This is a great salvage yard I have dealt with them for about 20-25 years now and I still find myself going back to them every now and then Even though they are about 120 mi away from me nowwould recommend them to anybody that needs to find a part and wants to be treated very respectfully these guys are some of the best in the industry I have worked with a lot of salvage yards over the years and these guys take the cake when it comes to customer service

Im not sure how anyone can say they are overpriced. Theyve always came through to me way cheaper than planned. Everytime I ask for a price I have to have them repeat it.. shocked. Yesterday I called for a part they asked 50 bucks for, while refurbished through anyone else is 275. Hoping we can get it fast today, I need this car on the road before tomorrow!

Beware!! Overpriced for salvaged titles and they will not give you a clear understanding why it is a salvaged title. When you try to acquire more information, they get very offensive and they start to personally attack potential customers. This is not only unprofessional, unethical, but you definitely walk away feeling like there is probably a lot more wrong with the vehicles they are trying to sell then they want you to believe.

They have a huge selection of items but majority of the items are completely useless. I even called ahead and sent a picture of the item I needed; they said they had it and was in decent condition. But when I got there, it was torn up and not even the right item.

I drove 75 miles to get a wheel which no one else said they had. They showed in inventory the wheel I needed. When I get there they pull the wheel only to be totally different from what inventory showed.

I went there after calling about a fuel tank. They told me over the phone that they cost 50.00. When I got there the price went to 75. This tank was for an old rv and the tank did not have a sending unit. With permission, I went back and searched the rv and area around it for the sending unit to no avail. I went to all the auto parts places including calling dodge for a sending unit. They are no longer made and the tank was useless. Motts changed me a 20% restocking fee for the tank. I asked Kyle If I could take the tank back where it came from. (The tank was laying on the ground by the rv.) I ask for a 10% break on the stocking fee. Kyle said I could not take the tank back there I was not allowed past the gate...Funny thing, they let me in the day before to search the area for the sending unit.I then went to Rogers auto salvage down the road and got both the sending unit and the tank for 70 bucks from a unit that was 9 years younger and in better shape. Motts is overpriced and work with double standards to get your money. I would not recommend them unless they are your last option. Bend over when you walk in the door.
