This review is well overdue. I have been in the restoration industry for over 15 years and have been using steamers my entire life. I have tried 3 different steamers from different companies before I found Daimer and my experience with them has been amazing. I currently own about 8 steamers and these machines are great. Not only that but repairing them when needed is super easy and Daimer will literally walk you through the process if you need to repair them. If you dont feel like it you can send it back and they will repair it for you. Its wonderful for how busy we are and when you dont have time for these things. Bill and his team have always been helpful and respond quickly when I need them. Bottom line, if you are in the industry and in need of a steamer, this is your place. I purchased the Daimer 9300, and absolutely love it! Suction is great, water temps are great, ease of maintenance and is not overly bulky! I will definitely be ordering at least one more. I was used to a van mount, but do to location and building styles went with a commercial portable. It has been more than worth it. Thank you Daimer Industries!! Also the technicians were extremely helpful. And response time was great.
We purchased our Daimer Steam Vac about 10 years ago and still amazed at what it can do. We clean our dining room floors everyday with this unit. In the kitchen we use it for the walls, floors and the equipment. The biggest plus is we dont need to use harsh chemicals the steam wand attachment does the trick. This unit has definitely paid for itself over and over.
I bought a kleenjet 1000 from Daimer, the machine worked great, it just wasnt for me, after reading all the negative reviews for their customer service I was anticipating a nightmare to return the product and get a refund. That was absolutely not the case! I would like to thank Daimer for their complete professionalism, speed, and customer service. And also extend my thank you to Matt Alex and Bill they were all really great through this whole process. I give them 5 stars because thats what they deserve in my case. Good job Daimer thank you very much.
800 Phone receptionist and customer service sucks. Whenever I call I never can talk to the right person and they still dont have someone call me back which is like two days later.I ask about a steam cleaner and even the receptionist cant find info on it.You would think because its her job she would know everthing about her products.I was ready to purchase a $3100 steam cleaner but because her lack of concernIn knowing her products and guiding me to the right person I told her I would shop elsewhere.Her response Have a good day sirShe must not be in commission
I purchased a 12820 model. The sales staff were knowledgeable, quick to respond, and the unit was purchased, shipped, and received within 3 business days. It was easy to operate with little work out of the crate. This machine will pay for itself in a few weeks. I am very pleased with the versatility, design, and multi-functional uses.
I purchased two used Model 9600’s from a Casino and when I received the units I had problems with the heating. I was really worried because I didn’t understand how the units functioned and was afraid to call the Daimer company because I didn’t buy the units new or used from the company. I called and got connected with Bill Derr (Tech) and I started asking question after question and to my surprise Bill answered all my questions and was actually happy to have me as a customer. His help was priceless, he made me very excited for my purchase. Bill told me to call or email him anytime with any questions. He actually walked me through and followed up with an email on how to get my heaters to function correctly. I love these machines, I’ve had a truck mount unit and got rid of it because I couldn’t take it into large buildings. With the 9600 you can use it from your truck with a generator, which I do. I’ve used up to 150 ft of hose with no issues and I love that I don’t have to keep filling it and stopping to dump it. Love these units and the great service that comes with them. They overcharge for their pressure washers by $2500-$3500. The connections wear out in less than 180 days, they do not use quick release fittings. Their equipment is not made for remote use, you must have direct water available or buy a separate pump. I found better equipment at their prices. The Supermax 10880 is only worth $3500.00 brand new. The demo product was only worth $2450.00. That’s a $4000 loss in value upon receiving. They charge you the initial shipping charge and the return shipping charge upon return, even if it’s is in original shipping or your own shipping materials. Even on next day return shipping without the equipment being used. I would never recommend using this company for commercial use or even residential use.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Daimer industries. I work for a longstanding food manufacturer in the Boston area. Due to changing customer requirements, I was charged with finding a cleaning solution for one of our most difficult manufacturing lines. The group at Daimer went above and beyond to find equipment that was perfect for the application. We found their customer service to be more than helpful, and the equipment they provided very durable. Their support team followed up after delivery to make sure the machines were performing as demonstrated. They also offered training and guidance for our on the floor employees . We would gladly do business with them again.
We purchased 2 KleenJet Pro Plus 300CS up a couple years ago and we use them in our cleaning business all the time. The steam machine has performed continuously without fail. This equipment has helped us especially in our deep cleaning service process. The crew uses these machines on almost any type of surface. This equipment has a wonderful way of making the old look new again. Machines have paid for themselves a long time ago and continue to turn profits for us.I also want to add, that the customer service at DAiMER industries is impeccable. I purchase a Daimer steam cleaner and I been pretty happy with it, but the hose broke. I have made several call to Daimer Industries so they can direct me were to send it for repair and so far they have not the decency to return my call, they just keep saying someone will be returning your call, this has been going on for two weeks. Daimer industries is only interested in selling steamers, dont expect any type of service from them. once you buy from them you are on your own
Great machines I own a car repair and car detail shop. Using every day. Carpet cleaning machine and vapor machine is the best machine .
We have had our machine for almost a year. Had a part break. Same situation. We have called everyday for two weeks and left phone messags, emailed, and even faxed. Not a call back or anything. We loved the steamer but the customer service is awful. If you want to buy a machine they are all over it. Get one fixed or buy a part, forget about it. Unbelievable that the company that says its the global leader in cleaning equipment cant service their product. Very disappointed. I would never have purchased the machine if I had known this was how it was going to be getting parts.

Top notch customer service!!! Bill Derr from service saved me hundreds of dollars. I have a Dupray steamer, a competitors machine. Dupray would not honor the parts warranty because they do not replace parts. They offered to exchange the entire bottom portion of my machine for the modest cost of $399. So I contacted Daimer, because the machine is made by the same manufacturer. Daimer couldnt honor the warranty, but Bill and his team sent me a users guide on how to trouble shoot and repair the machine. I was able to identify a cooked relay and ordered it from Daimer for $40 shipped. Bill Derr then filmed a video JUST FOR ME showing how to replace the relay!! THEN, b/c the relay didnt come with the connectors, Bill and his team custom made me a plug-and-play harness at no cost and it worked like a charm! This was the best customer service I have ever received. Ive since ordered brushes from them, and I disconnected from Dupray altogether. From now on I will only deal with Daimer. I hope to, one day soon, add another machine to my inventory. One from Daimer, for sure. Thanks Bill and the team at Daimer!!
