Everything was great, but carpet was installed in my basement and after 16 months, it has wrinkles. The installer Warrenties for 12 months and would only re stretch if we paid. Its in a basement and seldom used. I think installation should be flexible.

We were very pleased with the service we got. Russ was very knowledgeable about all the different types of product and helped us pick out what was best for our price range. They were very good about keeping us up to date with when theyd be able to install and were very quick and professional when they did come to install. They jumped through several hoops to get our carpet installed as soon as possible. Definitely our go-to people for carpet in the future.

Rude and wouldnt give me the time of day. I even brought in a sample to match. Dont go here. Waste of time. Also, they charge $50 for am estimate. All other places are free estimates.

We had them carpet our entire house before we put it on the market. They gave us a great deal on a high quality carpet. They were prompt and came when they said they would. I looked at the big box stores before selecting Abbey Carpet. They got us a better deal and a much quicker installation. We will be contacting them for carpet in our new house as well.

Ive had them carpet my whole house. Everything looks great. Russ has been great to work with, and the two installers have been great.

They were scheduled to install carpet in my basement. When it came time I didnt have furniture moved out and was in the hospital with my wife and new born child. They walked away from installing the carpet and I had to find out from some else that they didnt do it. So they didnt even give me a call to let me know they were walking away from the job. I refuse to do business with this company again. 11/17/2016. I just tried to have them correct my negative thoughts about them, by putting new carpet pad that got wet in my basement and restretch the carpet. They told me to take my business elsewhere. And they dont want to do business with people like me.
