Both Jewelers were helpful, polite and gave outstanding service. I was very pleased with the necklace I purchased for my Sister. This is the 4th time I have been in their store. I will definitely be doing future business with them!

Big Buy Gold sign on the highway outside the business. They were not buying gold that day. I guess gold was to high that day as to which ya should take your sign down for the day. Save me the bother of stopping in the dead heat of summer.

Wow. What a rude and heartbreaking experience. I took my wedding ring in to be appraised and he told me it had no value and he refused to appraise it. This is my great grandmothers diamond so for him to say it was worthless really hurt. He made me provide my previous appraisal which was $11.5k and I just needed an update for insurance, but he bashed that jeweler (a reputable independent jeweler on 620). Please chose any other jeweler so you will be treated with respect. The whole experience left me upset.

My dad bought my mom some earrings for her birthday Monday and spent 400 dollars on them said the lady was super nice and gave them to my mom and she told him she wouldnt wear them that they looked cheap like $20 Walmart earrings. So he goes to return them tuesday (the next day) and she instantly went from nice to mad he wanted to return them and said he couldnt return but could exchange them for something else. She also told him that she was taking 6% off the $400 he paid bc he paid with a credit card and they charged her 6 % ( which is 3% more than what we are charged as a business when someone uses a credit card) this old lady was rude to my dad a paying customer and there was no reason for that and she wouldnt even let him return the ugly earrings. I would never go here or suggest anyone go here either. Terrible business!

Burt and his mother are great always very friendly and helpful. Good prices and great selection on their jewelry.Masks are for all of our protection NOT to display offensive verbage or images! You should have been kicked out until you can learn some manners!

The previous two reviews written by teenagers who cant even speak English properly (as you can tell by her review), were wearing a mask that said F**k Me. I would have told them to take it off too. Totally disrespectful. The jewelry store is great! Totally recommend it.

Plus the fact that she threw freedom of speech out the window! Her herself was not even wearing a mask.

Rude attitude from the moment I walked in. Not helpful at all and not wearing a mask. I definitely do not recommend this business. Want to support small business owners, but not this one.

Took in my wedding band to have prongs checked. After the band broke, took it back to be fixed and got nothing but excuses as to why it happened.....not once but twice! Diamond just has not gleamed the same since.

When i came into the store i felt as though i was immediately being judged and given a dirty look and an overall poor attitude. i came in to see if i could have some custom work done to my gold chain but the owner (an older white lady) wouldnt even shake my hand and then asked me for my personal information such as phone number and my address! Unbelievable! its like im a criminal or something because i have some tattoos(?) besides the unexceptional customer service their prices are sky high for what they have and they say it would take an entire week just to remove one link off my chain! look up your gold prices before hand IF you dare ever step a foot inside of here!

More than impressed with these folks!!!! Rope band around my wedding ring broke (15 years old). I took it back to Helzberg where we originally purchased it, to be told that they cannot fix it. I took it to a large local Cedar Park jeweler and got a quote of $800 for the repair. These folks were able to repair it and made it look like it did the day it was purchased for more than 1/8 the cost of the other quote. Will be recommending and going back for future jewelry needs!!!!

Mr. Witcher is very friendly & repaired my husbands watch band while he waited. This was the fourth time I visited business & have had good experiences each visit.

Couldn’t help feeling like they were a bit dishonest. Brought in a piece to potentially sell and one of the jewelers suggested the quality mark had been scratched off. It is a relatively new piece that had been bought from a reputable, family owned jewelry store in Austin, so I found this odd. The other jeweler there wanted to take a look. He said the bracelet was sterling silver and worth a few dollars. I could’ve sworn it was either 14k or 18k white gold. So when he gave me the bracelet back I took a look at back of the bracelet. Sure enough, a very visible “14k” was stamped near the clasp. I told the jeweler that it says “14k” and he asked where. So I showed him, and he took it back under the light and looked at it with his loupe. Sure enough, he found it. Then proceeded to offer me $100 for it. I’m not unrealistic, I know what I was probably going to get offered. Considering it’s a tennis bracelet style with diamonds and Ethiopian opals, I was expecting anywhere from $300-$400, although I payed about 5x that. He mentioned that it goes by weight in gold, which I understand. But I have a hard time believing the weight of the gold was worth exactly $100. I also have a hard time believing that 2 trained jewelers missed a “14k” stamp visible to the naked eye. Not only missed it, but suggested that it had been scratched off and that it “felt like silver.” Can’t help but feeling they were a bit dishonest, but the reason for 3 stars instead of 1 is I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. They seemed like nice people, just know what you have before trying to sell anything here.
