Sean was very helpful, made us coffee on the spot, was friendly and courteous. Had us pay for a smaller coffee size since we only had a half cup. We were told it would only take a quick second to get more brewed if we could wait 5 minutes. Went back in to refill our cup before work. What a good experience thank you so much and keep up the good work. A perfect example of excellent customer service.

This 7-11 hands down the best, cleanest & most organized I have ever been in. The staff is always friendly, the owner is fantastic. If you want an excellent 7-11 experience, this is the store you have to go to!

I always feel a weird vibe when I come in to this 7-11. Like they want me to hurry and get out. I don’t feel welcome. The manager and employees are rude and the air pump outside has a hole in the hose. I spend 5$ on air trying to fill my tires and when I asked why there wasn’t a sign up saying that it was broken the lady just said there’s nothing we can do and was very rude to me. Not coming here again and I hope other people don’t ether.

This location is my go to for late night maple bars. The other locations workers are too lazy to stock their donuts as soon as they arrive but the worker Kumen does a great job at this location and always has the fresh donuts stocked and ready by 11pm. Best 7/11 for night time fresh donuts.

I know the cashiers that have been there for years and they are awesome and friendly. An excellent store to shop at. Love it.

Always waiting for employees to arrive at register

Last time I will ever walk in there. First thing Im greeted with upon approach is How are you? I said Im good and took a left after entering. But then Im told that I remember you and you are not welcome here. I have no idea why or who he confused me with and what for, but this actually made me laugh. Not in amusement, but in disbelief that he knows me. He couldnt give me a time period nor instance to which Id wronged him. He just kept saying that Im not welcome here and I need to go. What is funny is that Ive been training or out of the country (including Utah) since 18 September 2017 and according to my Google timeline havent been to this 7-Eleven since 08 September 2017. Yet I get 86d for something of which I have no idea the circumstances behind? I left and went to Maverick. I will never go to this 7-Eleven again.

I love this 7-Eleven. The staff there are always friendly to me. I can always find what I want there. I went in yesterday to get some snacks for my husband and kids, the gentleman working was so nice to me. I ordered some of those Dorito snack things. I was expecting to get some from the hot case, but he went out of his way to make me some new ones. Thats service right there!

This 7-11 is the greatest, the new owners that took over about two years ago are fantastic. Always happy employees willing to help anytime. This is my favorite 7-11!

This is for the Roy store because I know the owner has both stores. I just don’t think it’s very respect for the owner to be grabbing the white ladys butt in the cashier, I thought the owner had a wife?! Also the store was closed for 5 mins Ive never seen a 711 close before! I feel like I’m gonna get sick eating food from there!! I only gave it a star because it would not let me give i review! But zero stars are given !!!

Disgusting bathroom with a door thats nearly impossible to open, lackluster staff. He acted like he was too busy or cool to provide decent service. He repeatedly tried to throw little cigars into their boxes and ended up with them all over the floor. Seemed irritated that he had to get them for me, I didnt put them there lol.

I got turned down for all services because l smelled like alcohol I couldnt even by a hot dog he told me to leave the store right now he said.i did nothing...

Came in one time to buy some cigarettes, the lady who was working (later at night) asked to see my ID of course, when I showed her my temporary ID, she said I dont believe that one one bit, she straight up said it was fake and asked if it was one of them fake Mexican I.D.s. I wrote a letter to the owner demanding that the employee be reprimanded, however when I went to turn it in, I learned that it wasnt her first complaint on racial slurs, so I instead wrote another letter demanding her termination and mailed it certified to both the franchise owner and corporate. Didnt hear back from either so Im speaking with a couple attorneys and I will be taking them to court.

Only reason why this location is doing well is because of Kumar and George. The owner has horrible people skills. Doesn’t understand customer service. If it wasn’t for G n K this location would be out of business. The owner has issues.

Employees are generally nice. Always quick and fast.

Horrible service I went to buy a drink and the cash register lady was very rude and ask me with attitude “what do you want” she was being kinda racist towards me since I was white then I asked her the total was she gave me attitude once again she said “ I said it was 1.35 not 1.25
