Great customer service! Ikaika was very knowledgeable explaining all my options to me despite my million questions and Jessenia was amazingly patient getting all 4 phones set up. It was the end of the night and the end of her shift, but she worked an hour later than she was supposed to because of a problem on my end (I had frozen my credit and had to unlock it all). I don’t often encounter such helpful salespeople, probably because they’re all working at this AT&T.

Chris has excellent customer service skills. He had a lot going on the day my mother and I went in the store, and he was able to remain patient with all of the customers. He still resolved everybody’s problems. He’s laid back, and very kind. I will definitely go back to the Leander store next time.

This is a great AT&T store. I’d drive out of my way to come here. Quick and efficient. Very helpful. 10/10 will go here from now on for my phone needs.

We went in last night (3/2/2021) for my wife and I to merge our phone numbers into a family plan. I called in to find out what needed to be done to make a prepaid phone line into a postpaid and they made it sound very easy until I arrived at 6:30pm. After arriving they told me that I needed to call corporate loyalty support to get them to waive locking my phone for 90 days. It took about 45 minutes to talk to loyalty support and when I went back in at 7:15pm (a whole 45 minutes before close) the lady told me that she couldnt start creating a phone plan for us because she wasnt allowed to work after 8pm. This store let a brand new employee who knew nothing about their products close the store. They completely wasted my time and Im now a happy customer of their competitor because of it. Completely different and welcoming experience doing business elsewhere.

Deserves ZERO stars! Atrocious! The “manager” was not friendly at all. Ignored customers and gave off a very off putting attitude. The lady that helped us was nice but not knowledgeable and could’ve used his help SEVERAL times. I was going to pay with cash but since there is only one computer, and it was occupied, my husband had to leave just to go get his wallet. Just ridiculous customer service at the Leander location by McDonald’s.

We just got so much more for so much less! Sophia the AT&T rep took the time to understand our bill and then found us ways to get more data and still have our bill go down. But the real kicker is we walked out with a new Samsung S20 for free. Great experience, worth sharing.

Over the past week or so, I switched to AT&T from Sprint. I switched two phones individually and, in both instances, I went into the store at Cedar Park for assistance. The first time Chris helped me and the second time Jess did. Both sales associates were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. High highly recommend this store.

Went in tonight and was really happy with the service I received from Ikaika and (forgive me if im wrong) Chase. I went in and there was two groups of people being helped by the two, but whenever there was the chance the manager would ask me questions to help move the process along. There was another set of three or four that showed up while I was there, and they were able to help them all quickly while I waited to get started (I picked out a case and popsocket while I waited). Though the process took awhile (as it would considering I was getting two new devices and making changes to my account) it wasnt like sitting in a doctors office, I was able to watch TV and weirdly enough the conversations the two were having were both professional and funny so it was all around a great experience, and I have two new, better devices that ive really been wanting for a lower price than before! Im still shocked, and super happy! Im used to name brand companies screwing me over and up charging me every month so its nice to have ATT where they treat you properly the entire time youre with them.

This absolutely the worst service we have ever had. The cable is off more than than on and the service people if you can find one, have such thick accents they are almost impossible to understand. Unfortunately we have no alternative where we are in Leander. But....ATT sucks big time.

Never have anything for the phone that was on promo, staff does not listen and unknowledgeable. I always have to go to Cedar Park or Lakeline. So going here is a wasted trip.

Chris, in Leander, is the absolute best representation of everything good about AT&T. Far above what I ever expected.

Went to this store back in March, turned in my old LG V35, got a new LG V60, my wife was supposed to get a discount of her new Samsung phone, for me surrendering mine. Called AT&T 7/31/21, was told I never surrendered my old phone. Was told to go back to this store to clear this up.

Everyone at this location was helpful to me today... Jesse and Casey. Jesse was the actual employee that I worked with the most, and he was able to help me with my concern. I’ve called and called AT&T and they couldn’t help me out but one trip to this store, and I got what I needed. Thank you guys! I will come here again for all of my AT&T needs. -Breanna

Chris is the supreme wizard of iPhone and AT&T problems. I’ve never seen a person multitask several customers simultaneously, greet new customers while on the phone with support teams and working with both hands on two devices. This store flys on Chris’s wings.

Chris is amazing! We went to pick up my new iphone today right before they closed and it wasn’t ready but Chris was able to lower our bill and that was awesome! about an hour later we receive a call from the store saying my new phone came in and he kept the store open a little later so we could pick it up. Thank you Chris we appreciate you very much!

I wish I caught the guys name, but he was fast and on the ball moving my phone back to At&t. Would go back there if I needed anything else. Past experiences were good too. I cant say that for other At&t locations.

I had a great customer service experience with Chris at this location. Chris went above and beyond and stayed open a little extra to help us out. We had just added a line to it account and we went over to pick up our phone earlier but I misread the email I received. I took care of what was needed and expected to pick up the phone the following day. I them received a call back from Chris an hour after closing and her told me that my transaction was completed and he would stay until we got there too pick up our phone. Thanks so much for the great customer service. It is great to have during these trying times!

Extremely happy with the overall service.The gentlemen who helped me was very detail oriented and precise. The appearance of the store could use some refreshing and there were no tables like other AT&T stores. It was still a good experience and I will be returning.

I entered the store on a Saturday, without the intention of acting on anything, but to ask a few questions regarding my service. I had not handled my last several phones with the best of care and was looking for a real cheapie. Richard was incredibly informative, provided minute details and covered every nuance in getting me into new phone without selling me anything. What an asset he brings to the store and the company. His expertise, his knowledge of the plans and his genuine concern for my needs, above all else, cannot be overstated. This may be the first time I stepped into a store as such and can honestly say it was a pleasure. Thank you to Samantha as well for her valuable input and bubbly manner. These two deserve more stars than the 5 allowed. As Arnold in The Terminator says, Ill be back.

I never go into the stores since I pay online and keep phones forever - last one lasted 5 years! So when I have to get a new phone, Im really picky, take forever and ask a ton of questions. Koa helped me and he was super patient and helped me pick out the perfect one! Highly recommended!

The Manager was so helpful. Went through my entire plan and found that I was not using most of my data. I got a new phone and my bill will be $10 less. Highly, highly recommend this store.

Came in and was advised immediately that it would be a 2 min wait and was spot on. Upgraded my phone and added a second line on the same phone. Kei-C was awesome! The man knows his stuff. Highly recommend this location.

This is not an AT&T corporate store. That means there are a lot of things they cant do. And some things cost money that are free at a corporate store.Its a small store. If you go here, be prepared to wait. When we got there, there was only one guy working(Allen) . And he was as slow as Christmas. Several people left due to the slowness. Another guy showed up(John) . Apparently he was at lunch. He waited on us. He was nice and knowledgeable and fast.We just went there to get a new Sim card for my wifes new cell phone. They charged $5 for the Sim card. We had just done the same thing the previous week with my new cell phone at a corporate store and there was no charge for the Sim card.

Went in to sign up for Direct TV package. All the employees in the store were great and made the process easy. There were some complications with my contract and the employees called the help center and resolved issue for me. Great help and made the entire process easy and understandable! I would recommend this place to others.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed me all of the options available to me. There was no wait time to be taken care of! I have been a customer of AT&T for 33 years!

The sales person was very helpful and the getting the new phones was not that bad.However, since we were trading in the phones the moving of data, etc. Took a very long time. At least the rep was very knowledgeable about different ways to move the data.All in all it was a good experience.

Both sales associates in the store were very helpful and friendly. They are streamlined to work hard and not let it show. They were very patiently and explained things in a way I could understand them. I think they make AT&T look great.

I went to AT&T Store to resolve a very important matters to my Account and there worked on the matters fixed them...And the employee Jaun was polite... and very professional on what he does...He is a very good assets to the company of AT&T. I recommend going to this Location for the up most dedication Employees.

Came into the store with an outdated phone. Walked out 20 minutes later with a new phone and he cut my bill so it was cheaper even with a new phone. Highly recommend this location. KC knows his stuff!

I would Highly recommend going to the store to speak to the representatives there than call their customer service line. Though you get kind reps on the line, it does not seem that they are fully trained at all. I have dealing with a situation now for 4 days and it still has not been resolved because not one person being on the same page with the next. I am extremely dissatisfied with AT&T and I DO NOT recommend them.

They do not honor what they tell you. I was given promotions that raised my bill to more than what I was paying then when I called about it they told me the promotions had expired. They could not honor them all but they gave me other ones but the other promo would only last for so long not the same as what I was promised. I have had nothing but problems with them since I have had their services we love direct tv and wish they was never bought out by them or else we would be gone.

A room full of customer service personnel, business response results are different, three times to deal with the account business, package activities are not announced, I want to open four lines, but opened seven lines to me, to 3G traffic, but gave me unlimited traffic, I did not receive bills, but privately withheld more than 869 dollars, is the robbery of fraudulent companies.

One employee.... and he couldnt even find a sim removal tool....
