Pharmacy did not answer questions over the phone, was vague and hung up on me; which is not something you want to deal with when recovering from illness. Will be switching to a different pharmacy asap.
I will say that most of the staff at CVS is actually professional and nice. However the manager last night was extremely unprofessional. I was couponing and I needed help with a couple of things. However she did some stuff that wasn’t okay. One of them being repeatedly saying “she always goes to self checkout for freebies” yes I coupon the other lady( bangs) who helped me was extremely nice and professional and so was Rachel. Lesson here is if you are going to repeat talk about your customers please don’t do it in front of the customer. Especially for a manger to be ;I don’t think it’s any of your business to even comment on why I go to a self checkout, but under my impression people use self checkout because it’s encouraged by CVS. I’ll repeat it agian most everyone who works there is actually nice; just not okay for her to be rude like that.

The NP was great (Sharon). The ease of scheduling, and the promptness of the appointment was wonderful. My Primary was booked, and it was nice being able to be seen at such short notice. Will definitely visit again when the need arises.
My friend was treated VERY poorly by one of the managers here, shes a larger woman with red hair and glasses, someone at CVS please read this and square that manager away 😤

My husband had a confirmed appointment for a covid vaccine. Cvs staff canceled it for No reason. They obviously had vaccine but DID NOT honor his confirmed appointment. They would NOT explain why.
Your full of crap your not giving away free flu shots and if someone has health insurance they had to pay for it and your list of insurance that you do take is short and you get paid by the insurance company so who is getting anything for free 🤑
They know who my husband and I. So when we pull up they are already looking us up. It’s great. They are super friendly! When we moved to the other side of town we decided to continue to get our prescriptions here because we love it here. It’s worth the drive!!
The pharmacy tech was rude and condescending. I had a medical card but my card didnt have the pharmacy information on it. Instead of calling my medical insurance company herself, she pushed the card at me and told me I needed to provide her with the pharmacy information. I called my insurance company and they provided my information directly to her because I was told they could not provide it to me. After verification of the stores ID they provided the tech the information but it still would not go through. Again with a dismissive attitude I was told they could not fill it without the insurance. I called my insurance company again. I was put on hold and the rep called the store to talk to the pharmacy tech to troubleshoot the issue. They finally got my insurance to go through. Then I was told it would be two hours. She gave the price of the medication and it was high so my husband remarked it was expensive and that maybe Good Rx would be cheaper and she said not always turned and walked away from us. We have used Good Rx with Walgreens with this med so we know its cheaper with using Good Rx plus Walgreens took the time to find a cheaper alternative for us. The only reason we used CVS this time is because my insurance requires mail order after two retail purchases and we didnt have time to do mail in. Wont use this pharmacy again. ***EDIT: I have since received a phone call from Lina the pharmacist. She apologized and she has made things right with our prescription. I appreciated the effort on Linas part to contact me to get more information about my initial experience there. I feel they do want to make sure their customers receive good customer service. So the revised review is because of Lina and her excellent customer service follow up with me.
Ever since the pharmacy has changed their hours and have different people working in the pharmacy at all times I have had nothing but trouble. My Doctor has to call prescriptions in 3 and 4 times because according to the pharmacy my Doctor who has never I repeat Never has made prescription mistakes in the past have made numerous mistakes on her prescriptions even when she is renewing prescriptions that were fine in the past. The quality of care from this pharmacy has gone out the window. I will change pharmacies as soon as I find a reliable pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and stay away they are more interested in raking in the money then assisting the customers.
This is my favorite pharmacy. The service is amazing. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of the drive through window for when you are in a hurry or have sick children. I have always been treated kindly and with respect. They let me know before they ring it up if the cost is high on a particular drug so I am not surprised. Their app is so convenient. Im so happy they have it. I give thos store a high recommendation.
TERRIBLE service. This pharmacy is trash. I would not recommend this pharmacy to ANYONE especially if you have just had surgery and the hospital called in a prescription. They will make you wait an HOUR when it was called in way before you got there. Not friendly service at all. Slow slow slow! I don’t know if they are understaffed or what the problem is but this is the LAST time we will ever be using this pharmacy.
This is a very good CVS I would recommend it it is very clean and organize and as well as it has a walk-in clinic with highly recommend to somebody. Overall the customer service is really good as also very clean very organized.
The pharmacy filled the wrong prescription for my daughter, and then insisted my daughter take it even though she is two years younger than the minimum age for the med.When the age issue was mentioned, the head pharmacist was consulted and returned with the definitive answer five year olds can take it too. My daughter is four. That info was stated a few times. She will not be five until after the med we were given expires.It is apparent whichever tech was filling the prescription just pulled the first thing s/he came that resembled the same dosage. DOUBLECHECK what has been filled for you before you pay, and dont follow any advice given without doing your research.
Staff is friendly and helpful.Only downside is the plants in front of the entrance. They smell like cat urine.
Easily accessible from north bound Iowa street. Other access points are more difficult. Typical CVS though its pretty good.
I wont go any other place to get prescriptions filled. CVS rocks!

Every single time Ive been to this CVS during these past several months, they have not only screwed up my prescriptions and/or blatantly miscommunicated to me, but they have treated my rudely in response to their own mistakes. First they promised me a specific pick-up time, but then failed to notify me in the store the following day that one of my prescriptions wasnt ready yet. I figured it out after I got home and called the store about it. Not only could they have told me ten minutes earlier that it wasnt ready, but the lady on the phone was extremely rude and even raised her voice at me in response to my complaints. Next, they claimed that my doctor messed up the prescription orders and that they couldnt fill my prescription on time, even though theyd been refilling it on-time for the past 3 months. Plus, I had to call the doctor myself to get him to change the orders since they didnt do it after I asked them twice. Finally, I called them one night at around 9:20 and asked if I could get passport-sized photos taken and they said as long as I came in before 10PM I could. Well, I get there ten minutes later only to be told that they could only make those photos before 9PM, 20 minutes *before* I called.This store obviously has no regard for customer service and I am personally finished dealing with their rudeness and constant misinformation. This is very upsetting to me because Ive had nothing but great experiences from other locations. If youre looking for a good pharmacy, I would take your business elsewhere.

The manager of the pharmacy Courtney refused to fill a prescription I needed, and also hung up on me multiple times causing me to have to call back. Treated me in a very unprofessional manner. Will not be using CVS anymore because of this interaction.
The pharmacy here is great. Sometimes the wait is longer than others though but Im sure they are busy behind the scenes.

Rude people are here, who have no regard for their customers. The hours are incorrect. There is no pharmacy hours even posted, apparently. I drove all the way out there, thinking the pharmacy was open, only to find out they have been closed for hours. I. Am. Frustrated.
