Alan was phenomenal. We ended up having fun while he connected my née device. Every time I have been in when Alan is there he’s always been able to answer all questions and very helpful along with extremely personable.

Allan worked for hours on two separate occasions to get my new Apple Watch to activate on my account. He spent 3 hours with me at one visit on the phone being transferred around time after time to different departments at Verizon trying to get to the bottom of it all! I’ve never had any Verizon store employee assist, explain, provide solutions or do what ever they needed to get us to our goal. Allen was awesome. This store was awesome! Allan saved me from a meltdown!! I set up an appointment for the marble falls location, I show up and no one is there and store is locked😡 no one answers the phone. After trying to purchase an upgrade online I kept having trouble with the online agreement completing the order because of a system glitch and it had to be canceled but the rep assured me that I would still get my discount offer if I decided to go to a retailer. I saw that this Verizon retailer was highly rated at 1825 Crystal Falls Pkwy in Leander so I called to make sure they were opened. When I arrived Mani greeted me wearing her mask and gloves and I explained my situation to her. She went above and beyond trying to get a hold of a Verizon corporate rep to make sure I received my same discount they offered me originally. She not only did that but also made sure everything on my original phone was transferred to my new one including my notes and all the little things that have never been transferred on my previous phone upgrades! She also was very informative on other products they have and helped with fun conversation as I waited for my phone transfer download . While I was waiting for the download a woman came in who was having trouble with the face recognition set up and I was impressed as to how patient and kind Mani was in helping her walk through it. The customer left happy with her problem solved.No wonder this store has high ratings!!!!So worth the drive and I’m telling everyone I know that lives in the area and has Verizon what a great Experience I had!!!! Mani, THANK YOU for being so patient and kind and a wonderful example of empathy, caring and kindness through this crazy pandemic!!!! My husband and I recently upgraded our cell phones. On top of the usual one-time fees, Alan ran through a charge for a set-up fee even though I did the set up myself at home. Before paying for the one-time fee in store, I verbally confirmed that the $40 per line was for the upgrade fee and he said yes. When I received my first monthly bill after the upgrade, I noticed that I was charged the upgrade fee on that bill. I went back and deciphered the billing code Alan used to charge me $40 in the store and it was for a service he didn’t even provide. And he lied to me when I asked him what it was.

Our bill went up, but we got new phones in the process and would make this decision 100 / 100 times again. Don’t hesitate to go in and ask questions. This company, this store, and especially the manager that runs it, Alan, are way beyond a disappointing! We have been with Verizon for more than 10 years and within this time frame this is the THIRD TIME I have found unauthorized lines and devices being billed to my account. I have spent hours upon hours speaking to Verizon Customer Service Reps, only to be told I need to call their Fraud Prevention Team. FPT pulled up the device/line in question this time (a Mi-Fi jetpack) and see that it has never been activated, never been used, yet Im paying for it monthly! Fraud Prevention gave me all the information they could gather, and even she said it looked very off to her. I was given the Reps name that ordered the device and low and behold its Alan, the manager. I gave Alan a call and he tells me its ME that ordered the jetpack and signed for it. Yet, I have never stepped foot inside that store. I have never spoken to Alan before today. Then he told me it was actually my husband who ordered it! My husband went into this location in July to buy screen protectors and a phone case for our daughter, that is it. Alan offered him the Jetpack and my husband turned it down because well, we have no use for it and naturally he didnt see the point in purchasing a device and adding a line and paying monthly charges for something we have absolutely ZERO use for. Alan assured me hes not a fraudster and said that Im making him feel like a liar. (Sounds like a guilty conscience to me, Alan.) Judging by the reviews Im not the first person Alan has tried swindling! Whoever owns this franchise location should reconsider who they hire to run their store.

After ordering a iPhone from another retailer, Mani took the lead in ensuring that it would function properly. Prior to the iPhone 11 launch, I was looking at the offers on Verizons website and was confused as to how much my total monthly bill would be. Visited this Verizon location and Mani was a great help in breaking down the costs, process of switching from Sprint and providing whatever incentives were applicable. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated throughout the process to the launch of the new phone.What was even more impressive was on launch day, she was multitasking with three of us clients, getting us setup, configured, switched etc; while proving the best customer service Ive seen!Highly recommend this location for all your wireless needs!

This Verizon store has been such a helpful experience for me personally. I was having so many issues with my cricket service and made the switch! I now have great service and Mani is amazing every time I come to the store she is patient and super friendly. I’m so grateful for people who work in service like her, it’s a hard job and Mani is a model employee.

Inefficient, dishonest, and deceptive. The manager at this store, Alan, is an outright disgrace. I would be willing to bet his resume includes time at Joes Used Cars....About 5 weeks ago I was inquiring about switching from Sprint to Verizon. I spoke extensively with Alan, the manager, at this store. One of my main questions was if my wifes 5 month old Samsung Galaxy A51 (Sprint) smartphone would work on the Verizon network. I knew I needed to replace my still working, but outdated Samsung Note 4 and really only wanted to purchase one phone. Especially if I were to switch from Sprint to Verizon. Alan checked the Galaxy A51 and assured me it would work perfectly on the Verizon network. All he had to do was change the sim card. So, I went ahead and switched with that promise, along with a promise of a $250 gift card for switching. As it turned out, I wasnt eligible for the gift card because the $700 new phone I purchased didnt fulfil the requirement for the gift card. (Which he incidentally said it would) I only found that out after two trips back to that store and applying for the gift card. This was about three weeks ago.About one week ago, just a few days into my second billing period, my wifes Galaxy A51 started having issues. I returned to this store and was told she had used all her data and that was why it would not connect without being on Wi Fi. So, I changed her line to an unlimited plan. NO WORKY! After returning to this store again I was told it was the phone and I should go to Best Buy and talk to one of the Geek Squad guys.Still with a phone that would not connect to Verizons network, I stopped in at the Round Rock, TX actual Verizon company store. (NOT simply an authorized dealer) After five (5) minutes the gentleman told me my problem was that the phone would not work on the Verizon network due to the style of internal antenna (It was actually designed specifically for the Sprint network) and that a counterfeit sim card had been installed with a ficticious ID number. I was aghast.I attempted to reach out to the parent company of this Leander Verizon Store, Connect Now, to no avail.I will now need to purchase another phone in order to make use of the Verizon line I am already paying for.Connect Now should be ashamed for allowing a person with such a lack of integrity to run their store.I cannot see myself trusting that company ever again.I am also somewhat disappointed in Verizons lack of oversight when it comes to one of their Authorized Dealers.Going forward, I sincerely hopes this review will help someone else avoin the same pitfalls I encountered.

My normal experience at a phone store is usually stressful and confusing. Completely the opposite here. The staff was not only friendly, but funny, and attentive. Very highly recommending the store for anyone looking for phone! Taylor helped us, with Alan and Aaron (aka Gaaron, just ask) as close support. What an awesome team!

Came here for a question to ask in person about smart watches because lets be honest, how impossible is it to get a hold of someone from customer service on the phone these days. The store manager, was super friendly and very helpful. She showed me how I could get a cheaper plan with more data! Not only that but she handled multiple customers very well and didnt leave anyone hanging for too long. I will be coming back to this store location.

This store is a joke ! The number for them does not work first of all. Second my husband had a phone sent there to pick up because we couldn’t be at home to sign for it. We received a text stating that it was there Tuesday yet her goes over there today to get it and they say it just got there and they need to process it. They told him Verizon doesn’t ship any devices to your home which is a joke. This was a replacement because his was broken. He had to take off work to go get it yet they sent him away stating they had to process it first . What a joke of a store ! He will be changing phone carriers after being with them for over ten years.

This is the smoothest and most pleasant wireless service transaction I have ever had. Mani and Andy were simply outstanding. Mani took her time to thoroughly explain the different deals and plans they could offer and clearly outlined how much it would cost us which was important to avoid hidden fees that are common with other carriers. Verizon had a great offer going on during Christmas time for iPhones which allowed my entire family to upgrade our phones. Their location and hours of operation are very convenient. It’s very easy to contact them either by phone, email, or visiting the store. They were willing to stay after closing time to make sure we had everything we needed ready before they let us go. They even transferred all the data from our old phones to the new ones and also hooked us up with some freebies for our new phones. The service was amazing, and the store itself is very aesthetic. I’m so glad you guys opened a location in Leander and are easily approachable and always ready to assist. I strongly recommend this particular location and staff for high-quality customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

We were Andy and Manis last customers on Black Friday this year. They stayed about 90 minutes after closing to transfer over all the data from our old phones (too many pictures!) and make sure we were squared away with our new accounts. I have been an AT&T customer since they purchased Cingular wireless. After hours upon hours of being run around by the company, I was finally fed up and headed over to Verizon. Andy was amazing! I don’t usually leave five-star reviews, or any reviews for that matter, but this dude made the whole process seamless. When I called the store to inquire about plans and pricing no one answered. After I hung up I got a call from Andy at the store seconds later! With AT&T you’ll be on the phone for 10 minutes talking to a robot when you call the store number. Andy told me what my price would be for my two phones, including all of the current promotions he could offer me. I was able to text him with any questions I had and he was very responsive. My experience with Verizon has already been significantly better than AT&T. If you’re skeptical, all of the five star reviews here on Google are legit. Go visit Andy and he will hook you up. A great place! Dont go to any other Verizon store.Mani is the BEST! SHE DID IT ALL! REPLACED a really old phone with lots of stuff on it!

She was very helpful and explained every thing to me. Gave me good info. She was very polite.

Mani at the Verizon store on Crystal Falls in Leander is AMAZING!! She is extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me and my family the best deal. I have gone to her twice and have referred many people to her, including my parents. :) I will always go to Mani with any of my Verizon needs. #ManiIsAwsome!!!!
