Do not purchase an appliance from this company. I bought a Speed Queen Washer and it broke after 6 months. Said they would fix, but never did call back, and wouldnt even answer, or return my phone calls. You have been warned. I finally had to pay to have the washer fixed after over 3 months hassle.
The most awesome customer service ever. Im a semi-retired RN who is the sole caretaker of my husband who has Alzheimers (and is incontinent). My dryer went out on Wednesday. It would have been impossible for me to leave my husband to wash and dry at a laundromat so I called Bayne HomeWorks Appliance first thing Thursday (right before the 4th of July) and Marty answered the phone. He told me had a gas dryer in stock but that delivery might be next week. He took my phone number and said Ill call you back. In no time, he called me back and 1) found another dryer that was approx $200 less than the original and 2) his men had loaded the dryer on the truck and agreed to deliver and install the same day! Who Does That?? His installers were professional, friendly and so efficient! Marty and his men are my heroes. They showed there are still people who care about their community as well as providing an excellent product and excellent service. I just dont have the words to thank them enough.
Farley Appliance - buyer beware. Bought a wall oven from him back in December. The cutout in our kitchen cabinet was slightly larger (longer) than the oven so there was going to be a small gap (1-2) at the bottom. No problem he tells us, once the ovens installed, hell order a piece of stainless custom cut to cover the gap and his installer will install it. Its been FOUR+ months and were still waiting for our piece of stainless... and the worst of it is, every time we call (have called at least 4 times), we get a different sob story told in that oh-so-pleasant warm tone of his... each time making it sound like, first that he was having trouble with his stainless vendor, then it was finding a time to get his installer out, but always just days away... but weeks would go by each time. Weve pretty much given up on him... dont trust any promises he makes - recommend holding back part of the installation fee until the job is completely done... wish I did.
Drove an hour to pickup a Speed Queen washer. Mr. Farley was friendly, knowledgeable and had the appliance (versus a week delivery time online). The price was very competitive. Will conduct business with again.
Though I did not end up making a purchase, the sales associate was very helpful providing info on a dishwasher I was considering

I am a previous client and purchased an appliance from somewhere else after speaking to him and him saying that he didnt sell it. After purchasing, he said that he would send an installation crew to install it and every day, he kept telling me to call him in 2 hours, at the end of the end, tomorrow afternoon, etc.. Each time, he had an excuse for not getting to me that day. After 3 weeks, he finally said he wouldnt install it. I wish he had told me that from the beginning instead of dragging it out. Integrity is important when you have your own business. I will not be using him again and will not refer him to others (even though I have been referring him for years).
Randy explained all the details to my wife and had a fair price and Daryl who installed ourelectric cook top was a pleasure dealing with, they took care of your home on install very pleased with these folks.
Weve bought several sets of appliances from Farley and always have been treated fairly at a competitive prices to box stores. Also, often they have better built models than the stuff shipped to box stores.

I had a poor experience with farley. I needed a new microwave and I was stood up 2 different times on the delivery and installation dates he assigned me. I never received any phone calls regarding a cancelled installation and I eventually just gave up trying. The worst part about it was that it was for the week leading up to Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is when you need a microwave the most.

We ordered Between $7000-$8000 of appliances, Refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, cooktop, vent hood and dishwasher drawer. We requested that installation and delivery be done for all the appliances, The last two of them a dish drawer and cooktop, we called multiple times, sometimes daily and only got excuses and promises that installer would be out from end of Jan through the end of Feb. We finally stopped calling and ended up having our general contractor install. We were told on our vent hood that installer would vent it out at least through the wall or into attic. After installer got it mounted he told us they did not vent it at all. So again our general contractor took care of that again delaying our kitchen rebuild for over a month. Deliver and install was not worth it
