Attention single ladies! If you’re afraid of getting scammed, have NO fear, go HERE!! Excellent service!! Went in for state inspection, knowing that I would need at least two tires. Sure enough they found and let me look at the problems, the tires had dangerous cracks and cords showing! Very honest and professional service! Changed my oil, full inspection, 28 point courtesy inspection ( checked fluid levels and battery!) AND very fast and efficient service! I feel safe to be on the road again!! AND did I mention extremely fair prices!!! Definitely found my permanent auto mechanics shop!! Thank you Heffner’s!!

My starter went on my vehicle. He was recommended by my husbands boss. Mr. Heffner fixed it within 2 days. About 5 weeks later, my car wouldnt start again. It was the starter once again. Mr. Heffner fixed it within hours and charged us nothing because its still under the warranty. He could have told us it was an alternator or battery and got more money out of us. We would have never known the difference! Truly an HONEST mechanic! I didnt think they existed anymore but Mr. Heffner proved me wrong!

Dale and his crew are the techs you want when theres a stubborn issue with your vehicle. They dont just throw parts at it till it fixes it. They track down the exact issue and nail the repair. A lot of other shops are just parts replacers and unless the scan tool tells them whats wrong, they just stand there scratching their heads. Not at Heffners, they are highly trained and skilled at what they do!

Great people and great service. Prices are reasonable and they do great work. Only complaint is sometimes its very hard to get anyone on the phone and have a habit of not calling you back, have to call them.

My son has had a serious electrical problem on his 2009 VW Rabbit for the past 18 months. Several shops told him that he should just scrap the car. One of the issues was a faulty ABS module that VW recalled. A VW dealer attempted to perform the reset but then said they could not as the ABS module was not the original unit (it actually was). We thought we would speak to Mr. Heffner at his shop based upona recommendation by a former coworker. Mr. Heffner told us that the car could be fixed but may take some time and will be involved. There were many snags along the way but Mr. Heffner and his staff worked thru it, eventually getting an ABS replacement module and pump from a scrap yard in NJ. The car has been fixed and is now running very smoothly, all done at a very reasonable cost considering the issues involved. Mr. Heffner is a great guy to deal with, a very honest man and offering great service. Highly recommended!
