Needed to have a car inspected before purchase, these guy provided excellent customer service and the pricing was cheaper than I thought. The vehicle wasnt purchase. Great job! Would defiantly recommend them. Would give them a 10 star review if it was possible.

I cannot stress this MORE - call Farris for your auto needs. They are honest, straight forward, and do quality work. We were on our way from Chicago to Asheville, North Carolina. We made it about 2.5 hours and our battery light came on. Then the engine started to sputter. We were able to get off the expressway and coast into a gas station. A wonderful gentlemen named Just Justin and his lovely sister that lived nearby helped us determine that it was not our battery, but our alternator had failed. We got on the phone and called every company we could Google, dealerships included. Justin looked me in the eyes and said call Farris, they are honest and will do you right. That was reassuring to me. It was already late. I called and they had their own tow service. They towed our car, diagnosed the issue, and had us scheduled for the morning. I could not believe it. They were able to take care of our problem fast and at a very fair price. Please, if you are in the area and need service or repairs, call Farris. Greg and his brother have been running this business with integrity. It has been in their family for 50 years and they acted like I was a customer of theirs since the beginning. We could not be happier. Call them, you will not get better service.

If I could give them 20 stars/5 I would. My starter went out when I stopped on my way to work. They came out to try jumping it, no avail. They towed it, fixed her up and im back on my way to work. They gave me some great maintenance advice and I never felt like I was being overcharged or like they were trying to upsell anything I didnt need. I will come back to them for all my future maintenance and repair needs. Thank you!

You guys did a great job in diagnosing and repairing my wife’s 2003 Jag. I don’t think it had ever been tuned up and it now runs way better than when we bought it nearly 4 years ago. I’m sure the fuel economy will get better too. Thanks for the great work! It was certainly worth the cost.
