I like this T-Mobile location a lot. The staff are so patient, keep a good smile despite the super hard questions I ask them. They really care and are diligent in finding me the best solutions. Shout out to Justin, Carter and Damien for helping me out so so much!!!
The employees here care more about commissions then they do about actual customer care. Even if they have been current customers. Personally, I have worked in commissions based employment and it simply isn’t appropriate to not take care of a customer for the sole fact that they will not be making commissions off of that customer. I am not sure if it is lack of pay on the company’s part, or simply ignorance on T-Mobile store’s staff but it does not look great on the company to have staff members who do not care about customer care.
Hayden and Shyler were incredible! Not only was my repair done insanely fast they gave me prompt friendly service while also remaining professional. Even if this wasnt the closest store to my house Id drive out of my way to go to this location. Hayden youre the man!
Bad service stand there for 15 minutes 2 Associates standing & talking wasn’t busy at all I left came back and still didn’t bother to help
I loved the help from Teagen and Aliya. They helped us with everything we needed. Minus the manager!. He was being 2 faced with his employees and he would help out.
This location is the place to go, Rob is super helpful and cares more about making and maintaining life-long customers than selling you on something that you dont need or want. Hard to find with any kind of sales business. 10/10 would recommend.

Every time I enter the store Jesse acknowledges my presence with a verbal greeting and is ready to tackle any issues I have. Great employee but even better, Jesse is a great person. Thanks man!
If it were possible to give this store and its employees a zero that is exactly what I would give this location. After sending us to Apple for a broken speaker in iPhone. Apple replaced phone called this store with the information. Months later when we upgraded turned said phone in. This location said we did not turn in the phone. They are horrible to deal with and we are still being charged for a phone they have the replacement of. Go to another location this one is dishonest and irresponsible.
Skyler was fantastic. He waited after closing for me to bring my 83 year old mother in to the store so we could get her on a new plan and off another provider. He was super nice and helpful the whole time. Thanks Skyler she loves her new phone!
DO NOT come here! Rob- the manager straight out lied to us, opened an entirely separate account under my name, instead of the joint one we have... just to boost his sales...all of a sudden $659 is due...he lied. When called out on it he just kept saying there was a “miscommunication” and would do nothing to fix it. This is straight up fraud- we are headed to Verizon!Be very careful when you give Rob your social security number, he’s a thief and a liar
Came in to buy a Galaxy 10. Didnt have one. Two employees, and two customer. Still had to wait 20 min.. Didnt have a phone. I needed it for a business trip, so I filled out paperwork to send it to me for expected 3 day delivery. Three weeks later we called. They had canceled the order. Very underwhelming.
Amazing customer service! I went there just to talk about options for upgrading I don’t feel pressured at all and it was super affordable. The T-Mobile sales guy was super nice and patient shout out to Jeff! He gave me his personal phone number just in case I had any issues. I am so happy to be with t Mobile I am a very happy customer.

The reason why Im giving this review 5 stars is because a month or two ago we had a issue where the computer glitched & another phone got applied to our account.. The manager Travis was exceptionally great! He did everything in his power to fix the problem & help us out. My husband decided for Christmas that I could get a new phone & a galaxy watch. Christian helped us & can I just say that he is freaking awesome.. he had me & my husband laughing our butts off the whole time.. he is professional yet personable.. We have had problems with T Mobile in the past with rude sales reps to ones who didnt know what they were doing & deleted all my pictures.. but this store is our go to store! Absolutely love these guys! Thank you so much Travis & Christian!

Beware the young, heavy manager at this store. I think Charlie is his name. He only wants to sell you something, but doesnt care about you if youre not making him money. I went in asking about service, and he told me I could try it out for 2 weeks, and if I cancelled there would be NO charges on my account (which doesnt seem to be the policy). I cancelled after a few days, and I was told everything was taken care of and no payment was needed. I ended up moving, and I didnt get the bill for $76 until after they had already sent it to collections. They claimed I was responsible for the (very small) usage incurred while I was trying it out. I never got a phone call or an email letting me know they were sending it to collections. Luckily, a few minutes on the phone with the collections agency and a T-Mobile representative got all the charges cancelled.
Had a great experience, they stayed late after the shift to make sure our needs were met. They helped us pick out our new galaxy s9s and they made sure any questions we had were met. I would recommend that you visit this store and not the one outside the mall.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. If they had negative stars I would rate then. They talked us into upgrading so we could get a free tablet. We upgraded for that reason, then never received out tablet. When talking to Matt the person who helped us, he admitted fault on his end, and the promotion was over. I dont think thats fair we were told we get a tablet, and because of THEIR error we were the ones missing out. Talked to the manager Trevor and he was rude and made no effort to make it right. We pay over 400$ a month for the services just to be treated badly. Because of the customer service we received at this location we will be switching networks. Very disappointed with the way it was handled.
Went to switch my iPhone for a Note 4.. my wife spoke to Brendan and held one for me. Went in and Nathan helped me out and the process was pretty fast.Nathan was very nice and helpful. Went to this store because I had a horrible experience at the store outside the mall,where we walked in and nobody even greeted us. They were too busy on their phones except for one guy with a beard that came in after from the back and spoke to us.
Purchased and transferred six lines. Travis was great resolving issues with the transfer. Definitely have confidence to recommend this store.

I was in the mall passing by and noticed they were dead, no other customers were in the store. I had some questions about my phone and the insurance policy (what the process was, if I could upgrade, etc.) and was planning to look online but where there wasnt another soul in there I decided to drop in and ask real quick. Once they realized I wasnt looking to buy a phone the gentleman immediately became cold and wouldnt really answer my questions. He seemed extremely annoyed as if I was wasting his time. Just use the insurance! was the answer to everything. I wouldnt have troubled them if there were other customers so it was disappointing to be treated as an inconvenience.

Worked with Tyler to upgrade a phone. Took over two hours to upgrade and do a data transfer. Tyler could not get the transfer to work correctly and I ended up moving all the data to a sd card and taking it with me. Did not like the phone and went to return it within the 15 days two ladies I dont remember their names informed me that I couldnt return the phone without the original receipt because they needed a transaction number and they were unable to look the information up. I left and went to another store the were able to print off the receipt and exchange my phone no problems. The staff at the mall store were very unhelpful and dont know how to do their jobs. And refuse to ask for help when they do t know how to do something. I will not be returning to this store.

My wife and I had some complications with our phones and with a purchase we made at a different Tomible store. At the time we were already at the mall so we decided to go here. Lexie (sp) was the associate we dealt with and she was very professional and knowledgeable; overall awesome. I would strongly recommend this store.

Recently I bought a new phone, and without asking me or even telling me, they put a tempered glass thing on it which fell off 2 days later and I thought no big deal thinking it just came with my phone. So I put it in my purse where it shattered into a million pieces and again I thought no big deal it was free. Until I got my new phone bill and see that they charged me $45 dollars for it. I didnt ask for them to put it on my phone nor did I Express the need for it. I took it in today and because it had been longer than 2 weeks since I got it, he said I would have to go through the manufacturers and pay more money for a replacement. I asked if there was any way to return it since I didnt ask for it in the first place and he asked me who sold it to me, then told me that person no longer works here and proceeded to tell me he couldnt do anything about it and I would just have to pay for it.So now I get to pay money for something I didnt ask to receive and can no longer use? What a freaking rip off!
