I took my car to them for a tcc selinoid but because ford no longer makes that part even though you can get it after market they wanted to charge me $5,200 to replace the entire transmission. When you can buy the part from the parts store for $50. What a RIP off I will never go there again.

Called to make a service appointment and phone just rang and rang. Receptionist took my name and number and have not heard anything. 3 days since I called. Had a good experience when I purchased my vehicle there in 2018 but wont go back since they cant call back.

Dropped my car off at 9 in the morning and had to call and check what was going on at 4:30 then was called back at 5 to tell me that the car wasn’t fixed but thankfully they could tell me what was wrong. This wouldn’t be a huge deal if 1 I hadn’t of been without a car for 8 hours and 2 if I hadn’t of been charged SEVENTY dollars for a diagnoses. I would recommend taking your car to any other place in town and if they can’t get it take it to 4 others before you take it to here because it will still be cheaper more than likely.

Lindsay Ford is beyond a Five Star Dealer. I just purchased a new truck from them. Alex was a salesman that can not be described with words. The team at Lindsay Ford stayed completely true to everything that was talked about prior to the purchase. Literally everything with my purchase was handled either a phone call or text message. The only thing that was done in person was filling out the paperwork and picking up the truck. The staff gave me a trade in value based off some pictures sent via text and upon arriving to the dealership. They test drove my truck and came back giving me a thumbs up. They never tried to change the price of my trade or anything. I have haggled with many dealerships over the years; from cars to trucks to motorcycles. In my experience there is always something that changes and causes you to have to negotiate back and forth. Not with Lindsay Ford, this is a dealer that believes in something you dont see everyday like you used too. That is the belief that what a man says is his word. I will continue to use Lindsay Ford for any and all purchases in the future, even if I have to drive hours or days to get there. Got here first thing in the morning needing an oil change. The manager wasnt helpful at all. I just had a blow out he mentioned sending me somewhere else and they worked on appointment only. He only deals with his own family it seems like cause thats who is used to his rudeness! Keep up the good work

Fantastic service. My family was traveling to a funeral when we had car trouble. Their drive department was closed, but Russell came out and gave us a jump to see if that would help. It worked and we were able to get to the auto parts store and replace a bad battery.

I bought my first F150 from Russell this past weekend. I love the truck and Russell went above and beyond to make me a great deal. He was respectful and knowledgeable. It was very refreshing after having a terrible experience at another Ford dealership. I will eventually buy my wife an Escape and theres no doubt Ill go back to see Russell at Lindsay Ford!

We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and have always been treated fairly! The staff is friendly and professional. This time around we were a little nervous due to the fact that the salesman we have always used is no longer there. We used Mike and he was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the SUV we wanted. However, the detail crew I cannot speak so highly of. The car was dirty when we test drove it. Why it was on the lot that way Ill never know. They took it to detail before we signed papers and it didnt improve a whole lot. Mike made arrangements to have it picked up and redone and I showed him the areas I was unhappy with. Sticky stuff on the console that made it hard to open the storage compartment, dirt all over the steering wheel column, soda spray on the the moon roof, etc. When they brought it back, all they had cleaned were the places that were pointed out! They didnt vacuum or clean anything! They didnt even WASH it! For the price I paid, it should have been spotless.

First time using this location. Will never bring my truck back here. Very unhappy. Not interested in fixing problems under warranty. According to them, it test just fine but amazingly it doesnt work.

Took truck in for wiring issues. Paid alot for them to fix it and only made it worse. They broke several screws and a bolt wired truck wrong lights still dont work right. This place is a joke. If you want something fixed right dont take it to this place.

The service department at Lindsay Ford are a great bunch of people. While traveling recently, my husband and I broke down near their town.
