So far, we have a had a great experience with Public Storage, in Leander.Olga was especially great! She helped us get our smaller unit switched over to one size up, with minimal effort. Olga took the time to make sure that we were getting the best deal and were not paying for unnecessary charges, with the switch. We appreciated her and her time.

Good: Space is clean and quietThe 1st entry Elevator is fixed/workingBad: They keep the temperature controlled space at 80 degrees with no electrical outlets for fans, so when you are at your unit expect to sweat like crazy and be somewhat uncomfortable.They recently raised my unit price by over 30%. I find that quite tone deaf in the middle of a pandemic. Already dealt with a price increase right before they took over the property too. I escalated this and they did nothing but praise it as a great deal in comparison to other nearby options. No actionable empathy for small business owners affected by covid.

Did a last minute deal with them and they took care of me with no issues at all.

I arrived 10 minutes until closing and a lady by the name of Tanya I believe showed me around and gave fantastic customer service. She has the paperwork done within 10 or so minutes and I was out the door with a rented locker. Highly recommended!

I used. This place when I was in between moves. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and nice. I had a very nice and clean unit in the 3rd floor that was easy to get to. They had enough carts to move all of my belongings in and out as well, which was a huge help. In all honesty, the move in, monthly fee and move out was super easy. Ill be coming here again for storage if needed.

We are moving and if this was vanilla I would not post a review but I asked the manager Olga is amazing for help this week we were moving stuff into storage and some wonderful and very considerable wast of human flesh had blocked the ramp, We had some very heavy things we were move into our unit. I went and asked her to help me locate said waist of O2 and she was almost excited to be at our assistance she had a kind heart and a positive attitude and did not act like it wasnt her problem, I had a problem and she wanted to be a problem solver. SHE FOUND THEM FOR US AND ASKED THEM NOT TO BLOCK THE LOADING RAMP. Any one else would have said not my problem. She has been amazing to us and we have need more space. she worked with me to get us in a space close to our other unit I never give 5 stars Im the their is always room for improvement type of person but she made this easy and convenient you all know how rair that is. Go see them way better than the extra space clowns that had it befor.

I came in today trying to get an idea of what may be needed in a move for me and my wife. I inquired about some boxes and packing materials. The employee Nicole was more than helpful and very kind! She gave me a lot of information and suggestions to bring back to my wife!

I cant say enough about this place. Super clean super nice staff and very secure. Look ata some of my photos below and youll see that it is literally directly across from the Leander Police department and fire department which couldnt make me feel any safer storing my belongings. It was great that we only needed this place for a short time and they still offered first month free. Access with touch pads and security cameras everywhere. Jeff was super nice, gave us a tour showed us a couple of different options and held them for us till we could go see how much junk we had and how big of a space we really needed. Dont waste your time going anywhere else, put this as an A+ for the price.

I used public storage for storing my Truck. Public Storage made the hassle of storing a breeze! Zaida was professional and kind- I knew I was in great hands.Once you create your account, a scheduling coordinator will call you to confirm the size plan that best fits your needs and storage space.The day of storing was so easy- Zaida did all the help- which was a huge time saver!When Im ready to bring back my truck, I just went back to place and entered my code at entrance and get into the facility anytime.Such an innovative company with superb customer service- 10/10 highly recommend!

My parents have stored here since the building opened up, and was run by the previous company. So far our experience with Public Storage has started off way better than it did with that company! Nicole is always available to help, and always has a smile on her face every time we see her.

Most storage places are typically, dilapidated and rundown. The units are filled with spider webs and silverfish. Public Storage is completely different, they have a dedicated two story building that has integrated storage units that are all climate controlled and in pristine condition. Also, the attendant Nicole is very helpful and really made the whole process very easy. I was a bit stressed and under a time constraint, she was very patient and really made it easy to move in to my new unit. Also, they have rolling carts! Do you know how helpful that is?!

So public storage bought the facility that my storage unit is at. It was extra space storage So I am not really familiar with public storage but so far so good. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was friendly. she answered all of my questions that I had. Nothing had changed the prices stayed the same, all of our security things did not change.

They were pretty great. Jordan helped me pick out some stuff and load stuff into my car. Nice job.

This is a big building but they will give you a map to help you find your space . Also all of the units have AC . Ask for the manager mike !!

I found the manager Jeff to be extremely helpful and service oriented and I felt I was always treated with respect and that my wishes were given top priority. The units themselves were clean, the location was safe and everything was easy to access.

Clean facility. Temperature controlled.The rest of the experience has not been good.We went in earlier this week to reserve a spot on the first floor. We wanted/needed a spot on the first floor because were in a time crunch and needed to load and unload things quickly. Jeff showed us the unit wed get and told us hed save the spot for us and that we could come in Friday to sign paperwork.We came in Friday, and the spot was no longer available, they rented it. If we wouldve known we wouldve signed paperwork that day, but Jeff assured us that the spot would be saved because they had 3 left and he wanted us to sign paperwork on Friday instead of on the day we came in.We then had to get a unit on the 2nd floor, which takes much longer and 2 access codes to get to. And when we went to our unit, it was locked and we couldnt access it.If there were a closer storage unit, we would go there instead. But since this is clean and close, well stick with this.Would recommend signing up online vs in person to guarantee your spot.

Cheyenne made it painless, showed us the unit, helped us brainstorm to determine what would work best for us and explained everything thoroughly. She had us in and out, set up, and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Overall a smooth experience with no guesswork, which is exactly what we needed. Appreciated it a great deal.

Jeff was very helpful when I came in. He showed me two different storage units (same size) and showed me which entrance and elevators were for each of the units. He explained how the lock works and which way to position it when it was time to lock it. The process was easy and understandable. I really appreciated all his help.
