My main complaint is, whatever is on sale, they Will be OUT OF STOCK! I dont care if its Dr Pepper, or laundry soap. If its on sale, or there is a coupon for it, they will be OUT OF STOCK!You can also be sure that as soon as the sale is over, they will have PLENTY OF STOCK!

Parking lot looks like Bagdad Iraq! Giant pot holes everywhere.

This store is disgusting. I could barely get through the isles, trash everywhere, and the bathrooms…🤮. So unorganized and filthy.

Empty boxes, full boxes, step stool and rolling carts fill the isles. Barely room to walk. One item that I was looking for and always buy at Dollar General, was not on the shelf. The clerk was very nice. I try not to shop at this particular Dollar General.

Today I had been searching for an open store to get essentials for my family for the winter storm. The line was wrapped all the way around the aisles, and the store manager (I meant to get her name but I didn’t look, but saw her shirt said “store manager”) was checking people out. And when we got to the front, after waiting about 45 mins waiting, she let her employee go home and she continued checking everyone out with a smile. She did amazing and was so friendly. I thanked her and reminded her to be safe also.

Dollar General is always dependable. Low prices and the digital coupons come in really handy!

Nicest dollar general I have been into in a long time. Not blown out like the one we have.

Normally when I go to this location, the staff is not very friendly. Normally females there, but today when I went in to find one particular item, I was greeted just as soon as I walked in (normally nobody greets the customers) As I was making my way to the isle I needed to be on, I was greeted again, and then a very nice gentleman asked me if I needed help finding something, I told him what I was looking for, he lead me to the isle and another very nice gentleman assisted us because the product I was there to get, they did not carry, but we found something else that works. Not to mention the cashier was very nice and pleasant. Should I mention that ALL 4 employees were men? Every single one of them was hard at work and not just standing around! All 4 greeted with smiles and that there was just amazing! They may not like their job, but at least they did not look miserable, act miserable with customers around, nor were they rude or just avoiding their customers! I have got to give these guys a 100% and 100 thumbs up! I should have gotten their names but I didnt! 😔 But way to go guys, yall are awesome! BY THE WAY, THE WOOLITE CARPET CLEANER WITH THE BRUSH WORKED GREAT! 👍

I always love Dollar General! I only wish they would restock the nail glue so I wont have to do my nails with super glue again. They usually keep up well with it all.

Great customer service. They.were out of alot.pf things but that was due to a freek cold front that came thru and keep people home for days. 2.thumbs up for the people working there cause they have to deal with people that dont have any common sense.

Aisles were blocked with boxes of merchandise, but I was able to get what I needed, hopefully it will be better in the future

Ok for a quick trip to pick up a generic item or two. Tomatoe sauce and cappuccino coffee in my case. Priced a little high guess thats the convenience cost.

I hate going to this location. 11 yrs by this store its the worst! Never clean, items rarely in stocks. Maybe 1 good employee after all the changes.

I usually love Dollar General for a few basics. But this store is not up to par. I get that things are still not normal, but the shelves were bare in entire sections while carts of product were in the aisles. The store also didnt seem to even carry some of the normal items since there was no shelf space for them. There isnt a store in our neighborhood anymore (sadly), but this one was not worth the trip.

Had all kinds of things, as usual I got what I needed plus a whole lot more. Im going back again and will get a whole lot of things. Thay have a lot of things.

I went to the location on Bagdad across from the High School and when I got to the register some of my coupons didn’t scan. The cashier literally scanned each one to make sure the coupons were coming off! I love this store and the people in it! Thanks so much for all you hard work and your help!

Store seems a little run down.. A little too clustered and not much in stock. Customer service from one of the ladies was good though.

Thought twice before getting out of the vehicle. We went after it was dark No parking lot lights at all which made the area that the building was in even more scary. In the store you could tell they were stocking.However there was also so much on the floor and shoved on the shelves. Couple drinks had an expired date. To top it off I felt the prices were all really high.

Im going to start off by saying, that the cashier (Cierra) was so polite and courteous! :-) But, what it did not like, is how the other person there with her, decided to take an hour long break, at 6:00pm. The line was long, when I entered the store and it was long when I got in line! Cierra was trying her best to get the lines down and apologized to every customer. A word of advice, to the manager, make peak hours, off limit for breaks or hire more staff, because this is not the first time that Ive experienced this, at this location. Thank you!

Dollar General is the modern 5 & dime store. Carries a wide variety of items and is worth a quick look. They were in the process of sticking so the store was in some disarray.

The Cedar Park Dollar Generalis a disaster was a mess, unorganized and merchandise bins stack up.

My mother told me about a premium cat food she tried there he cats loved. I did a search and found the closest one was in Leander and we were up for a short drive (15 minutes from where we were) to check it out. We arrive and the store was quite busy. They have so much. Food and sorts like a tiny Wal Mart. I love Dollar General. We got the cat food which by the way my cats didnt like. Then I couldnt get out without buying some bath toys and a Smurfs dvd. All in all it for sure is an impulse buying spot but prices are great. If you havent been to a Dollar general, it is a good shopping spot to try. Especially on a budget.

Great value! But this one store had an amazingly kind young man that helped me with my phone charger and before I bought it he made me try it in my phone to make sure it connected before I left.

There was only one employee working and she was unloading a semi, so customers waited an excessive amount of time to get checked out. I saw one customer put her merchandise back and leave.

Everyone who works there is so courteous and helpful!!! This is like my second home! Love my DG!!

This store sucks. Restrooms are disgusting. Staff is SUPER SLOW! Unnecessary long lines with 3 people working only 1 cashier and 10 people waiting while the others talk to each other about their personal lives. Corporate might care to know. ***UPDATE 3YRS LATER *** STORE STILL SUCKS AND HAS FURTHER DEGRADED. Now they fill the store aisles with unboxed inventory and are sold out of numerous items. Management needs to be fired and hired.

One the worst experiences shopping ever! Im new to the area and i had just paid my rent so i was limited on funds for groceries (I have 3 kids) and they treated me like crap. Accused me of lying about a sale on hot dogs.... Yes people hot dogs, then the manager proceeded to tell me how much of a favor she was doing for me by discounting the hot dogs because they had Beef hot dogs on a shelf with a generic SALE tag on them. I left in tears because they were rude and impatient. It isnt my fault your fridges are down and youre employees suck at their job. Never gonna go back and Im definitely gonna tell everyone i know how bad this place is.
