I absolutely love this place! Ive gotten tvs beds living room furniture and my john deer lawn mower.. The customer service is great. They send me text messages about upcoming deals and work with me on payments..Thank you american rental!

This business is awesome!! Their items are nice, and always nam brand. If you have financial difficulty, they work with you on payments. Theyll even split your payments in half til next payday if needed. Youll be messing up if you go anywhere else for furniture, beds, and tools. They dont have alot of tools, but what they do have is the best you can get. Give them a go for furniture, youll be glad you did.

These guys are amazing! I greatly appreciate what they done for me today. They can never know how they really saved the day!Just want to give a huge shout out to American Rental! If anyone knows my Israel his rocking chair is his calming place. Its been broken not to bad for a month or so but last night it snapped. He wasnt able to rock in it this morning or when he got home from school. Rocking is in his routine and when he doesnt get to he has a meltdown! I called up to Ken and them at American Rental and asked what they could hook me up with in a hurry and within 20 mins they brought israel a new chair. God bless these boys they dont realize how they saved the day and my sanity! Thank you so much for the service you guys are my hero! When you have a child like israel little things can make for a bad day and these guys totally rocked it out! Thank you so much!!

Everyone I talk to is always very friendly. They have always been easy to work with and go out of their way to make deliveries as soon as possible.

This store tries to screw you we have 6 month same as cash contract we have almost hit our 6 month! So they were suppose to spread out the payments in a 6month span to equal the amount! went in today and they say we still have 83 weeks to pay that is a year and a half that is 3,963 dollars when they said it will only total out to be 1,200 dollars they have to be stupid if they think they are going to get away with this. I only signed a 6month lease if it seems like it is turning into 2 years. also the faculty it terrible they call you even if you are like an our late! this is so ridiculous and trust me I will get a lawyer if I need to!

Feel sorry for those who make the poor financial decision to use companies in the rent-to-own industry but sadly, there seems to be plenty of demand for their services. One person I recently counseled was totally unaware she was paying an extra $13.00+ a month in a membership fee just to be allowed to get a rent-to-own bedframe for 24 months at $30.00 per month meaning she would pay $720.00 + over $300.00 in fees for a product she could purchase elsewhere for $117.00. Outrageous.

Kenneth is wonderful to work with! When i was in the hospital and unable to make payments he took care of them for me until i got better, he also donated a couple tvs to my benefit dinner to help raise money for my medical bills. When they say their customers are like family, they mean it!!
