This is a good business run by a good owner. So you currently have to wear a mask for the 3-5 minutes youre inside the store? Who cares? Get your bottle of booze, and move on. #FirstWorldProblems

I agree completely with the last reviewer. I have walked into this store many times and have never worn a mask. I honestly thought he was a freedom loving American. Oh well. Time to go to the chain store which I hate because I try to shop with smaller places especially in this day and age. Good luck!

Local Leander liquor store. Has all the stuff larger stores have. Love it.

Guy is usually friendly. Be prepared to be refused service from now until eternity if you don’t have a mask. It is well within his rights to refuse who he wants for whatever reason and I respect that, however, the state, federal government and even the cdc have lifted mandates and to continue to expect people to submit to your demands when there are dozens of liquor stores nearby, is ridiculous. Good luck and I wish you the best but I will never be back here.

This is one of only 2 places Ill go for all my needs, the owner is ALWAYS helpful and very very knowledgeable of his product and the drinks you can make with them.

Great place! The guy that runs the place is very helpful and knows his liquor. Hes made some great suggestions to me and is honest when I should stay away from certain ones. When I find something I like he keeps it in stock too!

It has the basics but pretty small and staff dont really seem to know whats in stock

I really like this place. I met the owner and hes a very respectful and courteous person! His prices are pretty fair too. There might be closer liquor stores to you but I highly recommend this one. I personally drive 15 miles one way to come here.

Peter knows his stuff. I live in Liberty Hill and I come to him. Hes never tried to up sale me. If anything he down sales me. Hes also really good with remembering his clients names.

Great local stop with a very friendly and knowledgeable owner. I find what I am looking for and on the rare occasion it is not there they always have a good suggestion for something else. They have lots of local liquors from local distillers as well which I really like.

If you’re looking to support a locally owned liquor store I highly recommend Leander Liquors. I delivered a package there today and the owner told me to grab a cold drink for myself out of the cooler (non-alcoholic haha). The water in my van was HOT so I couldn’t express how kind this was.I’m sure he’s suffering in all of this covid 19 stuff and needs local business

Love this store....always has my favorite bourbon (Bookers) and it is actually a couple dollars cheaper than total wine for it! Peter is always offering recommendations and will steer you away from junk!

Been coming here for several years. Great Management/Owner who is very knowledgeable and able to recommend liqours with ease based on your preference. Prices are also very competitive. He is also very friendly and willing to help which is a huge plus.

Been coming to my Brottas store since he bought the place. My thrist has slowed, but I go here every time. Good people.

They actually have some nice hard to find bourbons. However, those bourbons (Weller, btac, etl) are a minimum 4x msrp. He made it sound as if he would want even more for some others. Being understanding of mom and pop shops and knowing this was allocated stuff I was willing to offer 2x normal retail. He laughed and said he would have no troubles selling at his exuberant price because it was the holidays. Don’t get taken advantage of! Trust me when I say you can find the stuff cheaper in the area(still above retail though), you just may have to do some hunting. They will not be getting my business and I buy a lot of whiskey!
