The cellular service is not as good as it use to be. Everyone knows at Verizon you pay a premium price for cell phone service and I use to be happy with it but not any more. The data is no good whether Im in the country or in the city.

I was looking for a phone charger for a phone that I didn’t have with me, and the young lady there was on point she took me to the ones that would fit. There was two sizes a large and small and she gave me the right one. I walked in the door and out in less than 20 minutes. That’s what I call knowing your stuff.

I came in late on a Monday and the two ladies there were so patient with me and happy and able to joke while being super efficient and professional!

To often something is wrong with their system. I dont live in town. If straight talk can do the texting for prepaid why cant Verizon. Who owns who🤣🤔

Excellent Customer Service!

I went in this store with $800 in my pocket ready to make a quick and easy purchase and left with a bunch of problems to solve. I was originally calling to see if I could have my note 20 ultra shipped to this store since Im a truck driver and Im barely home, they said that they were running the same promotion and that I could just get it there. I showed up to the store ready to just make my purchase and the sales consultant told me it was better to just attach it to my bill. I did not want to do that because I dont want $160 phone bill. I would just rather just pay it out right. We ended up doing it his way because he said that I could just pay for it after a month. I was in a rush because I had been up all night driving and I did not look at my receipt but when I got a chance to I noticed that there was no indication that I was getting my $500 discount so I called Verizon and they said that they did not see a discount anywhere and it took them hours to go back and rebuild the transaction to apply the credit . I was also sold a s20 case to cover my phone when I had a note 20. I did not notice this until I had a chance to look at my phone after I woke up. When I came back a couple weeks later to return the s20 case they sold me that I could not get my money back but I could to just trade it for something else. I ended up doing that because I dont have time to argue or complain and I was tired of chasing down residual mess ups from what should have been a simple transaction. Also now I have to wait 2 months to get my $500 discount when if I would have paid cash when I bought it it would have been instant and done with.Sn I also noticed that someone changed my security questions in my my Verizon login.2 month update. My full promotion still hasnt shown on my bill even after verizon had to rebuild this botched transaction. And Im still not able to pay off the device in full like they told me I could after it shows up on my bill. This Victra location location is like going to a used car salesman.
