I went in to do an activation and the manager and team helped me so much! They were very positive, and made sure to the job right the first time. Took there time with the process, and i left very happily. Favorite store in lawrence.

Went in to do a warranty exchange because my screen went black and the customer care team told me to go this route and sent a replacement to this location. The manager seemed angry, repeatedly told me she was the manager when it was irrelevant, and said phones have to be able to turn on with a visible screen in order to be eligible for warranty exchange. She then went into the back to correct the customer care team on their error and never returned. When I called customer care to tell them about this, they told me the manager was mistaken and called the store who then lied by saying my screen was damaged. I completed the warranty exchange at the location on Iowa the next day with no problem.

Peyton was awesome. He replaced my broken screen and made sure that I had everything I needed while in the store. He was training violet and she is going to be great! Highly recommend you use their team.

The assistant manager, John, at this T-Mobile location was 5 stars excellent! He was super friendly, super knowledgeable, just a great experience! We would recommend him highly. We had been to other locations and didnt get half the attention, half the expertise as he had. Thank you bunches for your help and good luck with your schooling - youre a rock star!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Being disabled the last 15 years and a Marine wife didnt always get respect.These two ladies had a hard time getting VZW to let go of their 17 years customer. They remained professional and fixed my aunt so she can text without frustration. Awesome experience!

Went to T-Mobile to compare two phones. JOHN was my customer service representative. John was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was knowledgeable about his products, did not rush me or pressure me to buy the most expensive phone, or try to up-sell me on anything. It was a very pleasant experience! John was wonderful!!

John has been amazing. He took a bad day for me and made it a great day. Boost mobile wants to keep a paid off phone for 12 months but T-mobile has different policies. Dont use Boost nothing but headaches! Go to T-mobile best customer service & experience at 23rd st and 31st. I have so many positive experiences working with both locations in Lawrence ks. (Edited as Google speech-to-text was not very good)We went to T-Mobile to see about signing up for the new magenta Max program our plan, but they didnt have the phones we were looking for and they said the other local stores didnt have them so they said we can go home and set up an account online, then we could order the phones. Unfortunately, in order to make an account online you have to have an active phone using their Sims, which we didnt have the phones to do that with. Theres a security code that has to be sent to the phone. Also, the phones we wanted were no longer available. We canceled the service the next morning, we were told to go back to the store and get a refund. We went back to the store to get a refund and they said no there is no refund and they will not help us. Plus, they charge $20 just for the in-store agent to help.

Went in because I needed help installing a tempered glass screen protector onto my phone a nice lady helped me out she got an opportunity to learn how to install it because of me very happy I found out however that the kit I bought had the easy screen protector frame stolen from it thanks to the staff there I will be going to rate the glass where I bought it from because of this so thankful to the people that helped me I will definitely go back there again if I ever need help again

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Jeff Steele, the Manager athe the Lawrence 23rd Street, location! My sister and I went through, literally, 2 full days (15-17) hours with Jeff and his team at T-Mobil. We had so many issues, another story, with Spriint that we chose to just transfer to T-Mobil and it was solely due to Jeff! He has gone out of his way to not only confront the issues, but take them on & solve them with complete resolutions! He has stayed with us (like, passed his working hours) throughout this whole process! Thank you, thank you thank you Jeff for your patience, time, attitude, determination, and kindness....not to mention his knowledge!

Nothing against the man that helped me. Low rating has to do with T-Mobiles customer service and policies. I dont foresee continuing my contract with them. Ive never been with a carrier that can charge an infinite amount of money for a phone. Maybe my fault for not reading all fine print on the multi-page contract. So I go in to pay their charges to buy the two phones that apparently went to a default lease of $33 a piece per month. I planned on having to pay $150 for the two phones. Not $233!!! They still charged the monthly $33 per phone to stop the never ending lease. At least other carriers after 24 months the phone was paid for. I guess 25 years with AT&T spoiled me.

Went to get two new phones based on a discount that was advertised on the T-Mobile app. The service rep told me the plan did not exist then tried to provide a different plan. After showing the discount, the rep took my phone out of my hands and told me I had to go the the T-Mobile website. They proceed to show the same other deal I was not interested in. After I got the phone back I showed the deal I wanted from their website the rep then went to the manager for discussion. After that they said they could offer the deal with additional stipulations that were not in the terms and conditions. I walked out deciding I would purchase the phones elsewhere. Overall it was a terrible customer experience and I have no intention of ever returning to this store.
