Mint Mattress & Leawood location shoutout! My boyfriend Matt just purchased a king size Mint Mattress with a box foundation and metal base. We are obsessed! Incredible quality and comfort. As far as the buying process - Courtney and Morgan were amazing and went above and beyond. Courtney was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process so easy and smooth. We look forward to continuing to enjoy our new bed!

My husband and I bought a whole new mattress, pillows, bedding - the shebang at the end of October. We had been researching and looking for a new mattress and pillows for a number of years. We didnt want to buy online because we wanted to be able to try the mattresses first. We were a little hesitant at first because of the pandemic, but from the moment we entered the Kansas City store, we knew we were in the right place. It was evident that safety was a priority from the moment we walked in. The store is beautiful and welcoming and Sarah L. greeted us warmly right away. I love how the showroom is set up to provide the full experience and privacy as you shop. Sarah was so patient as we asked a lot of questions and tried each of the beds and then various combinations of pillows, etc. We decided on the Mint mattress with the mattress topper, mattress protector, down alternative duvet, linen duvet cover, percale sheets and a set of each of the pillows ( which Im obsessed with)! Sarah guided us while giving us ample time and space to figure out what we really liked. She made solid recommendations and then followed up with us a few weeks after to see how it was going! We are loving everything.I have pressure point issues and this has been a game-changes for my sleep. We are saving so we can purchase a mattress and topper for each of our kids and our guest room as well. Love our T&N mattress, pillows, and bedding. LOVED our buying experience with Sarah. Loved the store and the ambience. If you are in the market for a new mattress or bedding - check them out. If youre in the KC area, GO SEE SARAH! The in-store experience was exceptional. The customer service at Tuft and Needle was fantastic. I got to try out and find the exact mattress for me. Both Sarah and Courtney answered any questions I had. I would recommend that anyone go to Tuft and Needle to get a mattress! I definitely will be going there again in the future.

I stopped by to try out the beds and worked with JD to figure out what would work best for me. He was really good at helping us decide what to buy. When I came back the next week Sarah was working and again helped us make the final decision and she even helped us load our car. I have really liked shopping here and will be informing others!

I have had this mattress for 3+ years and this is what I have experience. Its very comfortable when you first get it but if you sleep on one side or the other, you will get a ridge in the middle of the bed. It also cannot be turned over and I recently noticed that little beads are coming out of it and you can see them through the top layer of the mattress. I realize I only paid $600 for this mattress but its not worth any more than that. I would not buy this again.

And Suzanne was great and knowledgeable; I didn’t feel pressured to buy.Overall, I would highly recommend. The process from start to finish was hassle free. I made my purchase in store which made it even easier.

I just received the queen Hybrid mattress from Sarah and JD and I love it! Sarah was a huge help with the buying process and the friendliness of the staff was phenomenal. Well, my 9 year old is still asleep and it is 6:45 am. As any parent with early risers, you know that is a big win for any household. I drank my coffee in peace and checked emails without the interruption of kids coming down the stairs. At 9 years old, sleep is very important and we needed a mattress to help give the extra morning hours to our princess and the pea. Additionally, all of the research I did suggested Tuft & Needle was a great product and as bonus, we had a nearby location to test out the products. The Leawood, KS location was kind, welcoming and informative. I did not feel any pressure to buy, nor upgrade, just given the help I needed to buy a new mattress to benefit our entire family with much needed sleep. Oh and did I mention, the mattress fit in my car and took about 5 minutes to unwrap and set up. I love that I didnt have to wait for a delivery window of sometime between 6am and 4:15pm to wait for the product.

Love love love our T&N Hybrid mattress! High quality, extremely comfortable, easy to unpack! Slept on it the first night it arrived and my husband and I both slept better than we had in months! We’ve had it almost a year and have zero regrets. It sleeps very cool as well which is a big plus.

We purchased the original mattress with antimicrobial protection and mattress protector for our child. We are really happy with purchase/product and will be back to this location again. Sarah at Leawood location was incredibly helpful, demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the products, and made everything so easy for us.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new mattress and decided to look at purchasing a foam type mattress. I researched all the bed in a box brands online and was not very impressed with some of the companies online reviews and some had poor BBB reviews and ratings. I found some to have really poor customer service when I tried to call multiple times with questions and was on hold for over 1 hour at times and never able to get through except 1 time.I eventually came across Tuft & Needle and researched them and saw that they had really good Consumer Reports ratings. I called Tuft & Needle and immediately spoke with a customer service representative who answered all my questions. The representative said they have stores in some of the larger cities where we can visit and see and try the beds before purchasing. Kansas City store was 3 hours away, so we set out to Kansas City and we were glad that we did.We decided on the Hybrid and the Tuft & Needle Store in Kansas City made the purchase decision so easy. We have now had our bed for almost a week now and this is the most comfortable bed we have ever purchased. I highly recommend purchasing a Tuft & Needle mattress and the extra cost for the Hybrid was well worth it. Thank you to the staff at the store and the customer service representatives on the phone for making this purchase so easy.

Best shopping experience I have ever had hands down. Never at any time were my wife and I pressured. The store staff simply provided information then allowed my wife and I time to consider our purchase. We we did decide to buy a mattress there was no attempt to up-sell us, just more information. When we purchased the mattress we informed the employee that we would need to hold off delivery for a few weeks and they were more than happy to work with us. We just spent our first weekend on the king sized Mint mattress and absolutely love it. Great product backed by amazing service.

Visited the Leawood, KS store and were greeted immediately by Blair, who invited us to try all of the beds, and gave information as requested, but we never felt rushed. Regional Manager Colin was in from Dallas, and he was also extremely helpful. When buying a mattress, I dont think you truly know if you made the right choice for several weeks. This makes their 100 day exchange/return policy fantastic.We had already purchased an Original Queen a few years ago, but my son is in college and it has not been used on an every night basis. My nap experience, and the nights he has spent on it have been extremely comfortable. We both like firm, and the original is perfect.We decided to take a few days to think through our choice (Hybrid), but bought the foam pillows while in the store. BEST pillows made!We have a 2.5 year old box mattress from AmeriSleep that has completely lost its firmness and is notably higher in the middle of the bed (king).T&N has a 10 year warranty, and their delivery, packaging and ease of exchange put them at the top of our list.Would highly recommend an in-person visit to the beautiful store across from Town Center, and very much appreciate the great service from Blair & Colin!

We weren’t comfortable buying a mattress online unless we could try it out first, but we also didn’t want to deal with the typical sales experience of a standard furniture or mattress store.I think you cloud submit an order in this store if you really wanted to, but the sales person told us we could just do it at home and it would be the exact same. They don’t carry mattresses in stock in the store, so we couldn’t take one home with us anyways. The store is basically just a location you can try out the mattress, but they do have sheets and pillows in stock.We went home and ordered the hybrid mattress. It showed up 4 or so days later Via fedex. I will note that the king hybrid weighs 150 lbs, so it’s super heavy to move up a flight of stairs even when it’s in the shopping box. FedEx won’t do that for you! And they also don’t haul off your old mattress like other furniture stores do for a nominal fee. Overall we are satisfied though.

Bought a queen original, mattress cover and a memory foam pillow today! The ladies working were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions, were professional and friendly. Can not wait till my mattress arrives! Love that there is an actual store to visit, try out the mattress and get my questions answered. Thank you!

Really friendly staff. We visited twice and met 2 different sets of employees. They are all super nice, helpful, and not at all pushy. The concept is simple, they have a high quality product a reasonable price that can sell itself. We bought the mint mattress and 2 pillows. Definitely check them out if shopping for a new bed

We had a really nice experience trying out mattresses at this location. The staff was friendly, answered all of our questions, but otherwise left us alone as we tried out all of the options. This company is definitely in the running of our next purchase.

The team here is knowledgeable, low-pressure, and friendly. My wife and I were able to take our time to find what was comfortable and ask a million questions. We will definitely be back in the future, and I recommend that you give them a visit if youre in the market for anything they sell.

The best customer service ever!!! The bed was perfect for me but it wasnt firm enough for my partner. Very sad to see it go but at least the return was very smooth and pain free. If they come up with a firmer bed I will definitely buy again in a heartbeat.

The store is super modern and looks very nice, and I like that they have separate rooms to give you some privacy while you try the mattresses. The empolyees were super nice and answered all of our questions. We just ordered a mint mattress online, definitely wouldnt have ordered if we hadnt gotten to try out the mattress at the store first.

While I did check out this specific location a few months ago, this review is for my customer service experience within the broader company. To keep it brief, we ordered the Mint mattress, but it was firmer than expected. Amanda from customer service sent the most empathetic email response Ive ever received and completely reconciled the situation by providing a complimentary topper. Sleek website, simple process, firm (but comfortable) mattress, affordable, AND best customer service.

My experience here was great. I was in the market for a mattress and stumbled across T&N online. I was impressed by the company’s business model and customer service emphasis so I made a point to go out and stop by a physical location before deciding on a mattress. The store was a huge help in deciding between the Mint and Original. Personally, I noticed and preferred the pressure relief near my upper back and shoulders with the Mint as compared to the original. However, this is a subjective experience and is the reason why this physical location is so beneficial.

My husband and I were blown away by the company, its concept and philosophy, and especially the BEST customer service we have ever experienced in a mattress store! REBECCA was so friendly, knowledge and delightfully nerdy that makes you want to get everything she offers. I love the way the store is laid out - clean, separate semi-private areas to try both mattresses. I adored their version of the bean bag, the pillows and sheets are simply heavenly. What a lovely experience thanks to Rebecca and Tuft and Needle. Thanks for considering giving her a raise; she makes T&N look like a million bucks. It’s evident she loves working for the company and is completely supported as a loyal team member. Great job, T&N!

So nice to be able to try out a mattress! We have the original and tried out the new mint! Very nice! Thinking about upgrading from a queen to a king. Also tried out the adjustable bed frame!

I have been in so much lower back pain. I knew there had to be some way to relieve it. So I started searching and researching any and all mattresses. Tuft & Needle was always in my top 3 choices. So finding out they had a physical store was a huge plus. My wife and I went and tested both mattresses. After laying on the Mint for only 5 minutes we actually started to feel a small amount of relief from our different aches and pains. Needless to say we purchased the Mint right on the spot! I am kind of bummed they didnt have it in stock at the store...the only draw back...waiting the 5 days for it to show up will be the longest 5 days of my life. Erin and Rachel did a wonderful job answering questions and helping us feel relaxed and comfortable with our mattress test drive.

My husband and I went into the Tuft and Needle LEAWOOD location around Memorial Day to get some info and test out the beds. Blair was a wealth of information and really helped us make a good decision, she was great! We went home and ordered the mint mattress, we have had it about a month now and we LOVE it! Goodbye backaches! We would highly recommend the mint mattress :-)

Efficient trial within the store. They only have Queen sized beds, and only two types of the poly-whatever material they use. Good enough to try how a queen size fits myself, but Ill likely buy elsewhere, as the heat didnt disapate as quickly as Id prefer. Again, efficient visit and ideal if you know youll want the matress material or Queen size and just want to confirm your opinions.
