Jason is a phenomenal person. He treats you with respect and great follow up!Follow up! The bed is great! The sales process, I must recant part of my experience. I was told I would get the sale price if I purchased when I did. Turns out, the $200 refund was nothing. The sale price was the price I paid, not discounted as conveyed. Very misleading. The bed is great though!

I went in to buy a lumbar cushion since I’ve been dealing with a low back injury. Jacob was extremely kind and helpful. He let me try out the travel size and normal sized lumbar cushion in my car. I’m so glad he did! He also helped me look at pillows. He was very knowledgeable and asked all kinds of questions regarding how I sleep in order to find the best fit for me. I will be going back soon to purchase some pillows, great service :)

Daniel and Jacob were absolutely amazing! We were actually in the store to test mattresses to replace our old tempurpedic under the warranty. Daniel walked us through our options in a very informative and helpful way. We returned to the store about an hour later (due to bad information about how to do the warranty process from the phone customer service) and Jacob walked us through financing and even let us sit on hold on their phone while we tried to finish our process. They were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you’re in the market, please go see them both!

I don’t remember the name of the man who helped me, but he fitted me for a pillow and it was as perfect of an option as I could imagine. The guy knew what he was talking about and was very helpful.

I love my Tempur-pedic mattress. I’ve had it for over 10 years and when I thought I might want another one, I knew I wanted to go to the Tempur-pedic store. Daniel at the store in Leawood, Kansas was super helpful in showing me the new models and how they compare to what I have as well as new pillows and other products. It was great to be able to take my time knowing that the sales people aren’t driven by commissions. I highly recommend both Tempur-pedic products and the quality service from Daniel and the Leawood store!

Originally tempur pedic corporate sent us the wrong flat foundations, Jacob jumped right on it and got everything corrected and provided incredible service in the unique situation. I walked in the store during the COVID epidemic and safety was first and foremost. Anything you would touch or sit on was covered with paper for your protection. I was not pressured into buying any of the mattresses or bases and was not led to believe one was supposed to be better than another. I was never pushed or persuaded to buy one over another. I already had a Tempur-Pedic mattress and wound up buying the adjustable bed frame. My mattress is very heavy and the manager went out of his way to make sure the Ease 3 base worked with and supported my mattress. He went above and beyond anything I would ever expect to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend theTempur-Pedic Flagship store.
