I would definitely recommend renting out a storage unit at EZ Storage Laurel.

Limited storage availability not a lot of perks there but price increases almost every 6 months to a year. So Im moving to a cheaper place. I do have to say I didnt have a rodent problem or thief of my items. Yes thats a frequent problem with storage places & their contracts absolve them of responsibility.

I had a quality experience with making the reservation and touring the units. The staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They take security seriously. The office and units are sparkly clean. Ill add more once Ive rented. Also, shout out to Monica for being so helpful and patient. Thanks!Update. Move out was super smooth and all the staff remembered my name and asked how specific things we had talked about were going, and I honestly felt like family there. Let me just start off by saying that after having bad experiences with other companies (things gone missing, water damage), I was skeptical at first, but this place is legit. After a couple of months with this service I can say that first off, its very clean, the storage units are spacious and the staff and security are polite and professional. The manager initially gave me a good run down on how they do business and Its family oriented. I 100% recommend this to anyone!
