My experience was great I myself went to the wrong Best Buy which was 10 minutes download from the correct store. The employee that had brought my merchandise out to curbside called me to find out where I was at because of that he uses personal cell phone i told him i was 10 minutes I would be that would be there. I felt i owed the young man a little extra for the inconvenience i offered a tip. The empooyeed could not take it. Store policy. I feel they should be able to take a tip from a customer. Other than that wonderful on promise times and very courteous

Ordered a 32” TV online and was surprised to see Best Buy had an option to deliver it the next day. Within 24 hours the TV was delivered to my door by a Shipt shopper. From submitting the order to delivery I received emails with updated shipping process from customer care team. Thank you Best Buy for this positive easy shopping experience.

The Best Buy located in the Victory Lakes Town Center takes customer service to a whole new level. This is by far my favorite Best Buy location. If they dont have what I need in stocks, they go above and beyond to make sure that I find what I need.

I went in to buy my father a Jitterbug phone. While there I ended up buying myself a phone as well. Staff was pretty good. My only complaints would be that once I got my Galaxy note 20 Ultra home, I discovered that the phone didnt have any ear phones/buds. Every other Galaxy smartphone Ive purchased have come with this. Maybe that has changed or someone at the store accidentally removed them. Secondly, not all of my apps and information transferred from my old . That was disappointing to discover a week later.

Bryce did an amazing job at explaining the robot vaccums to us. He was clear and helped us make a decision. We decided we also needed a TV and Christian was very helpful and patient. He sold us on a TV that we are very happy with. This is one of the best best buys I have been to in terms of staff and even somewhat selection.

The customer service here isnt great. The employee that assisted me today was very rude and disrespectful, without taking the time out to accurately verify my online order at pickup. She refused to even look in my eye as she disrespectfully spoke to me. I definitely recommend the Webster location over this location. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years and will continue to shop at any location that is not the store in Victory Lakes.

So the store phone number doesn’t let you speak to any sales associates. It’s just an automated menu. Sure that’s fine if you can search product availability. So I search by SKU. It says they have one in stock. Cool... drive 15 miles out here to be told they don’t have the product. JUST LET ME SPEAK TO A SALES ASSOCIATE. Blatantly flawed system.

Super awesome, knowledgeable, friendly people that work this location! Answered my questions, had what I wanted in stock, and offer a warranty on everything! I like knowing my laptop will be replaced if something happens to it, as well as a tech shop in store! Highly recommend!

Ashley is a great associate and was really great at helping me exchange my laptop for something that would be more efficient for me. She helped find my receipt in their system after I had lost my physical one, and the employee who had originally helped me with my purchase entered the wrong phone number into the system. She really deserves some kudos.

They sold me a defective drone.. It took a lot of my time to exchange it and all the process to set the drone.I lost 4 hours of my work ($100 an hour) plus the money that I paid for DJI care to cover that unit.They didn’t want to give me an small discount for all the inconvenience.They said we was even because the restocking fee… like if that was my fault 🤦🏽‍♂️

Best buy is usually the best place to go for a quick place to shop for electronics however this particular best buy wasnt so quick or courteous. The door person was very dismissive and rude and they only one cashier which made for a longer than usual wait time. Poor service and if your in a hurry dont go to the best buy in League City.

The only negative I have with BB is the amount of time it takes to get someone to help you. I dont know if its just not enough employees on the floor or why that always seems to be the case, but the times where theres hardly anyone on the floor to help with a store full of ppl it can be a bit annoying. Other than that BB is a recommended electronic store in my book.

Finally ordered my Nintendo switch console today after many many months and not been able to get it and all they had was a curbside pickup so thats what I had to do but I mean the guy was very nice very easy to talk with I get there and do the little thing and it doesnt even show up on the tablet that Ive already done it for the check in and hes I will give me your phone number that you have so I gave him the phone number and everything and hes like okay no problem Ill be right back lets about 10 minutes for me to sit there and wait and I got all three items that ordered very easy very nice I meant it got kind of confused because there was two names on the account and I told him I was the other person and he was like oh okay let me see the number on the order number and thats all he needed and it was a great day thank you it was a it was a really easy date

Worst Best Buy I have ever been too. I usually buy all my electronics at Bestbuy, but this one is just managed wrong. Went in the first time and the young guy who though he knew what I wanted before I got done telling him everything I needed something for assured me my laptop charger was the one he gave me. Drive an hour home and it wasn’t, got off work, about to go buy an 85 inch tv waited 49 minutes for the one young man in tv’s to help me, he said he would try to get somebody over to me. He was too busy with a lady who had a SIM card problem. Then a manager comes over and it takes two of them to help tell her it wasn’t something they can help them with and the young man goes to another person that just shows up. I’m done with this place. I won’t spend another dime here.

I have always liked best buy and I like the things they sell. But lately I guess because of the world changes due to the pandemic they seem to lak a lot of stuff and they only have it online. I think you should call first and make sure they have whatever youre looking for because I drove 30 min with my mom to buy something and they were out of it. And they seem to be out of a bunch of basic things. Just make sure to call and then you can go ahead and go in store shopping. Other than that it was a nice experience. Helpful employees and the atore looked clean.

If i could give a negative star rating i would. This best buy is a joke. Very untrained staff. They are sarcastic as well. Took 2 associates who were supposed to be geek squad to help me. Neither knew about basic conversion adapters for a tv. Even after i called the care center for them and was told they had the adapter. They wanted a part number so their life was simple. Yet your geek squad in store. Yeah ok. Finally 2nd trip later i myself found the adapter. Its $30 more here than amazon. The mgr who posted at the door both trips in today was either talking over the head set congratulating the depts who sold a lot for the day so far or was standing around laughing and hanging out with associates. Completely unsupervised location and unprofessional. Untrained as all get out. But when the mgr is too laid back this is what you see.

Pretty typical Best Buy. It seems a little smaller than other stores. However, the product that we were looking for was in stock here but wasnt in stock in the previous two Best Buys that we searched.My only complaint is that there wasnt enough staff in the store. We had to wait several minutes to find an employee who could help us get the locked up product. However, the cashier was pretty amazing. He was pretty new and still learning how to use the advanced features on the POS, but he went out of his way to answer our many questions.

Bought a Samsung phone. I had it 6 months and it stopped charging. They charged me 200 bucks to get a refurbished one. They only work on I phones . I also had extended warranty and I had the best buy card that is good to install and fix anything. I had to spend 60 bucks for a wireless charger because I needed it this week and for my job. I am turning them into BBB and RIPOFF.comIM NOT HAPPY . Tearing my Best Buy card up and will do business somewhere else. Looks like alot of fake reviews on here. They should be a 1 overall. Big companies make employees do positive reviews. I didnt have to prove I even bought anything to leavemy review.Looks suspicious to me .

He is ab example if what they all should strive to be.No idea the date of the review below but we were not happy.They dont explain their products well. They want to sell . They been product knowledge and be able to explain their warranty . They only service I phones not Samsung. $ 200 bucks it cost my son and he had extended warranty and the best buy installation plan. I believe he will cancel that and we will no longer do business with Best buy after many years .

Issues with online order. Credit card charged 4 times per item; stated items available in store for curbside pickup but after order went through, everything had to be ordered. So items were really not available and CSR (from CA) stated online system inaccurate with store inventories and new phone system in place so when you call a store, call can be answered by any store in U.S. if store is busy. How does that make sense? As order came in piecemeal, had to go twice to store as they wouldnt hold past 5 days...even with an imminent hurricane coming in. Also did not receive a receipt or items in a bag upon order being placed in trunk during curbside pickup during 1st pickup and ID not checked. Second pickup was better with employee checking ID.

I have never had a good experience with this location. Once the Samsung rep was so rude to me for asking him to explain the difference between 2 Samsung phones... isnt that the reason he is employed to assist people with Samsung products 🤔? I vowed to never visit this location after this. The store manager tried to make the situation better but at this point Id rather spend my money elsewhere.

The last 3 times that I have visited this particular store (as recently as today) the staff was not helpful. When i ask questions, the staff has left me standing in the computer section. The excuse was the manager was calling and if they didnt show up it would mean termination. The other times the staff member i was trying to ask questions they had 1 headphone earbud in and appeared to be texting. Today the answers were quick and short. I asked about a certain Chromebook and evidently was out of stock. When i asked about the expected date of next shipment, the answer was he didnt know because it was a nationwide shortage. And he walked away. So the items i had in my hand i put back and left. Went next door to another store and spent an extra $50 and bought it.

This location has been very disappointing in our Covid world. Even though it is a smaller Best Buy than the Webster location, we often find ourselves going here. The selection is okay. Thats not what Im upset about though. Every time Im here, I notice several customers and employees blatantly disregarding mask protocol. It makes me feel incredibly unsafe.
