United Rentals was very easy to work with! The reservations, pickup and return went very smoothly. The equipment was in good shape, and worked perfect for our needs.

The people at this location were friendly and very helpful. Being welcomed as a small business owner was even cooler, they offered to sign me up for a credit account. This is great because the company I have used prior to united rental refused to give me an account. Being offered this opened up possibilities for my growing company. Reducing the cost of immediate overhead, and allowing me to pay after the job is complete and customer invoice is paid.I am very likely to use united rental again. If service is consistently good and the equiptment I need is available. I just might just become a dedicated customer.
