Always clean with courteous staff. Particularly love the HEB Go App where I scan as I shop which makes for a speedy check out. I frequent curbside and they always do a great job as well.

What a great place to shop. They literally have anything you might need. The store is extremely clean and organized. The restroom was also spotless. I always shop here due to the friendly helpful staff.

As I was waiting in line to check out the person behind me happened to have served with the same brigade that I served with in Vietnam, the 173rd airborne brigade. I served in 1968 and 69 and he had gotten there in late 69 and 70. Its always a blessing to see another survivor of 173rd Airborne brigade that fought so hard in Vietnam for our freedom. I like shopping at this HEB the workers are so courteous and, good with directions .my hat off to them.😉🇺🇸 This is the 173rd airborne flag I flew it during the ice storm of 2021.

Staff always outstanding. Not sure how HEB does it but thier hiring process must be the best there is around. Comparatively to the competition its outstanding always. Cant remember once when an employee ever made me feel less then welcomed. Thank you HEB for holding up the customer service standard when so many others fail.

This HEB is beyond awesome and the employees are happy, considerate and willing to HELP right away. No more Walmart for ME!! They have the freshest banana nut bread ever. Still warm when I asked for IT. Seems its a best seller. Was truly impressed with the outstanding management at this store. Even when its always so busy.

This place is massive! First time in I was overwhelmed by the size of the store and different goods. Great place just try not to go on the weekends if you enjoy keeping your sanity.

I have gone here my whole entire life the only thing I suggest you do not do is do not go to HEB on a Sunday it is so crowded

Great staff and selection

I just had another amazing experience at H-E-B! I have a one year old and 2 year old, so shopping is stressful to say the least. The cashier Zach has helped me a few times and always go above and beyond but also the young man collecting the shopping carts patiently waited for me to load up my children in the car and took my cart for me. Everyone is over the top polite. Today I dropped my Tapatio bottle in line and they promptly helped me and were so kind and didn’t make me feel dumb or like a burden at all. It makes ME want to work here 🤣 I can’t imagine what management is doing to provide such great service and it’s consistent every time I come here. It puts me in a good mood honestly shopping at this H‑E‑B.

I’m just so tired of items being left out of my curbside order and having to call them to get a refund. I’m not referring to items out of stock or substitutions. 50% of the time I get a curbside order I get charged for items that never make it to my car, not substituted and not out of stock..I think most people just don’t report it, as I did the first 4-5 times but eventually I got fed up. I’m going to start inspecting all the groceries now after they are placed in the car which is a pain but I feel it’s the only way to have any confidence that I got what I paid for.

This is very close to where I live. When it says plus it actually means plus. It has everything. You just name it and u will get it. We get our day to day groceries from this place only. Also, if you are looking for something to eat this is located so strategically that u will find a lot of food options too nearby.

Fantastic selection. Front end has 6 cashiers on check out on a Saturday night before 8 pm. Terrible front end. Pleasant to shop in, but there isnt a single bagger. Self checkout has 2 people manning the station. Tons of employees just wandering around the store talking on their phones. I dont understand how they can be so beautiful and understaffed.

I travel a lot and HEB is the best grocery store anywhere. If I could buy a franchise I would. Every state and city needs one!

The best part of living in Texas is being able to shop at HEB. Hot, fresh tortillas and a packed meat market with great deals and even greater cuts of meat

It is awesome on how they have dedicated specific parking for curbside pickup and everything seems structured and organized and expeditious

Produce stay fresh and mostly in stock. App makes it super easy to shop and find item locations. Heb go app is great because you scan as you shop and pay at the end, no need to wait in lines to checkout if youre already prepared with bags.

I love HEB! They always have what I am looking for. I have been to several HEBs and all have gone above and beyond the call of duty, when other food chains disappointed me.

A little crowded, go early. With the growth of population you have to expect it to be very busy. They do a great job at restocking and a employee always ask if I need any help.

I moved to Fairhope, Alabama in August and I really miss HEB Plus!! They dont have anything close to HEB in Alabama!! Not even close!!

HEB had one choice of Cole slaw and nobody would eat it. I didnt care for it either. We threw it out. I thought HEB would be good.

My family goes to this grocery store 24/7. H-E-B has always been our family favorite, we have a large family so groceries have always been expensive, but H-E-B has very fair prices and an amazing selection. My family and I will ALWAYS recommend H-E-B. 💕

The worker with the shiny red shoes made fun of my friend while on the job which I deem extremely inappropriate, especially while on the job.

We were just there and my son dropped a big container of salsa right in the middle of a checkout lane. Within seconds someone was cleaning it up AND another employee went and got the exact salsa so I didn’t have to exit checkout. All of this happened on a very very busy Super Bowl Sunday. I absolutely love H-E-B and this is another reason why. Their service and care is second to none!

Walked in with the list and fifty bucks got everything on the list that I was after plus some. Thanks guys yall are great team

We just love our H-E-B! Whether its a quick trip or curbside/delivery. You just cant beat the prices. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

First off, this store is great if you go shopping there yourself. My review is for their quality of produce being delivered. Our complaint is that they give us the oldest produce that is seemingly available- every delivery that we’ve had it’s either the avocados are over ripe, the tomatoes wrinkly, or the apples that were recently delivered to us that were badly bruised and mushy on EACH of their hand picked apples. It seems like they are cycling their older food for deliveries, because the food in the store is fresh and usually perfect.

More employees standing in the 10 items or less self check out not enough live checkers at this location. Self checkout is fine if not item limited. Total bad experience also bad organization of items to make you walk the entire isles looking for the product you want. Guess it is SAMS CLUB for us now....Tried to call the number you provided and got the run around from one to another recording.....HEB is going down hill!

HEB is Simply the Best! I really dont know how anybody goes to any other grocery store. Not in Texas, at least. Selection, friendliness, atmosphere, they have it all!

Lot of people, but its a weekend. Went pretty quick though. Bagger was a manager who helped with a WIC issue. He was very helpful. Unfortunately I didnt get his name. Overall a good experience.

I always come here to get my groceries. But lately Ive been using Samsung Pay. I was disappointed when the cashier said they dont accept Samsung pay at right half of the store and I would need to use it at the left half, which didnt make sense to me. Why is it not accepted as a form of payment, its 2021.How late are yall going to be to the party when more people want to pay with crypto?? Keep up with the tech...

I want to start this review by revealing that Ive never shopped here as I live in Denton. However, I just read that when the power went out at this store, during a busy and freezing cold arctic winter day, they decided to give the food, that had been gathered by its customers, away. Simply let them walk out the door without paying. I want to acknowledge this amazing act of kindness and caring shown by the management and staff. You folks have walked the talk, so to speak. And I want to thank you for showing people how to be selfless, caring and responsible for your community. You are an inspiration. Thank you.

Hugh store. A lot of cooking items. Did not have a wok or pizza stone, pizza peel, pizza screens or rounds cooking pans. Had pots and pans but not the items above. They had all the items we needed for dinner for 2 nights.

This might be the best HEB Ive ever visited. The staff are all helpful, friendly and professional. The parking lot is ample. The selection of merchandise is outstanding. And the prices are good too!

Large H‑E‑B with huge volume due to population in this area. Well stocked and plenty of checkouts open when we were there.

Do NOT do curbside here. Not enough staff and you end up waiting 3x longer than it would take for you to buy everything for the month and then some.Everything else is great 👍

Why would you fly the Texas flag and not put it at the same height as the American??? Not only is Texas the only state that can fly its flag at the same height, HEB is a Texas based organization... this just makes you look cold blooded. Sure you can fly any flag as high but it isn’t considered proper unless you are in Texas... please fix it or take it down

I had a flat tire after picking up my curbside order and I pulled into the gas station section and an HEB employee and a good Samaritan helped me change my tire.

Its really hard to knock this store after how they handled the winter storm. But Im supremely disappointed that they are constantly out of regular items such as toilet paper, creamer, wet jet, sour cream etc. Its just crazy I should have to go another store to get these basic supplies when this store is more convenient. However if I have to go to another store anyway, I may as well do all my shopping in one place. Im hoping the powers that be read this and take action. I really,, really like this store. It just needs to keep up with supply and demand!

Nice people, however,I went in to pick up a handful of items that we cant seem to get when ordering curbside pickup. I only found one of the handful of items that we needed. I would have thought being an HEB Plus we would have had a better chance of finding these items. Well look elsewhere. We still love HEB though!

This location always seems to have more selection items on sale in stock than other locations near me. Friendly, attention to people who arent familiar with the store. No waiting in line forever at some stores at this hour, well for me anyway. All around, better in stock and selection.

I placed order for curbside pick up & arrived within the time set for pickup, text my location space like they instructed. I was there about 7 minutes and my order was delivered & placed in my car trunk location. No physical contact. The employee was friendly. Waved and said. your order is ready to go, thank you. I waved back, said thank you and was on my way home. Great. Friendly service and all items ordered were delivered.

I am very satisfied for services from many areas,.management is also great.onlything I am concerned is some products out of stock.Like coconut water(zico16.9fl.oz)and Tru-moo chocolate milk1/2gal.That I used buy it.oneday out of milk for over 2mths.never got it.i dont know no more sale in store or not.i wish they will keep on sale in the store.if they dont...i dont know where to go buy it.Also pharmacy is good services and friendly!! Although deli is my favorite (olive loaf, garlic bologna, and freshly cut and stocked pre-pack cheeses and select meats) I sure enjoyed shopping in these departmen s sew swell!

Wide variety of items for every snack need, food need, kitchen need and so much more.

Freindly, knowledge but a few items I noticed over the last six months.1)The sidewalk out front is full of plants and trees. This means two carts cant pass each other and one cart and one person is tight. Someone has to step down or push their cart over the curb to the street to allow the other to pass.2) I counted four employees standing in the center of the self checkout/app pay area. I had to ask them to create a lane so I could walk through, they were all blocking the app pay checkout.3) What is the point of the employee standing at the exit say bye to the shoppers? At one point they were enforcing this as only an exit but not anymore.

Easiest HEB to find things in for me at least. Busy as all heck but that is not HEBs fault. Employees at checkout are always friendly. Employees on the floor seem hesitant to help especially in the beauty department. The ladies at the balloon and flowers were pretty dang rude. They werent afraid to give an attitude. I absolutely love HEB and that you can find everything you need here so the majority of the review is positive and well deserved ^_^♡

Despite all the new scientific evidence HEB is still trying to guilt people into wearing masks based on theorys disproven nearly a year ago... Will shop here or any other HEB as LITTLE as possible.

Im new to Leander and learning the layout of this HEB was very easy. Even with social distancing placards on the floor and a mask requirement, the check out process is a breeze. 10/10 rating

Lots of people as usual but as almost always staff was hustling and friendly.

This place is gotten so bad in the last year. The amount of carts/racks I have to zigzag for online orders is so bad. I often have to move them to get to what I need. No one around to move them for. .e I refuse to order online because I see how they leave dairy just sitting out on the rack for a long period of time and completely unattended. I have seen teens think it would be funny to swap out items on these racks because no one is around them. I cant find anything in the store because the items have been rotated and because the shelves were empty. I had company visiting and they asked if the store was going out of business thats how bad it was; and it wasnt even a holiday week.

I love our HEB Plus. The employees are always helpful and will stop what they are doing to help you find what youre looking for. It is the only grocery store I go to.

Loved it. So much variety

Two stars because HEB by default is the most amazing grocery store. However, friends and I agree this store is an embarrassment to the brand. They don’t keep a lot of the extra stock items that make the brand special. They carry generic items compared to neighboring stores. Go out to Marble Falls bakery department, or really any other store, and it will be apparent how pitiful the bakery here is. Along with other departments, all generic and little variety. And this is an H-E-B plus!The baggers. I can’t even. We don’t even let them bag our items when we go in anymore. These days we mostly get curbside or delivery so we’re at the mercy of the baggers. Who puts bread in with baking potatoes? Or sushi with canned items? This store does. We always ask for paper bags when ordering through the mobile app. That request is usually honored 5% of the time and we get plastic. They blatantly don’t read order notes. A solid half of our mobile orders, we are receiving the wrong item, someone else’s items, or not receiving the item at all and still being charged. They will refund you if you call but pay close attention that all items are given in the order. Otherwise you are out the money (and the item).I went in today and it was just the last straw. I had 5 items and went to the less than 15 line. The customer in front of me obviously had more than the limit but no biggie. What was garbage was he did not have his wallet and went out to his vehicle to get it. Instead of canceling the order, the cashier Kalyn had myself and other customers wait on this guy. And was super apologetic to him but not a damn word to myself or anyone else standing there. It’s just par for the course and I am greatly looking forward to the day they finally build the new one on Ronald Reagan. Advice to the store: hire entirely new staff, don’t take any of the Leander trash over to the new store. Or the problems will follow.

Updated 12/29/2020Curbside/delivery product options in Leander, TX is a little bit better than a convenience store. Gone are the days you could order anything available on the shelves. The subpar products chosen are worse than ever. HEB is going way down and it is such a disappointment. They used to be excellent. This review updated from 5 star to 1 star. I am so sad to do this.
