I needed to pick up a copy of a magazine that was supposed to be available here. I was a bit intimidated by the LARGE selection of magazines. There are literally hundreds of titles and I couldnt find it. I asked someone behind the register to help me and she looked it and and confirmed that they had it in stock. She walked over to the newsstand and helped me find it. This place is great. In addition to the magazines, they have tons of books for adults, teens, and kids. They even have a music section of CDs and vinyl albums. If you want a gift, there are lots of choices from bookmarks to journals to pens. And they have a great cafe with yummy pastries, coffee, and other quick snacks to enjoy. You can even park your bike outside. This place is a wonderful place to find your next book.

Barnes & Noble has always been a great bookstore. They had all the books I was considering buying at decent prices. Pretty awesome!

I am a bibliophile so of course I love Barnes and Noble. They dont have everything but they have a good cross section across many genres. If you are looking for a book from classics to fantasy or anything in between there is a good chance they have it. If not they can order it for you.

Im a bookworm and I love coming here to find new books, whether in a series or a stand-alone book. Its clean, and the employees are always so nice and helpful.

No complaints. They always have a good selection of books and the store is always clean. Everyone whos helped me has been very kind and patient. If they dont have something theyre willing to find it or help you know where else to look. Always a good trip.

So many amazing books and deals. The reason why it is only a 4 star though is becuse there is usually never staff at the checkout counter which makes it hard if you are in a bit of a rush. But other than that amazing

Ive been coming here since I was a kid and its one of my favorite places in the world. B&N is the first place I look when on the hunt for a book to buy and its rare that I have to look anywhere else. Theres been a decrease in quality of service lately, sadly, but I still look forward to every visit.

This is a very clean and nice quiet store to browse books. They have a lot of books in stock and their employees are very helpful.They have a cute Starbucks café where you can sit and read with some lunch and a drink.

I went to purchase a book because it said it was available for pick up online. I head into the store and all the available copies on on hold. So why does it say they are available online? Other than that I enjoy barnes and noble, and will keep going there.

They have rearranged the shelves. Its not a bad system, but I swear they have less books now. I can usually go in a see a good variety of my favorite authors, but I could hardly find anything. They have so many shelves used for front-facing New Fiction/Non-Fiction titles. It just rakes up so much space and seems a little much. I still love it though cause....books.

Fire books recomends the manga

Trying to return a broken toy that was damaged when I received it. The paperwork in the box clearly states that returns can be done at a local store. This store told me that I cannot return it in store and will have to pay to ship it back. So now I am forced to pay shipping for retuning a broken toy.

Phenomenal customer service! I needed one last book to finish Christmas and it was the very last one the store had, only it wasnt on the shelf with the other books by that author. The employee looked all over the store, in the back, in returns, everywhere, and was able to find it for me! He didnt immediately give up on me when the book wasnt where it should have been and went above and beyond. To the gentleman who helped me- youre a lifesaver! Keep up the excellent work :)

Expensive. Science section is small. Overall, very fun but no where to really sit besides their cafe. Would recommend from for magazine fiends, book worms and stationary collectors with some cash in their pocket.

Id walk by again.

I LOVE coming to this store and I just recently got a membership and love it. A couple weeks ago I had purchased a couple books from the buy 1 get 1 50% off. I decided to exchange one of them yesterday and brought both back per the receipts exchange/return policy. The cashier went to do my exchange but I still ended up having to pay a full amount of the BOGO, even though I had already purchased one and was exchanging the other. I tried to explain that it did not make sense for me to be paying that much money and there was some sort of miscommunication in the conversation. I was panicked as there was a long line behind me, with one cashier and I paid in full. *I did not get my money back for the first BOGO (I originally paid in cash)*. This resulted in me paying full price for a BOGO twice, with only actually buying a BOGO one time with an exchange. I will always keep coming to this location, however I am slightly disappointed that I ended up having to pay double for two books.

Im convinced this place is some type of time vortex. You go in, spend 20 minutes looking at books, purchase and leave, only to find out its been 3 hours.

Good place to buy books if they dont have it if its available they can get it. There reward program saves money. They do need more people on check-out sometimes they are a bit slow.

This barnes and noble had a ton of classics on sale!! I got 3 books for $17!! Even if youre just there for the Starbucks, barnes and noble has a really good atmosphere that just makes you feel content.

Went in today without a mask was approached by an associate asking me to wear one. I politely asked if there was a medical exemption. The associate politely said back for your safety and the safety of others we require a mask. Then not so politely asked if there was anything she could help me find while handing me a mask. Bathrooms were clean. When I went to pay they were having a training meeting with 4 people as well. Noticing a long line we got greeted like a burden. We’re offered many up sales and no bad for our purchases.

Went looking for classical literature for my AP Literature and Honors English students. With some help I was able to find all but three of the needed literature pieces. An employee helped order the three others to be delivered in three to five days. Overall, a good experience.

Wanted to charge me $.99 (reason for 4 Star Rating) for a bag to carry my 3 magazines and card that I purchased...shocked, actually stunned) but the beautiful young lady there with a Librarian Masters degree made my day. She was very helpful in getting me coordinated in publishing my book and Book Signing Promotions contact at B&N.

Excellent customer service. When I called to inquire about whether they had a book or not they said that they did and then had it waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. It saved me a lot of time, and I appreciated that.

I cannot wait an hour to pick up a book, in a non-social-distancing line. Keep the book. And forget about my future business. Going back to Amazon.

I have a semi regular coffee date at this B & N cafe and its always a great time. I love the updated layout and the store usually had the perfect amount of foot traffic, not too quiet, not too loud. The coffee always comes out perfect, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. Excited to make many more memories here!

I placed an order online and needed to return a couple books from my order. I called the layton Barnes and noble and asked an employee if I could return them in store and they said you can return any online order in store. So I drove 30 minutes out of my way to the store instead of sending them back online for a quicker process only to find out that I couldn’t even return them. They took like 20 minutes to try and figure it out and had to start over multiple times. They finally said I couldn’t and I had to do it online. Horrible customer service.

Second time in a week and Im SHOCKED that one of their employees still has a job. Complained to a customer in front of me regarding Barnes and Nobles Covid restrictions, told the customer that the company is too cheap to give bags out when the customer responded with asking if she was having a bad day her response was to rudely say she was having a good day...poor customer said shed hate to see her on a bad day... employee said, yeah I bet you would ... ROTARY, she was complaining to another customer about why they need exact change...I understand frustrations with Covid, and the changes weve had make, however being rude isnt ok.

Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Its clean, organized and a quiet environment. Great books and reasonable priced products. Been going there for many years and it never disappoints in any aspect.

I really like this store. The staff is helpful. Its easy to locate book titles or Authors and they have adequate lounge areas scattered around the store. They even have a mini cafe inside. Limited on available food and drink choices, but enough to satisfy the cravings.

They are one of the FRIENDLIEST and most HELPFUL businesses around.
