A bittersweet experience. The store is closing and leaving a huge void.The clearance inventory is clearly and fairly marked to move. I purchased fabric and decorative accessories .Highly recommend to stop in and get your favorite item that you may have had an eye on before. I believe they are still doing custom orders on upholstery. .

She helped us by coming to our home, envisioning our space and helping us get the right furniture without overselling us. We love our Carson couch sectional, teak coffee table, the lamps and the Gigi chairs. The fabrics are soft, luxurious and look great in our home. What great craftmanship and we felt really good about buying USA made furniture. Thank you MGBW, well be back when were ready for more rooms to rejuvenate.

The furniture store is impeccable for design and cleanliness. They have so many things to choose from from small gifts to large room full of furniture’s for all your design needs.

Love their contemporary furniture. I just purchased a sofa and joined the loyalty program for $100. It provides a big discount if you are spending several thousand $. Not worth it for a few small accessories.

We’ve been extremely please with the service and kindness from our sales associate, Rebecca Winfrey, at the Kansas City MG store. Aside from our original orders, we’ve had occasion to call and order additional pieces and everything is always handed efficiently and with a smile( we can tell, even from 800 miles away!!). Kudos to Rebecca and the team.

MG+BW has excellent quality and even when there are issues they are dealt with swiftly and with a smile. I love my Hunter Studio sofa and look forward to many more years with it (it is 4 years old and still looks as good as the day I got it!).

My wife and visited the store for the first time October 1st 2017. Purchased a dining set for our kitchen. Expected delivery was 4 weeks. Contacted store November 1st and was told because of the large demand our table is back ordered. They could not give us a firm date. The sales rep indicated the table had to be shipped from overseas. Ironic since online it’s says made in the USA. Today is January 2nd and we still don’t have our table. Chairs look nice by themselves in the kitchen. Haven’t heard from anyone at the store since November 1st. Not a good first impression however will be the last.

Rebecca was so patient and helpful. She really knew how to help my husband and I figure out what we wanted in a couch and went above and beyond with questions we had.

Rebecca the sales associate at the Leawood location was very patient, detail oriented and dedicated at making sure the furniture would fit the space and my life style. Excited to receive the finished product.

I went to MGBW in August to buy a Couch and an entertainment center. Good products, high quality, pretty high price, but decent. I needed to get my items to complete a relo where I purged my old furniture. Was told this would take about 4-6 weeks. (nothing to sit on in the meantime) Post order, I was told the fabric for my couch was out of stock and delayed my delivery (would gladly have purchased another fabric at the start). They agreed to deliver the items separately with no additional fees and make it up to me for my inconvenience. Unfortunately, my sales person quit and so did the history of this service recovery. After chasing them down several times they agreed to waive my delivery charge. In sum, great furniture, average delivery process but I wish they did not make it so hard to work with them to correct items. I would go back, but would think twice about the custom order process and ask more questions up front.
