Jeremy and Mike were great. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Did what they said they were going to and were great at communicating. Even worked with us on price as best they could.

We just got our carpets installed and we are very impressed with the job the carpet layers did! They were amazing! We have an old home and they worked magic to make our stairs stop squeaking as well as manage the other quirks of an old home expertly! We also appreciated the helpfulness and responsiveness if the front room staff.

Not only did a worker no show at my house yesterday, but then I just tried going to a prearranged appointment to find the business closed 40 minutes early without any notification. Other customers were also in the parking lot upset that they’d closed up early. Frustrating.The people who I’ve talked to on the phone and whoever came to my house have been super nice though.

We absolutely love this company. Everytime I look around I always go back to Americarpet in Layton. Jeremy and Mike are always kind and easy to work with. The installers are respectful and do quality install. We have used them to replace carpet in three houses and will continue moving forward. The carpet we chose for this current house is such amazing quality. Weve had it about a year and a half now and had many unfortunate accidents happen on it by one very sick old dog. Everything cleaned up beautifully. Seriously you would never know the horrors it has seen. We are so grateful for such an amazing company with awesome product.

This is the worst company!!!!!We had them come into our home measure and make a bid, we were happy with that (Jeremy was great). When it came time to schedule it took 3 months, we were then given a date. The installer got to my house complained to me about how hard it was going to be as he thought it was 700 sq feet of easy install and realized it was an old home that we were restoring. Then he left for a few hours as he LEFT his tools home. Keep in mind we gutted our house. No fridge, washer dryer, stove nothing. We had done the prep ourselves to save money we worked all night as they said it should only take a day and set the appointment. The installer gets back to may house having done nothing no work, he said I cant do this. Ill have to do it next week as Im asking him how Im supposed to cook dinner for my children and get ready for work since I dont have a washer or dryer he didnt care and left my home. An entire week later he shows up does the job in one day!! I dont know why we had to wait a week.He made a complete mess of some of the work, nothing lined up.

The first time we went in the guy who helped us was amazing and was so knowledgeable. Once it came to getting someone to get measurements, it became a joke! The first time we were told that whoever booked our appointment obviously didnt look at the schedule because they were not able to make it as they were in Salt Lake. But we were told we would be called back to see if anyone would be able to make it.. nope never got a call back. So we called and got another appointment and the same thing happened.. We finally told them that we would no longer be doing business with them and they should come get their carpet sample books they let us take the first day we went. They had set up a time to come get them and guess what! they never came! So we ended up calling again and come to find out that the store closes at the exact time they were suppose to come get the carpet.. what a coincidence! So we left a message for Jeremy the manager who we had been working with the entire time. Will never do business with this company. Not worth all the hassle.

So they couldnt give me a quote when they came out to measure. Said they would call the next day but didnt. I called them and was told the person helping me was on vacation and to try again next week. Well its been a week and no call, plus now when I call nobody answers it. Nice customer service.

Excellent selection and customer service! Ive worked with this company many times on different projects. Their staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They stand behind their product and installation. I highly recommend them for any new construction or home improvement project.

Dont waste your time. They dont return calls, ignore your call when they see your number on the caller id, you have to beg to get a quote and have to wait way too long for one if you do end up getting one. Weird how they dont try to keep a costumer when there is so much competion around.

What is up with these people? I asked for a bid and I got a call from the secretary stating that the owner was running late - no biggie. The dude never showed. I called the secretary again and she said that the owner would call me shortly. Still waiting on that call days later. No thanks, Ill go elsewhere.

We had someone come measure and then they never gave us a quote or answered our calls after.... Weve called repeatedly... So no idea how good they are at their jobs because its impossible to even hire them.

Americarpets laid the carpet and lvt in my home, the service and installation was top notch. The office staff was wonderful to work with and the installers were quick and professional. I would highly recommend using Americarpets over and over!! Thanks Guys

Never showed up when they said finaly when they did come floor wasnt laid right was told to be here the next day still not showed up and no phone calls from them. Very disappointed
