I had been searching for a vehicle for a few months. 9 out of 10 times when I saw a vehicle I wanted to test drive or considered buying on other dealers sites, when I would call the vehicle would already have been sold. I found my 4runner on Bennetts site and selected confirm availability, within minutes the dealership called me. I had never purchased a Toyota, but the manager was honest with me and said that vehicles were selling in transit, and the one I was looking at had just arrived at the port. He recommended I put a $500 deposit down, and then come into the dealership and test drive one they had on the lot. I agreed to the deposit, and before I was even off the phone the car was no longer on the website.The whole process was faster than any other dealership I have ever dealt with. I had a lease at that time, and they worked with me on various options since they were not able take my lease. I ended up getting a vehicle I was genuinely excited to get, and when it finally arrived I was in and out of the dealership within 30 mins. Bennett has great managers who interact with customers, Collin my salesman was AWESOME and showed me all of the vehicles features, and I never once felt pressured during the process.

I had an appointment to service my Toyota Tundra. There is a sign outside of a large over-head garage door that reads Here for service? Pull forward to activate door opener. As I enter a gentleman guides me in with a welcome. This man says to walk through the door to a receptionist while he moves my truck to the service area. The receptionist takes my info points me to the comfortable waiting area. In a very reasonable amount of time the Tundra is serviced and returned to where I dropped it off.I have to say Bennett Toyota service runs like a well oiled machine. Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. When I bought my Tacoma, the salesman was the best. They beat prices, hands down. Then the finance guy took over, and he was amazing. He was able to get me excellent interest rates and negotiated with the bank I preferred right in-front of me. Now a year later and 3 services, the service department is awesome. I had my truck serviced here on 7-31-21 for the first and last time. After being told nonchalantly that they are NOT full service on the weekends, I proceeded to have my 20k mile service done. When I got the truck back, whoever was working on it failed to reset the TPMS and returned the vehicle with one tire dangerously low on air. Good thing I carry an air pump on board and was able to safely pull off and refill.Nothing wrong with the tire, it’s been holding air all day since yesterday when I filled it up. Won’t be back here because they can’t do a simple oil change and tire rotation correctly, so I wouldn’t trust them to do anything else.

We recently bought a new RAV4 Prime. Sam was our salesman and he was amazing. No high pressure sales tactics despite the low inventory every dealership is experiencing. Sam made sure all of our questions were answered and gave a a thorough orientation to the vehicle before we left the lot. We received a follow up phone call the next day. I am sure that if we have any questions or concerns, Sam will be able to help us out.

We had an emergency with our 4Runner, and when I called, having never been seen there before, I was treated courteously, and Glenn didn’t hesitate to tell us to bring the car in, and he’d work us in as soon as he could. We assumed it would be a few days, but in fact we got our repaired car back in less than a day! We realize that might not be possible every time, but are super pleased with the service department and will happily be back as a return customer.

Im telling everyone I know that Bennett Toyota is AWESOME. Went to Bennett on recommendation of my mechanic, whose wife purchased a Rav4 at Bennett and had a great experience. My mechanic referred me due to an issue with my charging system. The entire staff was warm and friendly, very hospitable. I chose to wait for my Highlander and sat and worked, as the reviews said Bennett has a great waiting area. So brought my laptop along. I forgot I was at a dealership, the three hours flew by, and twice staff asked if I was comfortable or needed anything. My vehicle was washed upon completion of the service. Staff explained what was happening with my vehicle which was a minor issue in the end. I cant say enough good things! I was so impressed, that I briefly considered buying a brand new car. My Highlander still has plenty of life, but when the time comes, Im heading straight to Bennett, and you should too! Thank you so much, great service! I will definitely return when needed.
