My experience today at the Lebanon PA Home Depot was Quick and Easy!The Associates were very Helpful, nice and Friendly!The Service was Excellent 💯The Store was clean, neat and Organized and Well Stocked.Overall met my expectations for the trip made 💯❗

Employees are always helpful, I love going here it brings back memorys of toys are us as a kid, now Im an adult and I get just as excited, they have absolutely everything you could ever need to fix just about anything and the tools ...dont get me started, I see something new every time I go here, 10 out of 10 highly recommended

One of the nicest gentlemen and managers was working nights this past week I needed something cut twice. He was helpful and even fixed what I was dealing with. 5 stars and a promotion. Yeah Buddy.

Picked up an online order. Quick and easy.

Don’t place an online delivery order from this location. We bought an expensive grill that was supposed to have guaranteed delivery on a set date on a Saturday. Nothing showed up and no one was able to give a proper update on the order from this location after countless phone calls from both me and my husband. They would promise to call back with an update and never did. Ended up canceling the order through the one most helpful person we talked to at Home Depot (not at this location).

We called Home Depot for a quote on windows. Robert Widmark came out the next day and was extremely professional, kind and helpful. He did not put any pressure on me and answered every question I had. I highly recommend Robert for any quote on windows. A+

I like Home Depot. A nice store to buy from. Large selection to choose from.

Overall it is a 5 star stop but, the past few online orders I have placed, I had to go pick myself, wasting the time I was trying to save by placing the order in the first place! My last order I gave them 12 Hours and still had to pull the order myself.

Overall it was an ok visit. Visited to look at and purchase multiple appliances for a new house. To be honest the issue want the staff, they were great. Multiple staff approached and asked if I needed assistance. The issue was that their selection was pretty limited.v we ended not not making any purchases.

I enjoy shopping at home improvement stores in general. This visit irritated me though. I had a salesperson in the paint area trying to mansplain to me about a process I already knew how to do. I only needed to know about a stain product and he stood there shaking his head. Not a winning visit. I went to a local store and got what I needed there for my project.

Helpful workers and store is well organized. Try to keep items in stock. Smaller than some Home Depots but we can usually find what we need there.

They had close to what I need for a project tomorrow. Cant wait to order what I really need online from their website. Cant really expect a store to carry everything all the time, but it would be nice if one of the home depots in the area had it.

I went for a visit yesterday to the home Depot in Lebanon Pennsylvania and I was looking for one particular item which the home Depot site said that they had upon my arrival I spoke with numerous people who who point me in the direction of other people I finally met up with a four person in appliances because I was looking for a stove top cover for extra counter space she formed me with her hands in her pockets that they do not sell such an item there is not such an item at all I ended up buying a piece of plywood for counter space which is not what I needed so the service there at home Depot in Lebanon Pennsylvania was very unprofessional

If u need a service pet thats fine but if I wanted to go to a pet store I would Dont need your pet in my way while Im trying to shop

There are so many flowers to choose from. The staff was helpful. I found everything I needed for my garden.

Got keys made and picked up some scroll saw blades. The assortment pack was cheaper than Lowes but it is a different brand so who knows. I was disappointed that they dont have the 0° turn blade that I saw at Lowes so I guess Ill have to go there. I had keys made and the gentlemen was fast getting to the machine and very helpful in finding the last thing I needed which was drawer liners for my boyfriends new tool box.

I prefer the Home Depot in Harrisburg, but this one is good as well. Im not too fond of the layout of this store compared to Harrisburg.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, eager to assist the customer. Just by Chance the staff member does not have the knowledge to answer your question, they will find and associate for that department.

Decided to purchase a Home Depot fence since we found a style that we liked. The individual placing the order for the materials or the simulation that was used miscalculated the number of brackets we needed to install the fence. These were brackets that apparently had to be special ordered and take at least three weeks to arrive. When we received the second order, we were again shorted by the amount we had ordered. Now we have to order them a third time. In total the project has been pushed out over two months. The best the store manager could do was offer us 10% off the brackets and claim it was partially my fault because I didn’t know for myself how many brackets my particular fence needed to catch their mistake...Definitely learned my lesson to not associate with this store anymore.

Went to see if the 25% off pro paint special applied to hydrostatic paints and was told by one salesman of it didnt ring up with the discount he would make it work. Unfortunately, he disappeared and the women at the customer service desk didnt seem interested or willing to make it work and didnt call the guy back up. So, I guess my foundation isnt getting painted by Home Depot paint 🤷.

Useless...absolutely useless. I went to pick up pieces for a few projects Im working on today. I needed assistance and not one single person offered to help. I was trying to pull down a sheet of galvanized roofing and had trouble with it. An employee was down the aisle and clearly saw me struggling. I started toward him and he stopped what he was doing and took off around the corner. It just went down hill from there. Not a single person I talked to even knew what it was they were selling, couldnt give advice or in most cases, even be bothered. Teach your people. TRAIN THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS!

Be careful when buying appliances. Because they are selling on behalf of the manufacturer, they arent standing behind anything that happens after they collect the money (Im referring to the delivery and the installation). Just spent $2200 for a washer/dryer pair that was delivered today. The dryer was damaged and a new one cant be delivered for at least 2 1/2 weeks, and the washer isnt working because it wasnt hooked up properly by the installers who wanted to leave before it was tested to be operational. I called Home Depot immediately and they first tried to convince me to let them have someone come out and try to repair the dryer by popping out all the dents and the concaved top of the dryer. Umm...no! Then they said they cant have someone come out to properly install the washer until next week. They also told me if I felt I should be compensated in some way to take it up with GE. I dont want compensation, I just want 2 brand new condition washer and dryer that Ive waited quite some time to buy and spent a lot of money on.

Quality stuff at quality prices. Another thing I like is that with the pro account that I have for my business; there are discounts available to contractors when you buy over $1,000 worth of material. But the thing I like most, is that if Im making multiple purchases throughout the week that are less than $1,000, I can take those receipts in and go to the pro desk and they will compile them to give me a discount at a later time.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The customer service was terrible. I went into this facility 15 minutes before closing due to my microwave blowing up late. I was informed they couldnt give me a microwave since it was 15 minutes until closing. Wow what happened to customer service or even serving customers up to closing. I will never shop at this facility ever again. Home Depot has really gone down hill.

I went to purchase a rechargeable battery pack for my portable drill, but because I bought it there 15 years ago, the models now use a different type and the one needed is no longer available. An employee suggested that I try Amazon and offered an item description that might fit my tool. Unfortunately, having shopped there recently, I was unable to find any other products that I could use at the moment.

Most of the flowers were in very poor condition, the air-conditioning dept, had 1 large air conditioner, no variety,,, must have been a poor shopping day

I walked around for about an hour. Not one person asked if I needed help. They were more interested in talking to each other than talking to a customer. Best part is back by kitchen remodel. 4 people standing there talking and not one could ask me if I needed any help.

The worst store to go to... kicked out because daughter who is 3 would not keep a mask on. Then the guy at the door decides to get in my face and say he will call the cops if we don’t leave. Good job Home Depot on hiring employees that try to threaten customers
