Great service at this store.I always receive excellent customer service when buying at this Walgreens.Today, Jamie, Pharmacist, gave me a super option on a prescription with the Walgreen Prescription Savings Club option. The membership fee is a bargain and it saved me hundreds of dollars on my prescription.Hooraay for Janie and for Walgreens.I highly recommend this store.

They are giving out less antibiotics for kids now. Obviously there isn’t enough for the full amount of time indicated and when you call them they blame it on your measuring. It’s insulting the way they treat you about it. Kroger down the street doesn’t mess with that. The physicians are all aware that they do it too!

I just got off the phone with the pharmacist. I had a simple question about an interaction between a medicine I am considering taking and a medicine I have to take. She was absolutely phenomenal in helping not only the question I asked but the concerns I had with the medicine Im currently on. She gave me some information to take to my doctor so that hopefully we can address the lack off effectiveness Ive been experiencing with the medication Ive been on for two years. SO HAPPY with her customer service! I wish I caught her name.

So FYI to customers if you buy something from any of there stores and return after 30 days you DO NOT get a credit nor your money back. For the item you purchased. I found this out today, i dont get out much and today was a day to return items and found this out unfortunately. I will probably not shop at any Walgreens again bc of this.

The pharmacy has given me the wrong medication twice now, and I have gotten sick from it. When I went to question it they just try to brush it off saying its generic . I looked it up online and talked to my doctor about it and have found out its not generic, its just the complete wrong medication. I would not recommend anyone coming to this pharmacy because you can not trust them to give you the right medication . They also told my my doctor denied my prescription twice and when I called my doctor she told me they had never even sent the prescription in so now I had to go 3 days without my medication.

Very convenient. They have awesome knowledgeable and very friendly staff! Also besides their photo counter, pharmacy, make-up supplies, and other misc items all of which are proceed well.. this is a great store to go in to to pickup last minute gifts for all occasions because they usually always carry all the As Seen on TV products.

I went in, found what I was looking for, and checked-out without very many issues at all. Not the best service, but its just a Walgreens, there isnt much to say about it. Pharmacy service could be a little faster.

I personally think they are the best pharmacy in town. I have been very happy with them and customer service is always good.

Staff is Exellent! Pharmacy hours are not good if you work 3rd shift. They open at 9:00 Am

This is not one star this is negative stars for walgreens on columbus ave in lebanon. I only went there to get medicine for my daughter that had a 102 fever and a special brush that nobody else had. I waited in the what I assumed was the checkout line for at least 5 minutes with nobody around in the entire store to check me out. So I see someone in the beauty check out and waited behind a woman buying perfume at 1oclock on a Monday afternoon lol whatever for another 5 minutes. After I finally got waited on I told the woman what had happened and she disnt even say sorry for the wait. That they were understaffed I also told the manager the same thing and he again had no apologies as well. The point is if you cant keep people gainfully employed that shut the damm store down. I will forever and always will be a CVS customer after this experience. I understand all stores have issues but at least cvs cares about their customers. Dont ever use that walgreens. I plan not to in the future and if cvs closes I will drive to the other one 20 minutes out of my way instead of going to walgreens. Worst store ever.
