My teenage daughter and I had a fun time looking around the store. We were trying to find a birthday present for her friend and ended up finding all sorts of things.If you’re in the market for a rad (do people still say rad?) crockpot, then look no further! They’ve got you covered. They have a crockpot for every character and show! When my boring crockpot dies, I know where I’m getting a new one :)The lady working here last Thursday was super sweet. She greeted us and gave my daughter a nice compliment. Wish I had caught her name.I’m sure we’ll be returning here soon :)

These people should pretty much teach class on how to customer service. And yes their inventory is always amazing. I spend hundreds of dollars in the store because it’s awesome they’re awesome stuff is awesome

Absolutely horrible customer service. I received the incorrect shirt from an online order. I went in and explained they sent the wrong shirt and I asked if I could exchange it. The male employee told me that it wouldnt be a problem to look around and get what I wanted to exchange. I spent about 15 minutes looking and found 2 items I LOVED! I go get in line and the cashier is taking forever with each person. Talking about non store things. So I wait in line 20minuets. I finally get to check out and the male employee says oh I cant return this since its the wrong product. Things just went downhill after that. Now I am stuck with the wrong shirt, I wasted 40 mins, and didnt get the items I wanted. Stay away from this location! !!

Box lunch is a terrific store with loads of options from various pop culture shows. Staff is always helpful and pleasant only down side is its a bit pricey but for what you are buying its to be expected. All in all highly recommend

I absolutely love Box Lunch! They have a lot of great options for clothing, with lots of Disney, anime, and cartoon options! I wish that they had some more cartoon options, such as Steven Universe, or Gravity Falls! Other then that though, wonderful place!

The nerdest store ever! Loved it

My husband and I came here last November to look around. At that time, weve been there once before and had a good experience. This time was the complete opposite. When we were checking out, the cashier made us make a rewards membership with them (even after expressing that we didnt want to) and after having to spell our last name five times, she had the gall to say I dont understand mumble. She was so insanely rude. This was the first time in my life that someone treated me so poorly for doing absolutely nothing. Later I called and asked for the manager to complain AND SHE WAS THE MANAGER. It still angers me, which is why Im writing this review months later.

Service there is always top notch! I feel so welcome and their selection of Pop Culture items couldnt be much better ( More Lord Of The Rings please!)
