Very Helpful. The employees are very knowledgeable of what they are selling and how their systems work. They are good at problem solving and know how to help answer questions. I’d recommend going here for any at&t related problems or for purchases.

Leo who was apparently promoted to store manager within the last few days was helping my dad who is a vulnerable adult with mental health issues and doesnt always make the wisest decisions. While he was assisting him both my husband and I tried to talk to Leo about our concerns over the telephone. He proceeded to yell at us and hang up on us 3 times all outside of earshot of my father (he walked into the back room).I went to pick up my dad who is disabled and took him to the cricket store and was able to get him a much better deal for his needs instead of bundling everything Leo had to offer at the At &T store. Instead of paying $170 a month and having 2 cell phone plans which he didnt need he would only have to pay about $65 a month for the services he actually needed through cricket. We then went to the corporate At&t store to attempt to cancel what he had just purchased. They were unable to, but they were able to retrieve my fathers information and they even suggested that Leo had taken my dad for a ride. He had signed him up for everything. They said that it is their job to look at the needs of the customer not to just sell for the sake of selling.We then had to go talk to Leo to discontinue my fathers service. He was rude, aggressive, abrupt. He yelled at me in front of my father telling me that it looked like I was the one with mental health issues and that he is very sorry that my father has to deal with me as his daughter. I asked him who his supervisor was. He said he was the manager. I asked for the owners information. He again told me that he wouldnt provide me with that information. I asked who people talk to who have an issue with him. He responded with Im it. I then said so youre the end all be all and he said yes. He yelled at me and told me to leave the store and I reminded him that I would gladly leave as soon as he was finished with my dad. He threatened to call security and I actually hoped he would.When we left I talked with mall security and was able to get the previous managers number who I called and told this story to. He was shocked and ensured me that he would escalate my concerns up the chain.I have had bad customer service before, but I have never been insulted and yelled at by the manger of a store. He is completely unprofessional all because I got in the way of his commission. He said the f word in front of me my father and my 14 year old daughter. I believe he needs some serious anger management classes. Watch out for him!

This is a GREAT store to visit if you need help with your phone or your AT&T service, or even if you just have a question. The staff here is so friendly and professional. They have a great manager who has trained them well. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

We went to two separate AT&T locations while checking around for service. The Layton Hills Mall location was awesome! The staff was friendly and prompt in getting us set up with new phones and a plan. One of the best experiences at a phone store. I highly recommend!

The sales people were nice but they didnt assign just one person to help us and there was so many customers that they just kept bouncing is back-and-forth from 1 person to another we were in there for over an hour to half and we still had lots and lots of questions that never got answered. The person that tried to help us the most, was new and couldnt answer our questions. She should have been watching an experienced person instead of letting her lose on her own. We still have many questions and dont know what our monthly bill will be. We are seniors and they couldnt tell us of the was an additional discount.

Walked into the store. Only one employee. She was with a customer. I stood there for 20+ min. She never looked up once or even acknowledged my presence. So I left to go to another location. I get being busy, but at least acknowledge a person and let them know how long it might be before they can get to you

We had a problem with our account. After 30 min run around on the phone we drove here. The employees were wonderful. They understood right away the problem and helped us contact someone in the company who could fix it. I would recommend going the extra mile and visit the AT&T store in the mall. They know what they are doing.

I was told by Mr. Mitchell I could get two phones for the price of one. Turns out it is only true if you pay for them over 30 months otherwise it is the full price for both. He told me come in within four weeks and you can pay off the phone(s), one full price and one free. I went it two weeks later and was told to pay off the phones would cost the full price for both. I said that is not what you said two weeks ago, he said I was wrong. My wife remembers what I remember. He said I could come back in three months and pay them off and get the second one for free. This is obviously a much different story than I was told when I signed up with him and, quite frankly, I dont believe him. I would not deal with the store, I would deal directly with AT&T.

Whats up? was the greeting. Do you have this phone? No. When will you be getting ? I dont know, Id have to look at a bunch of stuff to figure it out... Do other stores have it? I dont know... I will no go back to that store.

The reason for the one star is that the people working there are not knowledgeable at all.They tell you one thing and you find out another.I actually would like to give them a ZERO.My suggestion would be to call AT&T, that way there will be no surprises when you get your bill.

Couldnt even swap a sim card.Ive been an authorized user on my familys account for a decade. They say im not and wont call the account holder to verify. The at&t corporate system doesnt communicate with their system. Ive been going to the main street one for years and they know im an account authorized user. Ive swapped many sims with them without a problem. Both stores showed me their computer screens. The street one sees me, mall one doesnt. This is the third time in a row ive gone into this store and they couldnt help me.JUST SKIP THIS STORE AND GO TO THE MAIN STREET ONE. I WISH THEY WERE OPEN TILL 9 LIKE THIS STORE.

I had AT&T about 10 years, we like to go to the store in main St in Layton . This month on 5th I did went and ask Why I bill so high . One guy I think his name Nick . He checked my in and he said he will fix it . He put international calling on my billing that my iPad link it too,, that I dont need and I never take my iPad with me what ever I went and I dont know about it, So on Saturday I got my email and more than $200. I call and some one told me about what going on and he took it off for me that very nice guy .Couplemonths ago I had my phone bill auto pay and Nick said my bill will get $20.00 off but still the same . I want everyone to know about this store in main st Layton they tell you they help but No they didnt. They just want to sales, I cant wait to get out my contact and I dont want AT&T again.
