We just remodel our house and shopped and bought 2 appliances here. Not only were they kind but very knowledgeable about all their products. Did you know you must run the hot water to HOT before you use the dishwasher?? It does not heat the water.Being newly renovated we were terrified of damage when the appliances arrived, but the men brought blankets and cardboard and were super careful with our property. My wife said ‘that’s the reason we won’t ever buy from a big box store again!’ And their prices were the same or cheaper.Family owned, good pricing, nice people, great service, professional, and they service what they sell!What’s not to like?

Needed a refrigerator. Went to Lebanon Appliance and told them what I was looking for. I didnt get a sales pitch, picked the one I wanted and they delivered it two days later with no hassle. They even told me what time they would try to deliver it and called just before coming. Installed it, took away the old fridge and I am very happy. The whole experience was great, especially Shawn and Jessie! Shop local small business!

Bought a washer last week and just came back for a new range. Smooth transactions, no pressure. All items are priced on the showroom and prices are good. Someone mentioned in another review that they require masks and that upset them. Well, the fact that they care about the health of their employees and customers is exactly what sealed the deal for my purchases.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!If this is the business of James Ricketts, then STAY AWAY.I purchased a GE Profile fridge from this man and Ive been reaching out endlessly because the fridge does not work. It hasnt gotten cold, the freezer isnt freezing. He WILL NOT communicate with me to resolve this issue at all and Ive been reaching out for 5 days. Take your business elsewhere before you find yourself in my shoes with a non-working product and a seller who refuses to respond the concern.Looks like Ill be taking Mr. Ricketts to small claims court to resolve the issue and get my money back.

I called for repair service on my Whirlpool ice-maker on a thursday and was told they would be here on the following Monday but would call first. On Monday they called, only to inform me that they do NOT service appliances that were purchased somewhere else. I guess they dont need the business. WHY didnt the man tell me this on Thursday? Had I known this on Thursday, I could have already contacted someone else and maybe had it fixed by now. This is NO way to do people.

We had a house fire and had to replace all appliances. Teresa was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and made selecting everything seemless. I have purchased from them for years, but never at this scale. They have a customer for life...I will never be able to thank them enough.

Man, oh man. What to say. The manager told me its expected that washers and dryers last 10 to 15 years, which is really quite funny because the one that I bought, brand new from them LAST YEAR had the entire washing drum fly off and blow apart. Now when I called, they say I dont have a warranty and have to pay for a service call, just to have them tell me whats wrong. Well, I know whats wrong. The washer broke after 13 months. The place might have okay prices, but you might end up with something faulty. In the Managers own words, it should last 10 to 15 years.Ill do my best to make sure other consumers arent misled about warranties, and their false desire to service their customers when theyve sold a lemon.Sure wed love to come help, but youll have to pay 65 plus tax for us to look, and then parts and labor. Real nice deal on a brand new home appliance.If anyone sees someone with a broken washer and lemon stickers all over it on the side of W. Main, thats just me excercising my right to inform people that they should go elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing appliance parts from here several times. The lady at the counter is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The other staff are friendly and helpful, as well. The store has good stock of parts, at good prices. Also, if they dont have something in stock, they can get it quickly. The store has a great selection of appliances, at good prices. I will definitely shop here next time were in the market for an appliance.

Dont buy anything from this place... I bought a $20 part and found out I could get it for 7 dollars cheaper closer to downtown nashville. I went to take the part back because as soon as I got home I found out it was the breaker. They wont take the part back. The was new and not even used. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER.
